Maverick Harley-Davidson is a terrific venue for the 22kill ride. All procedes go to the charity to assist veterans. 22kill One Tribe One Fight had a booth on site to purchase merchandise. Thr ridestarts and ends at Maverick Harley-Davidson. The store was open and visitors could purchase Harley-Davidson products. Outfit Brewing Company of Dallas had a beer tent with all procedes going to 22kill.

Parts: Scott in Parts has been outstanding. He has gone above & beyond helping me including waling me back to Service Dept. and talking with the mechanic about my bike. Also, Chad has been very helpful in working with me to get the best price-price matching, promotional on tires, etc.Service: Trip the mechanic takes his time to explain what is going on with my bike & to make suggestions that meet my needs - outstanding & knowledgeable. Chad in Service takes his time to listen & then ask questions to make sure my specific needs are met.

Was a very great visit.. bought the right part number but was the wrong part in the bag and Black and Gold went out of their way to make it right and gave me a call afterwards to do so.. its folks like that, that make the world go round.. I will definitely give them my services when need be.. Eric and Julius are great employees and the marketing manager, Amanda, went the extra mile along with the manager of the store I believe but I forgot his name.. great service and ill be back!

I got my first motorcycle from Maverick. I have been to a couple of other dealerships and the dealings with Maverick stood out in terms of professionalism and honesty. My sales person was Jacob and he was very knowledgable about my motorcycle of choice. He got the right people from their team involved at different stages of the engagement and ensured I am properly taken care off. What I would like to add here is, Jacob has been extremely helpful after the purchase with all kind of questions I had as a new owner. Their sales manager Dennis, service managers Chad, Connor .. all are very helpful and have you covered always.

If I could give the service department 30 stars I would. They were kind enough to offer use of their lift to load up some 3 wheelers for our charity, and after hours of unforeseen issues with loading the bikes, Dane Connor, and Chief stuck it out in the blazing heat and were total super heroes with positive, can do attitudes. Because of them, 3 Disabled Veterans will get to ride a once in a lifetime, 4,000mi, all expenses paid trip with the Road Warrior Foundation. Hugely recommend letting these guys help you work on your bike, Im sure theyll get it done and done right

Ive been coming to this dealership for years. I attend several events through out the year. From bike nights to toy drives. Bought a few bikes and actually got my training done here too! I went to Maverick Harley-Davidson to get my trade in appraised. My intentions were to come back the following day for a test ride on Tuesday, then close the deal by Saturday. I got there Monday, they appraised my bike within 20 minutes. I test ride the Harley of my choice. When I got back the written out deal was on the table. I accepted. One of the Reps drove me home since they gave me more for my bike than I expected. The next day a.Harley Rep. pulled up to my home in a Harley Davidson van and rolled out the bike of my choice. I was dead in the water. Lost my key fob. I called and spoke with Chad. He got the driver over amd picked up my bike most rickey tick. Got my replacement fob, took care of a couple other things, and even washed my baby.Chad was great to work with. Excellent customer service. Great communication. Definitely recommend.

Best buying experience period. Im 54 and have purchased many things in the past. I went into Maverick HD after checking out the competition first. Maverick easily had the best selection. So, I land on a 2017 Dyna S Lowrider with a stage 1 kit and it instantly caught my eye. The salesperson Jaguz was great. No pressure, but very knowledgeable and helped guide me through my purchase. The real experience came after running my credit check. I was given a tour throughout the departments for helmet fitting, apparel, parts and service. After coming out of finance the salesperson asked what my favorite song was. They displayed my bike and cranked up Ted Nugent Stranglehold and told me to ring the bell. At that point my emotions were getting the best of me as the employees all came by and shook my hand. Maverick really is on their game and if you want a great experience go to their Carrollton, TX location.

The Maverick designs on the back of the T-shirts are a bit lacking in murals/designs.The baby and or kids shirts have no Maverick Harley designs on the backs.Failures for getting kids , grandkids harley shirts.Get with the program yall.

