Employee at window wearing mask improperly. Covid is a respiratory disease and wearing ones mask below nose doesnt provide protection. I just cant eat food when safety precautions arent followed. This isnt the first time Ive observed this type of behavior.
So I cant have dairy but my husband wanted a blizzard. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a dairy free dilly bar for me!! ( nothing like a blizzard but actually quite good for someone who cant eat dairy. )
It was alright, food was a bit bland and they didnt completely fill up the fry containers for the adult meals and the kids meals.Grilled chicken sandwich was very plain and a bit dry. Kids at least enjoyed their burgers, but were definitely still hungry after. Probably wont go here by choice again.Drive through was relatively fast even late at night and despite the line being so long. The employees at the window were pleasant and it was nice to see employees working and communicating so well together to get orders put together in a timely manner.
I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous!! 2 door dash orders given away to wrong people.You have menu boards up that show prices but employees refuse to honor those prices saying those are old. You are to sell what the displayed price is!! Staff was rude, didnt know menu and didnt care that everybody was waiting forever and orders where messed up. So disappointed in this location.
I would not recommend this Dairy Queen! I came last night and the drive through took a long time, when I got to the window the lady held on to my debit card for a long time. This morning I see fraudulent charges on my card, it had to have been this employee. I called to raise my concern to the manager and she was nothing but rude and said that her employees would never do that. Sure. She then rudely stated that I would need to show her a bank statement, what does that have to do with your employee stealing my debit card info? How would my bank statement prove anything? Did not say she would look at the cameras or anything of that sort. Makes me even more concerned that it was them because she seemed really eager to get off the phone and end the conversation.
GROSS! There was a bite taken out of our chicken sandwich. They gave us a sandwich that someone already ate!!! Im BEYOND DISGUSTED. Never going here again. I called to complain, and the mailbox is full. I am beside myself and fuming.

The chocolate cone was great, my wife said her blizzard was lacking.
The lobby is still closed because of covid but luckily they keep the drive thru lane moving quickly. The burgers are so so but they have the best chicken strip baskets! I prefer the cherry dipped cones here but all the ice cream is delicious.

Food was not even at room temperature. I think the food was sitting for awhile an it makes no sense why they think it be good enough to give to a customer. It was chicken strips that could of been mistaken for a hard piece of wood an fries could of been sticks just terrible I couldnt eat it I threw it out to the birds to enjoy. Complete waste of my good money. The cooks should be ashamed of there selves an the person checking the order also. This food was cold an dry. Check temps on the fryers please or retrain the ppl.
The vanilla ice cream & hot fudge was very tasty but you cant order inside (when other places similar you can). The other annoying thing was (see my very simple order above) everyone taking orders were just confused and I had to go to the window to explain what I wanted.

Worst. Wendys. Ever. Not only were they not very busy, but the drive thru teller was rude, made us forget our Jr. Frostys we wanted to order, and on top of that, they gave us the wrong order. We ordered 2 burgers, one with extra pickle which showed on the monitor, and they gave us 3 burgers and not one had pickle on them! Not coming here again.
Dairy Queen has excellent ice cream. Their chicken strips are some of the best in fast food. Their prices are a bit higher than comparable fast food places.

I ordered $90 worth of food and they forgot a burger and an appetizer. I called 5 times with no answer at all. I ordered online so no paper receipt. I am still owed $10 in food. How and when will I receive what I paid for? After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru at least they could have attempted to complete my order or answer the phone once I got home. I will not go back. At least Burger King answers the phone when they mess up my order.
Fantastic to be able to enjoy an Alehouse burger on a Friday night. The food is always amazing, and the business is always going above and beyond to accommodate their patrons.

I mean what can you say, its Dairy Queen. I go for the blizzards and cheese curds. Not a whole lot else to ever go to the Queen for. I am grateful we have one so close.
The person at the window looked like they listen to car seat headrest but they were very very nice and the food was so good that was pretty awesome i recommend this dairy queen if you want chicken fingers french fries toast blizzard ice cream

Do not go to the Dairy Queen at this location on Sundays. The cone is a kid size for just over $3.00 and was sour. Had to toss it outI was here on Saterday and a small was twice the size for the same price.

The manager Jackie is very sweet and professional she handled my wifes attitude well which I apologize for she can be tough to handle while pregnant. But also the worker Jessica is such a friendly young women she jokes with me every time I come through the window even when its a packed line she communicates and makes us feel welcome and her smile is very warming the blizzards we got were amazing mixed perfect to the bottom and the funnel cakes are always warm and tasty. I recommended eating here the staff are friendly fun and straight to it
The DQ is located in an old shopping center were the main attraction was a theater that has since closed its door so the little center is a it run down. One employee is really nice the one who served me the other day I said to her, I need 2 spoons and a smile would be nice Ive never had there food only ice cream so I cant attest to that. If I remember correctly I got in a big argument with the manager once. So I guess I dont like this particular D.Q

Unprofessional in the drive thru. There’s not a sound barrier. We can hear everything you say when employees are bad mouthing the company. Not a good look.Order was also incomplete, which I’m sure has to do with them not paying attention to the customer and just gossiping.

