My Media Installer did a fantastic job with my new TV. He even taught me some new tricks on how to get the best out of my TV, stereo system, and headphones. I have used another company in the past but they were not near as good. He also beat their price and other quotes for the job.

Luis is professional and did a really great job. He installed a TV, sound bar, sub woofer and several outdoor floodlight cameras. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving, even making sure steaming services were set up. He continued to be available and answer questions after the install. His estimates were very reasonable and he honored his pricing. There were no surprises. I am happy to recommend him.

I needed someone to install a Tv with a motorized mount on a vaulted ceiling. Some people online avoided accepting the work saying it would be too complicated. Luis went above and beyond with making everything perfect. He did not resort to workarounds and shortcuts. He realized the available studs would not be center with the wall so he reinforced the frame inside the wall to make sure it looked just right and was going to be extra secure. In addition he installed outlets behind the TV and also had the cable box be neatly housed above the mount but just out of sight. I was surprised with how good it turned out. Before he left he made sure the systems were all working well. His pricing was very fair for the amount of work and care he put in. Highly recommended!

Never got a call back. Hired someone off Task Rabbit instead for a simple lift and mount of a 65 TV to wall above fireplace.

Luis is very professional and more capable than other media companies Ive hired in the past. Luis quickly set up my media room and corrected problems left behind from the last company that I used. Spent over a year just making do and watching whatever channel that had any reception after we discontinued Direct TV. Luis put our new antennae outside and used a special device to find the best direction and spent a lot of time working at making adjustments to get the best possible reception for our area. Trust me, I looked everywhere.We usually mount TV’s ourselves but we needed it mounted on our fireplace above the mantel. It was a pull down mount with a ton of accessories, and the fireplace wall is made of huge rocks. So the surface was very uneven. He had it all covered and under control.He was super professional and he will be my guy that I use every time now. For sure.

Prior to finding out about his company, we had gotten other quotes that were either just as high or higher than the company associated with our builder in Frisco. But Luis gave us a quote with the same equipment and even better equipment than those bigger companies but at a much lower rate! The truth is that many of those larger companies have sales agents and all types of middle men who take a cut of the overall costs paid by you the customer. But when you work with Luis he is very honest, upfront, and hands on. He has no sales agents that need a commission or a cut of the money, he works directly with the equipment distributors which enables him to supply the equipment to you at a much lower rate.All in all we had a very good experience with Luis. Our media room looks amazing, and the equipment is high quality. Luis was very professional, he replied quickly to my texts, and he completed the job on time. Very professional installation and you cant beat the price. Purchased tv from best buy and price for mount and installation was close to 400. Paid half the price with this guy and received the same service. No wires hanging, tv mounted perfectly and hooked up firestick along with it. Only $200 for mount and service. Cant beat that price anywhere

Love them. Very knowledgeable and set my whole home up with Sonos and new internet router with boosters to give me optimal speed on 3 levels of the house. Honest and Reliable. Very happy with all of it.

Luis has done 2 jobs for us - one was installing wiring and ethernet plugs for a new TV and a new location TV, and the other was installing a patio Sonos speaker system. Both were done in a timely and professional manner. Well use him again.