Bought my first HD here and had the best experience ever. Everyone I dealt with at the different steps of the process from the sales member, test rides, the tour guide, parts help with my wish list, service going over details and financial working on the closing. Even after the sale was final, I was still treated like I was a prospective buyer. I apologise for not remembering everyones names, but thank you for making me feel like family for the 5+ hours I spent there. I now have a new group of people that I will proudly call my brothers and sisters.

Went in for what I thought was a simple headlight bulb. That sent Todd and myself down the rabbit hole. Dont waste your time coming to this dealer! I literally showed up with CASH ready to buy. I walked around looking at bikes for 20 minutes. Not one person tried to help me, not one! Guess they dont need my money.

Been going here since 2016. Service performed on the bike is up and down. Would like to have one reliable tech I could depend on. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I just got a motorcycle for an early Fathers Day gift. So my family went with me to get fitted for a helmet and buy some other riding gear.We walked into the location about 3:45pm. From the time we walked in, figured out where the helmets were, tried on about 4, and picked the one I liked, we were greeted by ZERO employees. At that time the employee to customer ratio was about 3 to 1, so they couldnt use busy as an excuse.As we began to exit the location, we took a route that led us through the showroom and to within 15 feet of several employees. Still not one greeting.On the way out the door, one employee looked up from his computer and said hi and then went back to his computer. By that time our experience had been more than soured.So, I took our business to the Harley Davidson in Garland where I was immediately greeted and spent a few hundred dollars on the gear that I needed for when my new bike is delivered on Friday.I dont know exactly why we got no help. While I can easily use the excuse of bias, I hope it wasnt. I would tell your staff that the next time a large black man and his family come into your location, your employees understand that a simple, Hello. How can we help you today? would go a long way to help what was an easy guaranteed sale.I live less than five minutes from Maverick. I shouldnt have to drive 45 minutes in traffic to a further location to get help.

Bought my first Harley here about a month ago, I did buy it used and like anything that has some miles on it there is a chance something might be wrong or just needed replaced, I had to bring it in not to long after purchase but with Wes and service they did a fantastic Job in taking care of me and putting me back on the road!Its not a question of if I get another bike... but when I get another bike I will absolutely come back here to get it!!!

I had gone to a different Harley dealership and the experience was so bad I had decided that I was no longer interested in purchasing a Harley. I was about ready to put a deposit on an Indian Motorcycle, luckily I was driving past Maverick Harley Davidson and on a whim decided to stop. Was a completely different experience! Everyone was helpful but not pushy, gave you the space you needed and didnt hover, and Jake helped me find a bike I love. Maverick HD, Jake is a keeper I have never had a better buying experience!

Callout to Dennis and CJ.I have taken several test rides at this dealership since feb 2020. They were very patient with me. I finally bought a road king from here in oct 2020. Dennis(who recently was promoted and leads the desk/paperwork) has been in touch with me the entire year and set me up with the best bike I could possible be on. CJ the sales rep was very courteous, professional and easy to work with. No pushy feeling, no pricing shellgames. If you are in DFW area, this is where you must buy your bikes from. Take my word for it. See below.Note- I have been to almost all other dealers in the Dallas area since early this year when I started my search , one of them lied to me about having inventory and made me drive 45 mins to them. Another one had pushy vibes and expected me to shell $25k 5 mins after a test ride. Maverick has the correct “Harley culture” in my opinion

Ive been to many HD over the world, and though this isnt the biggest, with the most bikes, its home for me. The staff has always treated me well, be it parts, or service. My latest upgrade to a 2020 RGL, I already knew I wanted to move away from a batwing fairing, and it all started with a test ride on a RGS and a RGL. Scotty put it together and I was convinced I found my new bike a RGL. Country had to track one down in the USA to close the deal. The rest is history, and Harley number 3 is now in my garage. Thanks Guys!

Sometimes its kind of quiet there. But generally they have free popcorn, free beer and coffee. Its a nice place to take a break from the day. Oh yes, they sell motorcycles, parts and clothing. Enjoy
