Three cars this week.Our Ford Fusion Monday, Dodge Ram Wednesday and a Saturn Vue Thursday. Well worth the 70 minute drive from Yerington. Called many other shops and their prices were half or less than half. Just over an hour for each car. Id rather not need their services but if I do they will get my business.Courtney, the gal behind the counter is very nice and pleasant on the eyes 👀. 😉

Replaced my windshield with fair prices. No seal issues, fits good. Then a truck kicks up a big rock and chips my window. These guys fixed for free. Can you ask for more. Need glass, come here

Was heading into Reno/Carson city from out of town and looked them up on Google. I called and left a message and they called back right away. Brought the car in and was taken care of immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very good prices and quality of work.

I have used this company a few times and they have always done a great job. This time I also had my headlights cleaned and they look great.

These guys are awesome just had my back window replaced come in right away give me $30 off go to the same color glass heated can’t complain really good deal!

They replaced my jeep wrangler windshield yesterday for a great price. But dont let the good deal fool you now I have to get my hood repaired due to scratches that appeared after the install. Definitely think twice before bringing your vehicle here well worth spending a little more at a different shop for more professional work.

Shoddy work, dont pay attention to detail, had a air leak took back to fix they were very rude and said there was no leak, they were just worried about getting us out of there, we ended up taking to another glass repair and they were able to find leak and repair, for something that should have been done by them we had to pay 75.00 at the other place to have repaired.They do not stand by their work.Do not use this place, they do not take care of there customers.

We had our truck vandalized in Stateline the night before. I called them around 10:00 and the they told to bring it in at 3:00. We arrived a bit late at 3:15 and Alex went out of his way to make sure the window was repaired the same day, even though he had to go get the part himself. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

Bad service bad labor work!! Guys make sure they are a provider to your insurance, oh yes they still take your insurance but the job is not warranty. I knew they weren’t a provider to my insurance but I still went because I had taken two other vehicles there and had no problem, but this last one I took, it was bad, I think different employees and the customer service satisfactory really bad this time, they did not care to fix it right at all. Surely not recommending no one there anymore

I just want to let everyone know these guys are fabulous! I had to drive there from out of town and the weather that day was pretty bad. So, I called them to say Id be a bit late because the roosds were really slick. They said, Ok, drive safely. When I arrived, they were very professional as well as courteous and my truck was taken right in. Their intake area and restroom were very clean and well maintained. Under an hour later, it was done and the cost was over $100 CHEAPER than the other places I had called. I am extremely satisfied with everything about my dealings with this business and will recommend them time and time again.

The windshield on my MINI was broken by a rock flying off a dump truck on the freeway. Called every shop in Reno. Lowest price was $421.00. I called Great Price Auto Glass and they replaced my windshield for $232.00, including labor. Well worth the 30 mile drive to save $200.00. I will recommend this shop to everyone! A while back I got into a car accident and shattered my windshield 😣 as I was looking to get my windshield replaced as soon as possible I called GREAT PRICE AUTO GLASS and they got me squared away the very next day. For a great reasonable price they were located 45 minutes away but they have the best prices in town I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get car service repairs the were very polite and highly professional.

I don’t recommend at all. Go somewhere else. I received a call telling me my windshield was in. I traveled a few days later to have it installed. Drive time for me to this business is an hour and a half. Once there I was told they didn’t have my windshield, that is was the wrong one and they had called me to let me know. B.S., no call, no missed calls and no voicemails.

The guy running the counter was pinching everyone for every penny he possibly could. Complaining about his family life and kids all while haggling the three customers prior to myself to make up for his drawer being short. Rude attitude.. charged me 170. I was told 160 on the phone. With tax it should have been 168 and some change.

I got caught in Friday evening traffic in Reno. The guys stayed late for me and finished the job after regular shop hours. This kind of customer service is rare these days. Quality work, great price and exceeded expectations with their service. I will recommend them to my friends.

