Overall the fence looks Great!The problem is one of the main post was placed right on top of our sprinkler line and broke the line.This project was completed in April, but a month later when we began seasonal watering we discovered that the line had been severed right where the post was dug and placed,When we approached the desk, we were told that the crews had the means on hand to fix such incidents when they happen and that we were on our own if the crew didnt notice the damage at the time.Upon further inspection it became clear that the damage could Not have been un-noticed at the time. We were also told at the desk that they would contact the crew and ask about the post installation and get back with us,Guess how that went?Well here it is mid-Summer and No word back from them and a portion of our yard and trees is now dead and dried up even with hand watering the specific area...Very disappointed in their response.

They server you raw meat, when you ask. For medium rare. You show them the aaro card. And they tell you it doesnt work on this item.or want honor it on The other item.

The salesman was very nice. He told me that he would e-mail a quote. After 3 weeks I called there office. All I can say is totally rude guy working there office phone. I told him that I never got the quote in an e-mail. He said that yes it was e-mailed to me. He told me that it was my fault that I did not get it. I ask him why the salesman did not call to see if I got the e-mail. He said that that is to much work for the salesman to call. Then he hung up on me. I never did get a quote.

The gals in the office are always friendly and efficient and the guys that work in the yard are always more than willing to show me what they have and to help me out. I have bought fence stuff from these guys several times and will do so again soon as I am in the process of renewing some of our old (25 years?) rotting and broken fence between our house and the neighbors.

These guys get two stars only because the posts made a beautiful fence ... that is, for a couple of years. We have leaning and very loose upright posts on about 30% of our fence. The customer service at the office is poor. If you are going to use these guys, make sure you watch the installation. The install guys may not really know what they are doing, no matter what a salesman tells you. They installed fence posts and put the concrete too low in the ground, with a flat top. Water sat there did not drain and rotted the fence posts, and now we have to dig out, support the post with metal or wood stakes with very large screws, break up old (flat) concrete underneath, and re-pour new concrete properly. This has to be done on about 30% of Artistics installed posts on our property. If you use them, you have to watch them closely while working on your property. And the office girl is quick to tell you: Well, theres no warranty. Yeah, thanks. We know. We didnt ask about a warranty. Bad deal. Use someone else.

Super high price estimate...I had no preconcieved notions about how to rate this business, but the estimate was like 60-70% higher then other estimates. They were the last to respond by a long shot. I havent heard any good things about them from neighbors either. I think I would choose another fence builder for sure. They have been around awhile doing a lot of new subdivision work that has now stopped.

I had this company try to fix an old fence & they did an even worse job. The workers left garbage in the yard & left cement all over. Will NEVER go back or recommend this company to anyone.