Ordered naked nuggets and did not receive that. Had to have them remake them and even the second time it was wrong...not sure how you can get them wrong 2x when you specifically tell them that they were wrong the first time. 1st and last time I will visit this location.

We ordered a meal for our family of 3 on Friday. We got a kids meal and 2 ultimate baskets with rings and order of ff. About 1/2 way through our meal we realize that our burgers are not right. They are not ultimate. They are missing a patty and bacon on both. I take them to the front, the guys says hes so sorry, they have a new cook and they will remake them..I return to our table. Then the mamager comes up with a bag and says that they will only give us 2 cheese burgers made like ultimates as they were half eaten. I said thats not what we ordered as as they were clearly not ultimate that they should honor what we ordered. She said that is what the gm said to give us, she was very rude, and told us to take them or nothing. We asked to speak with the gm and she said they werent in the store, so we asked her to call, which she refused and said she would not let us call. Her customer service was non-existent and since they could clearly see the mistake was on their part, they should be made it right! I will never return to this store!!!
It was first time I tried their food. Food was really good, I ordered the $6 lunch meal and it was awesome! Staff was attentive and friendly. I would definitely go again.
Sometimes you just need a dilly bar! If youre craving ice cream or just want the coolest birthday ice cream cake for that special someone in your life, Dairy Queen is the place to go. Btw... they make great burgers as well and their speed and customer service is top notch!
I know - it might seem funny to give DQ a 4 star review, but this DQ has chocolate soft serve...not all of them do. Maybe youre looking for that?Also, I find the Blizzards and Sundaes better made here than the Pearl location. Reliable birthday cakes too.

Amazing place. I got my first marshmallow sundae in over a decade!! So glad Dairy Queen brought back the smores blizzard!! The marshmallow cream from the blizzard can be used to make the marshmallow sundae!! Amazing!

Came through drive through a few days ago and order a few items, I received the best customer service I received there in a long time the young lady with the green hair was very kind, she repeated my order back to me and even cracked a few jokes with me. I hope you guys keep her around it can do your business some good. The young ladies that have been working the window are very unprofessional and rush me out the window EACH Time. Very happy to see that this young lady is working with you guys. I definitely see a team leader in the young lady.
2 of the 4 people i could see from the drive-thru either didnt have a mask on or they were using it as a chin guard. A third was sneezing and wiping her hands on her face. This particular customer will NEVER go back.
Awful. Asked for a deluxe without pickles. Burger came with tons of pickles on it. Asked to get it replaced. Recieved a smashed burger with massive slices of onions. The lettuce was brown and frozen in some parts. The meat patty was smashed and glued back together with cheese that itself resembled smashed and reconfigured. Definitely wont be coming back.

You can not beat the $5 meal anywhere. To make the experience even better they have an exceptional staff who walk your food out to you. One woman in particular was so friendly, and helpful and made my familys night. Her name is smiley and its so fitting. Give the woman a raise she deserves it.
Stopped inside to get a dipped cone, which was very good. The employees were both prompt and polite. Sadly the inside was filthy and poorly maintained. The franchisee should take pride in ownership and clean the place up. Its not the kind of place that you would want to seat your family at for dinner or dessert.

Waited 15 minutes to place an order when there was no one ahead of me in line... took 13 more minutes to receive my order of 3 small blizzards....after reminding them I was waiting..10 minutes later the restaurant closed down an hour before published close times.Dinning area was dirty.

The food was really yummy, especially the chicken strips, and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. We even accidentally spilled syrup on the table and they insisted on cleaning it themselves.
We showed up with a group of about ten about 9:30 pm. The dining room was half cleaned up with chairs up on tables. We were told that we couldnt sit there, even though the large tables were on that side. At 10pm the dining room closes and the drive thru stays open. One of the workers began shouting we close at ten. We were encouraged to leave or were actually told to. Im not certain, but everyone in the dining room, eventually stood up and began to leave. I know the workers probably do not care that there are other choices, in town that may be more welcoming, but I would bet that the owner cares.
Staff is fantastic. Great people who really care. Always great service and you cant beat the food. If you are looking for a quick lunch at a great price, then take the time to stop!

