They are always helpful & friendlyIf I’m picking up supplies that are heavy they carry them to my vehicle for me.

I go here almost every day and as for working in the pool business I really do appreciate everyone there to help me out.. Out of every scp around this one is bar none the best customer service you will get out of all the rest.. I will not go anywhere else exept to Carrollton scp because of there great customer service and very open minded environment.. everyone there is awesome and thanks for serving me for so long and year going forward.. thanks

I purposefully pass other SCP branches to go see the guys at Carrollton. You can’t even compare them with other stores because they are in a league of their own!

Great staff!

Incorrect information/advice was given by an employee. This resulted in a product (heater) being installed which was not appropriate for the situation. The store allowed the heater to be returned but would not reimburse the labor cost for the installation and subsequent removal. If the correct information had been furnished when the first question was asked, it would have saved me over a thousand dollars and numerous phone calls. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Especially since the man who bought the heater does over $15,000 worth of business per year with this store.