Make sure you CALL and ensure the item/inventory is in stock to avoid showing up and having to come a different day.They replaced the windshield on my F350 and had me on my way in less than an hours time (I called and made an appt rather then dropping in unannounced. )I will definitely reach out to them for window needs in the future.

We got there on time for our appointment and they were backed up and double booked with only a 2 man crew. Despite all of thos, they were both very professional and worked quickly with accuracy. They got all customers out in a timely fasion and we were driving away with a beautiful new windshield in about an hour. Great prices as well! Highly recommended and will be visiting again.

These guys are the best. I called around and they were the only ones who followed up immediately and gave us a fair price. I called Monday and my new window shield was delivered Tuesday. My wife took a car in for a rear-window replacement after it was bashed in in downtown Reno. She says the staff was very professional and experienced, and nice. They were on time with the appointment, and they fixed the window in only an hour and a half. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and there was even a $30 coupon on their website for first-time customers. When she was getting estimates for $400-plus everywhere else, Great Price did the job for $220 (with the discount). Best deal in Northern Nevada. We highly recommend Great Price Auto Glass for any kind of glass issue.

Someone recommended me this place so I tried it. The staff and the owner were all so kind. In my opinion, if a place you go to has bad service and they do a good job its not worth going to. But Low Price Auto Glass has it all, friendly staff, reasonable price, and job done so well, what more could I ask for? I went in to get my windshield replaced, they had it in stock and it took as long as he told me it would take which is perfect because I know some places lie about the wait time. I was so scared it would not come out nice but once I saw it I was relieved. Amazing job and well done, I cant say perfect because no one is perfect but I would say it was fairly close. These guys were GREAT! A bear broke my passenger rear window and I called them after hours and they answered! They ordered my window to be in the next afternoon. The price was good, the service was great. The actual location was a little dirty and hot on the inside, but the service and cheap price makes it worth it! Ill definitely be coming back if I need to thanks.

Had a great experience at Great Price Auto Glass. They were the only ones to carry the class I needed, in new condition on the spot and sis the install quickly. Very helpful staff and they made sure I was taken care of. I recommend them if you need to repair or replace your glass or need other services!

The price was great, great customer service! They were able to get me in quickly too.The only complaint I have is that they didnt put the molding on all the way around the bottom of the door. Very minor stuff. I fixed it when I got home. I drove from Bishop, CA too. Definitely worthwhile. I would recommend them.

They gave a great quote over the phone. They were very nice and it seems to be quality work for a windshield install. I was a little disappointed when they slapped on extra charges at the end to bring the total to almost $50 over the quote (not including tax). They said it was a rain sensor, but I had mentioned it on the phone and they made it seem that was part of the quote. Never did they mention there might be an additional fee for it. It still ended up being cheaper than down the street, but not as much as I expected. Id probably go back there in the future.

I came in and got a windshield for my 2014 camaro and they did a amazing job for a really good price and I definitely recommend them, and Roni is a really great guy, has great customer services and always helps you.

I was told my deductable would be waived, which is why I selected them to do the work. Once the work was done, I was charged the deductible. I would recommend getting it in writing before having any work done.

I would have given 5 stars but they left a 7 inch scratch on my front hood while installing my windshield. They also charged me $15 more for new molding. I thought that was supposed to be included. Question. Did any one else get charged extra for molding they said was their Best they have ,looks the same as all the rest? Still, 4 stars as to quick replacement time, quality of windshield and total cost. Also be aware if you have Chrome edge molding it will be replaced with Black rubber most glass replacement places dont carry your Original Trim.