Avoid going here after sporting events in the evening time of 6pm to close Wait time is so long and you get cold food. Last night I ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket fries cold and got maybe 1.5 stips of chicken the pieces were size of my thumb. By the looks of facility from drive thru they were closing up and it was only 904pm. I tried to call today no answer just voicemail. This has happened several times we have gone here in the evening.

Can’t even make a blizzard correctly, my M&M blizzard comes melted and our cheesecake & cookie-dough blizzard is just vanilla ice-cream! Everyone who works there surely doesn’t deserve minimum wage, let alone deserve a job. Fire them all.
Ordered 1 medium reese and 1 small strawberry chocolate blizzards. They gave me the wrong size for both blizzards. Half way down, the blizzards were unmixed-basically just vanilla soft serve.Also ordered cheese curds and fries. They forgot them at first, then asked for my receipt because they doubted me.By far the worst fast food service ever. This branch has been on a downhill slope since new management took over. To top it all off, they raised their prices once again. We not be going back any time soon...
Rudest bunch I have ever seen at ANY fast food place Ive been to. The girl today did not how to listen to the order but that was because she was interrupting me constantly. Nor did she know basic polite manners.

I went through the drive-thru and was humiliated. I have a stutter that Im very aware of and try to get through when speaking. The girl working the drive-thru was EXTREMELY rude and short with me as i was trying to order. Rushing someone or cutting someone off who is stuttering IS NOT how you gain business. Disappointing.

Every time we go there something about our order is wrong. The smoothies have large chunks of ice in them, and when we asked about it we were told “There’s something wrong with our blenders, this happens all the time.” So we tried a blizzard instead, ordered mud pie and it tasted like day old coffee with no sugar in it. The staff is doing the best they can w/ what they have to work with.

Wow...ordered the new 1/4 lb cheese grillburger meal...so I got the burger and about 11 small and totally cold fries ... + I ordered a large chocolate shake (instead of the soda pop that comes with the meal.) And the price? $$ 14.16. Ridiculous! (The meal was $8.79 + $4.09 extra for the shake + tax = $14.16) Burger was just a burger. Tiny pile of fries was cold. Chocolate shake was big but too much chocolate. I did like the whip cream on the shake. No wonder no cars were in the drive thru at 5:30pm on a Thursday...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
Ok i came here on a hot evening and they were running a 2 cheeseburgers for 5 dollar deal, which is great great. I also ordered a combo with onion rings and a smoothie. Which I was unset about because of the price, was pretty steep. They charge alittle extra for upgrading to onion rings and smoothie from frys and soda. Which is totally reasonable. My issue was the ammonut they upcharge is not inline with their menu prices. Basicly the computer program (which i understand they have no control over) does not earse the full amount of the fry and drink before adding the price of the onion rings and smoothie. Ok so the manager apoligized for that and thats fine. Its not their fualt its coraporate Dairy Queen i guess. But then they also forgot my frys in my order, probably in a attempt to get a upset customer his food fast to try and appease me. So i go back get my frys and by this time i am alittle more irked. I leave get in my car and look in the bag and they THREW IN A EXTRA CHEESE BURGER FOR THE MISTAKE. BOOM FREE BURGER BABY!!! Thats what i am talking about, going from 1 star to 5 with a single act!!! Upset Customers just want to know you hear them and understand why they are upset. For the cost of one free 2 dollar burger they earned back a weekly customer, (my son likes blizzards). Thank you DQ, for knowing how to handle a mistakes and knowing how to fix them. I recomemd this store because this shows if there is a mistake they will try to make it right. And thats all you can ask for in life! Good job guys!
This Dairy Queen really sucks, ordered their Banana Split Blizzard several times and they hardly put any bananas or fruit in them, and the one I got tonight only had strawberry in it with no banana or pineapple in it. Definitely lost my business as they dont know how anything and their ice cream is always runny.

Today is free ice cream day and they let me get a chocolate ice cream instead of a vanilla. I really appreciate the people who work there.
Usually I have a really good experience at this location. But tonight was not the case. I ordered a Oreo, cookie dough billizard and they gave me something with chocolate ice cream and fudge and no cookie dough. So I go back inside and bring it to the staffs attention and they tried to tell me when you mix Oreo and cookie dough you get fudge??? Its 9:30 at night and I dont have time to argue with them. Just utterly disappointed in the customer service.

Normally good,but this evening ordered 2 for 4$ sundaes. The order of.4was short one sundae and then when the 4th.was made we were charged $11 and some change for what should have been $8 and some change . I ask why it was so much, her exploitation sounded ok but then it was still to much. She said it was because kt was made separately.STILL TO.MUCH. I REPLIED THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. Anyway left it at that but I will not be voing back there for a bit kindaeft a.bad tasted in mine.and my friends mouths..(no pun intended). We had kids whom we had promised ice cream to. I will continue to go to the one on N. 30th Pearl St.
