The staff at this location, specifically Amber was more informed and more helpful than 6 other locations I called in Reno and even Sacramento. She found what I needed, was very helpful and nice and the two warehouse employees were also fantastic.Ill support this business; they are well informed and customer service aware!

I purchased a swim spa here in the early summer and it was installed in August. It has been an easy and amazing purchase. Mark made every step easy and answered all of my many questions without hesitation. Since the instillation everyone at the shop has been super helpful in our getting to know how to use all the features (which are many) and learning how to stabilize the water. This purchased has created an oasis for us at our home. My older parents use it for therapy and we use it for exercise and relaxation. Best purchase I have ever made for my home by far!!! Since this picture we have built a deck around one side of the pool.

Extremely unprofessional, filled my pool twice and tried to charge $900. Left my spa filthy, see photos, service manager sent electrician to install and blew up side of my home then billed me $1770 and put a lien on my house because I refused to pay for blowing up my house! Service manager lied several times saying the electrician was paid and never was. I have huge issues with this company and the electrician. I’ve had huge stress and sleep issues because of this.

We went in and purchased our spa and scheduled delivery, we completed everything and left within 30 minutes. Their customer service is great and quick.Our spa was then delivered 4 days later and was almost all the way to temp that night. He not only knows the product but also knows every detail regarding installation. He is very responsive and even personally dropped off a part that we forgot to pick up. The best place to buy a swim spa! Knowledgeable experts, friendly and not pushy at all. Mark was great.He came out to my house, measured everything out and designed my backyard for everything, not just for my swim spa and hot tub.Mark showed me the best place to put my fire pit, my outdoor kitchen and even coordinated all the electrical, concrete and labor work for us.After the delivery and installation, he came out and did a complete demonstration and showed us everything about our new swim spa. Even surprised our kids with some swim gear to start them off right.Reviews are not something I do at all, but considering what an investment this was for my family, I’m so happy to have such a good experience and found a place that understands what taking care of the customer needs.

Purchased a spa from them in fall 2017, at the time we had an older, non-functioning spa with old wiring. They not only installed the spa we bought from them, but they also arranged to have an electrician come and re-wire the whole system so it was able to support the new spa; bringing the electrical up to code. They have been very knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned about our spa experience with them. They have gone out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction with their product and their service. We could have bought something less expensive elsewhere, but being a small business owner in the same town, we believe in supporting local business and they have no let us down

I purchased my Fantasy hot tub from Hot Springs Spas in Carson City. The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. HotSpring Spa in Carson made our experience top notch! Mark was our associate, and I cant thank him enough for making the process VERY smooth and easy. He has exceptional knowledge with regard to various models that would satisfy our needs. The finance portion was smooth and fast. He was happy to answer my numerous phones calls throughout the process. The delivery was a breeze and exactly on time and professional. He even mailed the sub-panel prior to delivery so I could get the electrical ready before the install. I have had compliment after compliment on the Spa, and I have to give all credit to Mark. Fantastic job Mark, excellent service and product! I will happily refer my fiends and family to him in the future.

Tony and his staff are absolutely amazing! Not only did he give me the best deal on the hot tub Ive had my eye on for years, but he really went above and beyond to make sure I was extremely happy. I live about an hour and a half from his store in Carson but he made sure to stay open late for me just to make sure I loved the spa before he delivered it. The delivery was fast, and the techs that delivered it explained everything i i need to know about owning the hot tub and were very helpful. They made sure all my questions were answered! Plus after they left, the owner Tony called me to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with my purchase. Couldnt have asked for a better experience :) I definitely recommend anyone looking into buying a hot tub to stop by and see them. Honesty and integrity are NOT what youll get here. I just now received and invoice for moving my hot tub 6 months ago. Since I paid for the job in full when they moved it, imagine my surprise when I saw the invoice was $150 LESS than what I paid Tony. There were no extra fees AND they damaged my tub when they moved it.When my daughter and I went into the store to find out why I was overcharged and receiving an unpaid invoice for a job long since paid in full to both Tony and the electrician, Tony was very patronizing to us both, stating he was doing me a favor by taking care of it. AND when my daughter asked him not to be condescending to us he stated, I can condescend to whoever I want.Hope pocketing that extra $150 was worth it Tony.