I have a Subaru outback and needed the windshield replaced. I called they said they had one in stock and I wanted the better one with the tint on the top. I dropped my wifes car off; it took a few hours thats fine. When I got back to pick up the car they said it needed new molding thats fine. It was dark so I couldnt see the work they did. As I was driving home I hear air noise coming through the windshield, so I looked at it the next morning and the new molding they put on is cracked. The molding was glued on with excess amount of glue everywhere. Now Im starting to get irritated! I take the car in the next morning at 8 :00 am when they say they are open and wait 35 minutes. The owner finely shows up late mind you not 10 or 15 minutes but 35 minutes late. Drop the car off for a few hours, pick it back up later in the day. Their solution to the molding problem and the wind noise is to goober gobber the ever living crap outta my molding with excess leaking to inside of car. My car will never be the same until I pay the money to have it fixed properly. If you want your car hack jobbed, slapped together with duck tape and glue then this is the place for you. You have be warned!

Im very happy with my experience today just like it was advertised i talked to the guy on the phone told me they had a in shop special if i bring it to the shop and i was so pleased with the price it was only 120 dollars with a life time warranty and the guy up front was very helpful, i like that he know what he was doing it seems like hes doing for a long time, they guy the worked on my car was very knowledgeable pointed if there was anything way wrong with my car and i respect that very honest. and let me know if there was anything i need to improve my car , no pressure at all and i appreciate that thanks guys for the awesome work!

Their service is very bad, they give you one quote and then tell you when they get here that it is going to cost more for the molding. The guy showed up and he looked like he was on something. After the work was done I was unable to really look at it. He was trying to get an address and find his way to his next stop. I was able to go out there and look at it couple hours later. I called him back and left a message and told him that the weather shield was missing of my car. He never called me back that day, so the next morning I had called the shop and spoke with the guy that answered the phone. I told him what was missing. He said that the installer had put it in, He didnt know what he was talking about, the guy on the phone said that he would have him come out the next day to look at it. So he came out and looked at it left a rude message on my phone about how it was on there. After that I had called him and asked him to come back. He came back and I had witnesses with me. He started being very rude stating that it was on there, I told him that when he had did the work the first time that the original Weather Shield was not on there and I would like it on there. Of course I start yelling back because of the customer service I told him I paid for the window that I would like it the way it was before he installed it. I took it too fast class last night and they said he put the wrong one on. So anyway i called the manager and he didnt care also ask to speak with an owner and he wouldnt respond. I am taking it to the Better Business Bureau hope this helps people dont do business with them.

Called in to make an appointment to have our windshield replaced. I asked if there was no point of impact would it be replaced for free and they said when I brought it in they would determine that. So when we brought it in I said that we had the receipt and they said they didn’t need it. So I waited for them to evaluate it and let us know if they found a point of impact and instead they threw out the old windshield into the dumpster and put in a new one. When I asked if there was s point of impact he said they didn’t check because I didn’t ask them to. I said I asked him on the phone and he said I should have asked for him when I came in. I asked to see the old windshield so they pulled it broken out of the dumpster and tried to say there was a point of impact which I could not see the only one I saw was the one on the opposite side of the crack. Charged us for a brand new windshield saying the warranty was voided.Worst customer service ever and will never go here again .

The two younger workers were good and so was the price. The boss sucked though. He wanted a full payment before the workers installed both our front and back windshield and then brought us the wrong back window. It was too small and had tint and he tried to make us pay for it anyways. We paid in December and then found out they charged us $250 more than what it was 7 months later. Your best bet is to check your account for more charges just in case they are using your bank to earn more profit. Not the best place to go for glass when they keep charging you more without you knowing.

I had an absolutely great experience today had my window regulator fixed it wasnt going up or down so they got it fixed in an hour. And i also had them fix my brokeb back glass.They did a great job defenatley recommend this place!

I was very happy about price until I got there and they charged me for 2 hours of labor. (which the work only took 30 mins.) I also had some other window repair done beside my front windshield and you cant even tell they did anything. Very unhappy by poor job. NOT only did they charge me way more than what they quoted but they also did a quick bad job. I would never reccommend them, not only are they cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Took my 2013 gmc in,they installed a quality windshield .no cuts to inside fabric on A piller.glue was ok and no scratches to the paint. Those are the first things I look for. I am a car collector and have had windshield replaced in the past.
