So my husband and I went in to this establishment to do 4 to 5 large loads of laundry and were extremely disappointed by the staffing lack of customer service and care. The selection of washers is to say the least stunted. The prices are outrageous for the limited amount of machines. Most of the dryers didnt work at all for heat attempting to even dry sheets. When we needed assistance in the past 6 months we went here and its environment was completely different from then to now. Plus the little mini mart they have wont accept EBT. Havinghad to stay longer was necessary and higher cost just t9 achieve almost DRY clothes. The staff member wouldnt assist me with a spill even when I asked for a mop, there was none available and soda was tracked all over the room. Needless to say that we wont be going back or recommending them to anyone. Im disappointed by the lack of customer care for people like me who are openly disabled and no help is given.

First and last time ever coming here. Washers are very old, we started our load of laundry and water started pouring out all over the floor. It took the gentleman that worked there a minute or so to get the washer stopped, the next thing I know theres a mop and a bucket for me to clean up this mess. Its not the responsibility of the patron to clean up after his 50-year-old washer failed.

I have been coming to thisLaundry mat since I moved to Carson City 4 years ago I absolutely love this place. The machines look old and small but like the saying goes don’t judge a book by it’s cover. You can cram the machines slam pack them and the machine washes them better then if you half pack them trust me! The dyers dry very well and fast. The man named Frank who sits at the counter is like an old wise owl I love this man! He is a very helpful and a kind soul just don’t talk to him about politics or religion instead tell him about your adventures or Journeys he loves a good story. Also recently this place as came under new management and has improved Drastically!! The store is fully stocked with food & Miscellaneous products and the appearance and been updated. The new owner Marcel is awesome he is very helpful and kind you can see the motivation to run an excellent store and laundry mat in his eyes.I totally recommend this laundry mat!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I have a few huge thick blankets and comforters that we cant wash at home. This place has big washers and more importantly big enough dryers to get it done quickly. The place is clean and quiet and has a convenient little shop inside!

At first I wasn’t sure if the location at Economy Wash and Dry in Carson City provided wash and fold service, however to my surprise and satisfaction , they provide service with a smile and the turnaround time was sooner than I expected. Exceptionally fast.As I travel often for work and I don’t have much time during the day, kudos to the staff at Economy Wash & Dry for making my life easier.NYC Visitor.

All the machines are different sizes doubles , triples and 50 Pounders! They actually hold more than you think i was surprised on how much i could fit even in a double.

Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I drive here from Virginia City and it’s well worth it.

I travel the country and this laundromat is one of the best I have come across. I had the pleasure of speaking with the new owner as well as the previous owner, both great guys.

I love this laundry mat I go there every week the man at the service desk is very helpful and nice. The machines are older but that’s why I love it because they actually clean your clothes and blankets they look small but you can actually stuff them full and they come out amazing!! I definitely recommend this Laundry Mat!!

My drying gets dry for a decent amount than any other place I have been in town. It has always been kept clean. The washers work well and if there is a problem there is always someone there who quickly fixes it. Plus theres a little store inside so one can get a soda or snack while there. Nice place.

Hot water is off. I rely on the ability of the washing machine to clean sickness and soils out of my clothes. I have loved this laundry mat for a long time. My family got sick, and I couldnt get it out. Then when I was there washing I overheard someone say that the hot water was off and you could only wash in cold, and that you only need to wash in hot when there is sickness or extreme soil. Well duh!!! No wonder my family was sick... I thought I was washing my bedding and towels in hot water killing the sickness but I wasnt... it feels like a violation really.. they are my clothes, and its my family and I am paying to wash my clothes in which ever washer temp choices are available on the machine. Its no wonder my clothes werent coming clean all the way!!! So now I travel to a laundry mat that has hot water. This way I can wash my clothes in the temperature of my choice. They have a play area which I loved and a very large folding area in front of it. They sell some food and drinks and toiletries. Its a lovely place, such a shame...

Small washers, high prices, lack of masks.

A great first impression for us in Carson! We just recently moved from Elko where out selection for laundromats were severely limited. We were greeted by Paul who offered us fresh coffee right off the bat. He was courteous and professional and didnt give us the creepy rude vibe we`ve gotten from laundromat owners in elko. (Thanks Paul!)The machines were clean and properly maintained, no broken equipment. No gross lingering smell from dingy washers because they dont exist! The floors were cleaned and the door was left open during the day so you didnt have that mildew smell a lot of laundromats get. He also has triple load washers which sounds expensive at first (5$ to wash) but ended up more convenient and efficient over spending dollars and dollars for multiple machines. We`ll definitely be back!

Close to my home, wash only $3.50 & .25 a pop for drying, usually fairly empty, so Ill use 3-4 dryers and be done in about an hour. Had no idea it change names.

The building is old, but the place is always clean and has a manager there at all times. Best of all, the washers and dryers work well and at reasonable prices.

Very friendly and helpful owner, they have drinks and snacks for sale as well which is awesome. Nice atmosphere.