I was looking for a new hot tub for my vacation home so I went to visit this place and I’m glad I did. Their new manager Mark took care of me. No pressure, was very knowledgeable and didn’t talk bad about any competitors. He didn’t need to. I had already gone to the Reno stores and it was like a used car dealership which I hate. Mark is really professional. Told me all about the feature and benefits. Straight shooter. Got me a great deal with no hidden charges. Even a valet service where they come by and take care of my tub. I highly recommend this store.

I love the captains chair and the lounge seat with those Moto-massage jets! I sleep sooo much better now. I cant believe I waited this long to own my Hot Spring Spa! Scheduling of everything from concrete pad, the electrical work and the delivery was all taken care of for me. All I had to do was put on my bikini and jump in. Thanks so much!

Spa place is terrible. They are scamming my wife into paying a bill that we already paid. One of there employees came and fixed our spa. When he was done I paid him in cash and got a hand written receipt. Then randomly 5 or 6 months later they call us out of the blue and tell us we have an outstanding balance. Why did it take long for them to realize we didnt pay. Hmmmm maybe cuz we did and they are trying to get double payment. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Your right everyone makes mistakes like your employee that took cash from me. He never said you didnt accept cash. Your not going to step foot on my property again.Good luck with the checks.

These guys rock!! First of all i bought a spa from them 6 years ago and not one problem. I will be buying another spa from them down the road. I Needed a 8×8 spa moved at last minute. Called and talked to Mark and told him i was moving and needed help asap. Mark and his guys were booked all week. My own fault for waiting tell last minute. Somehow mark squeezed me in and got my spa moved very next day. No damage! Very professional! Couldnt of done it myself. Hot springs spa saved the day!!Big shout out to Mark and his worker Ranger. I was looking for a Swim Spa for a way to exercise, swim, and entertain guests. I am so glad I found out that these guys have the ultimate swim spa. I’m so happy with my Hydropool AquaTrainer! The experience was great. Really friendly staff. Mark helped me navigate through the entire process. Not pushy or “salesy” at all. Helped me think of things I never would have thought of. He helped me go through all the different purchase options to find one that I was comfortable with. I highly recommend this store and Mark for your next Swim Spa investment

This store was very attentive until the sale was over and they had my money. I bought a hot tub from them and a year later the pump started leaking. It took several weeks and many phone calls to even get someone to come out and look at the leaking pump which is still under warranty. It has been over a month now, we have placed over a dozen phone calls to them, and my hot tub is still leaking and not usable, and no one has come out to replace the pump. I wanted to give my business to a local company, that is why I shop and purchased our hot tub there. I would NEVER go back and do any business with them. Their customer service is atrocious. I would not recommend that anyone purchase a hot tub through Hotspring Spas in Carson City.

I bought a spa 5 years ago from HotSprings Spa. Since then I have had the spa go out twice. Each time it was like pulling teeth to get somebody out and then months to get the part and fix the spa. The person answering phone always seems bothered and not helpful. I would definitely not recommend this business for service after the purchase.

