I liked this store I had never been here before so I didn’t know what kinds of things they have. I found some candles on sale and were originally 15$ and I got it for 5$. I wanted the weighted blanket I found but didn’t have enough money for it that day. They have some one dollar kitchen utensils. It’s a nice little store I like it.

Horrible customer service. Let my package languish 10 hours from me for over two weeks. Waiting forever. If not BED BATH and BEYONDs fault, THEN THEY NEED TO CHANGE DELIVERY VENDORS!!!!! if there was a way to give a minus star, I would. AND SINCE THEY SEEMED TO KNOW OF THE PROBLEM, they could have warned me when I ordered.

I got a really good deal on a comforter only 40 dollars it wasnt busy I have no complains and I enjoyed the experience

I always get great customer service at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that I can take my dog in the store too! That, combined with the customer service, makes me want to shop here more!

I found the bed and bath part but I was never able to find the beyond section I guess maybe thats where they have the cool stuff.

BB&B has either gone downhill or fallen behind the curve on product variety. Less than 9 months ago I could find nearly anything I needed for the kitchen, bath, or bedroom in a range of brands I liked. Now, its like they pick and choose which quality products theyll stock, and I wind up going to two or three stores. Sometimes I just give up and buy through Amazon.

Pre Covid it was a very busy store. Now despite their Covid protocols people are shopping online. And they are a savvy online retailer who offers low prices and discounts that many times beats other big box discounters.

Mom wanted a new swivel sweeper, they had it and I was able to use a coupon, she was very happy.

We love this store, their quality products and excellent staff!

Very clean not helpful when asked ufvthe sister stores had any pasta makers and was told no we went to the store in reno and they did have some like 4 or 5 of them

I bought the Kitchen Aid mixer for my husband on sale. We brought it back to exchange for a different color and were told we had to pay $100.00 more for a different color, because it wasnt on sale anymore. Really!! Great customer service (not). Got my money back and we are getting it through Amazon, whatever color we want for a better price.

Hailey has been so helpful to me in trying to exchange towels that have discolored. The towels are now discontinued so the manager Bianca, will be looking into figuring out a way to exchange those for new ones. She will be getting back to me tomorrow. Bed Bath and Beyond has never steered us wrong. We do a lot of shopping with them. Thanks 🙂

Several months ago I purchased a K-cup coffee maker at the Carson City store. We are furnishing our new rental before moving to Germany. Jeff Banks the Assistant Manager offered some very useful information about cleaning the appliance. He explained how elevation effects the coffee maker. This was something I didnt know. This is just a wonderful store with great customer service. Outstanding staff!!!!

A very attractive blonde girl really made my kids feel like at home. She was very nice. Need more employees like her.

Ok, but why is everything made of plastic?

Its a small store and they dont carry quite the selection that Reno store does. The employees are all very nice and extremely helpful. The four star rating is due to less options than Reno but its an excellent store to shop still.

I enjoy this store, lots of interesting and mostly useful house hold stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are competitive, and sometimes I appreciate paying hometown peoples salaries. Today I was looking for and found a rub pillow, and an automizer for essential oils.

The location is good with plenty of parking space, even on holidays, they have a great selection of house decor and other house items. The aisles are crowed with new products.
