Todd returned my call within 10 minutes and showed up 10 minutes after that. He fixed my garage door and didnt charge me an emergency fee - even though for me it was an emergency. He came recommended despite the reviews being not so great. I will be doing more business with him in the future. Quick, knowledgable and friendly - a real pleasure to work with.

Todd with Carson Overhead Door Co. came right out and fixed our garage door cables today. The first place I called had a waiting list of 10 days! :O He was professional, did more than we asked at no additional charge, and was reasonable. I would highly recommend Carson Overhead Door Co.

7 days later, still no return phone call. If they cant even return calls, I wonder what its like to get something scheduled or a problem serviced. I had to call a company from Reno to come out instead to replace my door, they answered their phone.

When my garage door spring broke I called them and they came right out and fixed it. They also serviced both garage doors and adjusted the opener so it worked better. The price was exactly what was quoted. They could have done less but they chose to do a top rate job.

Will not use this company again.Nothing but problems since we had the doors installed. The owner insisted that it was something we did, like having something in the way of the door. They came out to fix it, added a support bar and charged us 75 bucks for it. The bar should have been there in the first place! The doors dont open evenly, the cable is always coming off. We were better off with our old crappy doors than we are with the new ones. So disappointed!