I don’t do reviews at all, but my wife insisted we do one this time. We decided to make the drive to Carson City after visiting multiple stores in Reno and not happy with the experience, Best decision I made, especially since this would be a decent sized investment on my part.I was with my entire family and we were greeted by their new manager Mark. He wasn’t pushy, was very polite and did not rush us even though we got there around 3:30 and they close at 4 on Saturdays.After explaining what we were looking for and where we already had been, he didn’t bad mouth anyone, just simply thanked us for giving him the opportunity to share what he had to offer.We were looking for a hot tub originally but then saw this beautiful swim spa they had on display with water in it! My kids went nuts! I didn’t think it was in my budget but To my surprise Mark was able to make the numbers work!The best part was he didn’t try to push me, in fact he encouraged me that we should try it first. I must have had a confused look on my face because he had to repeat that we could come back and go for a swim.Since we drove a good 45 minuets to get there anyway, he offered to stay late if we wanted to try it that day. He had towels, a nice bathroom, had already served us coffee and water so my wife and I looked at each other and said all we need is some cheap swim clothes. So he waited for us as we went to Walmart and bought some cheap gear.When we got back, he had pizza and drinks delivered for us and the kids, goggles, boogie board and floaties! Keep in mind, he closed at 4. It was now 5:30!Although I only originally wanted a hot tub as my wife and I need it for my aches and pains from work, we decided the swim spa would be just fine. However, Mark showed us away we could have both!!!So while the kids were having fun in the Swim Spa, Mark put together a package that got us the best of both worlds! We love our new Hot Springs Envoy hot tub and Hydropool AquaTrainer Swim Spa!We didn’t leave until 8:00 pm! We were treated like friends that came over for a barbecue and can’t say enough good things about this totally unexpected awesome experience. The only regret I have is I didn’t make this my first stop in the first place. Thanks guys!!!

If youre in the Carson City area, there are other choices in Reno for purchasing a spa! I even found out recently that I could have ordered a spa from my previous dealer in southern California! I didnt know - I just assumed I had to use the Hot Springs Spa store in Carson City. Terrible customer service from beginning to end. I would give no stars if I could. Last year I was in the process of moving into this area and wanted a Hot Springs Spa installed by mid-July. Id had one in California and was very happy with it AND Valley Hot Springs in Murrieta, CA, where Id purchased it in 2005. First, I inquired online in mid-May - but heard nothing back. In June, the next time I was in town, I went into the store to make my purchase. The owner, Tony Degrasso, found my email in his Inbox. (Oops) I ordered the spa with steps, cover, and an ozonator, which makes keeping the chemicals balanced a breeze. Tony hemmed and hawed - he tried to sell me a spa he had in stock, but Id done my research and knew what I wanted. He had recommendations for the hot tub prep and electrical that needed to be completed before a July 15 delivery. 6 weeks should have been PLENTY of time!. I called his ground prep guy and he scheduled us for the 1st Wednesday in July. He never came out to LOOK at the yard or give an estimate. And then he was a no-show....no phone call and I never could reach him. I was able to find someone on my own, and it was completed that week! Tonys recommended electrician also never returned my calls. After nagging and nagging Tony, he managed to scheduled him for specifically when I told him I would be out of town, so I high-tailed it back 500 miles and it was done the following day, Sunday, July 17. The spa was now scheduled for Monday, July 18, then July 19 and finally, it was delivered on Wednesday, July 20. BUT ..... it was missing the steps and a starter kit of chemicals! By this time, any calls from me found Tony either with a customer or not in the office. He avoided all calls and left his staff to deal with my frustration. It took over 6 weeks for the steps to finally be delivered. Then, after about 2 months of real difficulty with the water balance (NO TROUBLE WITH MY PREVIOUS HOT TUB) I took off the front panel to see if debris had gotten into a line, and thats how I discovered that the ozonator, a >$250 special order item, HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED!! That took over 4 weeks before it was installed. I think the delays were to avoid any extra delivery charges. He just put me off until he had a full truck full being delivered. It was only after filing a dispute with my credit card company that I finally had any results, although it may have been he was simply waiting for a full truck load. He certainly does not make his customers a priority.

Called in the morning to get supplies for my pool. lady said they had plenty I said ok I just need 1 and Ill be later or tomorrow morning and when I got there 3 hrs after i called she said they just sold the last bag horrible service
