Scheduling was very easy, staff was super nice. Emily the audiologist was extremely helpful and informative!! The Dr. was super knowledgeable regarding my daughter’s condition. We have recently moved here and she had always seen a pediatric ENT so I was a little nervous her first adult appt. We had planned to go to Atlanta but I am so glad we gave this group a chance!! Highly recommend!

I love everyone here! Usually I can call and get in the same day. My whole family goes here. I love the staff! Theyre very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We unfortunately have many sinus and allergy issues among others so we get xrays to insure there is an infection before we get antibiotics. My son had his tonsils and adenoids removes by them and they were wonderful and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately we have had to go to infectious disease, but they made sure we had everything we needed for the appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this ENT!! I highly recommend!

Not the place to go with tinnitus!! Will leave you in the room till 5:00 closing time to tell you nothing we can do go to a psychiatrist... what the!! if you are a vet and suffering for tinnitus or have worked in construction do yourself a favor and find a different place. Smiling and friendly don’t fix the RINGING..

My Son had tubes put in his ears 13 years ago, Dr Gufasen did the procedure he is the Best ENT Ive ever been to, He is Nice, Listens, Explains everything to you. Its not like a revolving door, How can I help ok bye. Great Doctor I highly recommend Carrolton ENT

Went to a few doctors prior to my visit to the ENT with no luck. Im feeling better now and its been a couple weeks since my visit. Didnt break my bank even though I did not have insurance either.

Bought an expensive hearing aid. $3000.

This is the only place I take my family.

I’m writing this in hopes an office manager will see this. Son has had several visits, was told 2 visits ago Tonsils and Adenoids needed to be removed. Husband and I have shared taking my son to visits, husband is not in the medical field but I am. Called today to speak to a nurse and was told you cannot call and speak to a nurse. That the parent who comes to the visit should be able to regurgitate what was said at the visit. Again, husband is not in the medical field... I had questions that I could not speak to a clinical staff with. Husband was not given any sort of clinical summary to be able to tell me what was said, diagnoses, etc. my son is being put on another antibiotic after several others not working. He has not eaten in 4 days because his tonsils are so huge his throat hurts. Was told today he needed a sleep study in order for the tonsils removal... this was never mentioned before. There was a plan set out by the Dr and none of our visits have followed this plan. I would have already had the sleep study completed had any of this been discussed beforehand. Now we have to have sleep study, then pre op before anything can be done. I feel like my sons care was poorly planned and was not executed. And to top it off, you cannot even speak to a medical staff about your child’s visit. Heaven forbid a grandparent or guardian have to take someone to a visit and you cannot even call and talk or ask questions about it. Usually pleased with this place but they have failed my son by not communicating and follow through with what they have planned.

They are very good with my kids and makes them comfortable and if they was sure they wasnt scared to ask another doctor for a 2nd opinion I love this place

Love Dr.Gambrell! He did my daughters tubes at 15 months(now 4) and is currently tending to my 10 month old with a ruptured ear drum! He’s so kid friendly! Makes visits a lot easier!!!

They are super nice people and the guy that worked on me which I had water in my ears and couldnt hear very much he was awesome it didnt even hurt but however I went to the hospital 2 days before and they stuck this big old piece of tweezers in my ear it really hurt but this place and they were gentle nice and not rude

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Gustafson! He is so kind, so easy to talk to, and will answer any questions you have. He will spend time talking to you and not make you feel rushed. He did my neck biopsy, his incision was clean, and once it heals, it will barely be noticable. I didnt want anyone else giving me a Lymphoma diagnosis but him, I wanted him to be the one to tell me because hes so compassionate. His pre surgical nurse Amy Alan is super sweet as well. Ive spoken to her several times and shes always so warm and gets back to you promptly. I will say I prefer the Bremen office over Carrollton because the office staff is much nicer and welcoming.

The best ENT around!!! They have treated me and my kids with nothing but respect and decency. The doctors treat you as if you are family. And they remember things about you without looking at your chart.

My family and I have received care from all of the doctors here. They are always super caring and easy to get an appointment with. I have always had a wonderful experience here.

Everyone is very nice and care about our needs. We dont ever wait long and we are usually in and out less than a hour.

Although they were very busy, I never felt like I was forgotten. I felt important and heard. They did tests to find out whats going on instead of a cursory look in my ears. I felt like they cared and listened to me. I had Dr Gambrell. Ive never been to an ENT doctor before, but have been to lots of doctors. Most nowadays make you feel like an intrusion on your day or just a number. I didnt feel that way here. There were waits here and there but nothing drastic. All the staff was super bubbly with the exception of the one at check out, who looked like she didnt want to be there. But by that time I had already formed my opinion. Lol

I would recommend Dr. Gustafson and Miss Emily to anyone needing hearing assessments

Dr. Pezold has an amazing connection with younger patients and is very pleasant and patient. The facility has an extremely large waiting area and everything feels well-run and friendly.

My Aunt had a visit to adjust her hearing aids and clean them. The staff is always friendly, very patient. This office is very large, and with wide width doors & a large, spotless handicap restroom. This building is very easy to locate and see from the main road, it has a large sign. My mother did scratch the skin back on her hand on the door and and it was bleeding very bad, we took tissues and held pressure on the skin to stop the bleeding, but each time we would lift the tissue the bleeding would start again. I asked for a bandaid and a pack of neosporin out of the first aid kit. I am a patient aswell as my Aunt, but my mother isnt, therefore they could only give my mother a bandaid. Hospital RULES!😖 No use in arguing with the lady behind the desk, she is just doing her job. A great Ear, nose & throat Doctors office. I will snap pics at my next visit.

My wife has been going there for years. The doctor she goes to, Dr.G, listens to her so well that helped get a referral to a primary care physian when no one was taking new patients, she desperately needed. Not only are they great doctors, but great people.

This Carrollton Ear Nose & Throat of Carrollton Ga is the best. Do not get this one confused with the one in Bremen Ga.I had a Tumor in my Neck. I had already been to other Doctors and they had said I needed to see a dentist, I was told the knot patruding from my neck was wisdom teeth. Went to Dentist they said I need oral surgeon. Oral Surgeon said there was nothing wrong with teeth and I needed a cat scan done and then come back to him. I did not understand going back to a oral surgeon if it did not have to do with my teeth so I called Carrollton Ear Nose and Throat and seen Dr. Gustafson, he and his group figured out what it was quickly and got me into Emory quickly. It was a situation that was already bad and could have been fatal if I had not went to Carrollton Ear Nose and Throat of Carrollton Ga. The staff was friendly and had a sense of Humor. My hat off to them. Much Gratitude to Dr. Gustafson and the Staff!

The WORST! Do not go here!! I was a first and last time patient... I showed up at 2pm for my 2:15pm appointment. I was given a tablet by a super unfriendly nurse where I had to type my whole life story and then some In lieu of filling out paperwork. I was expecting it to pop put something to take a blood sample it asked so many questions! I then waited until 3:30, 3:30!!!!! I text my husband that I was going to ask for a refund when my name was FINALLY called. I spent 2 mins with the dr who was a Nut. He sent me for tests all to come back to him 30 minutes later, say he can’t tell what’s going on with my ears because they aren’t infected at the moment (though I’ve had 3 back to back ear infections as an adult) and to use nasal spray to help. I told him I was using Flonase. He tells me I am getting a prescription one that’s better. I drive to the pharmacy to find out it’s Flonase!!!!! I wanted to scream when the pharmacists told me! Please please don’t go here, waste of time and money!!!

If you are sick, come straight to Carrollton ENT. They will take fantastic care of you and get to the bottom of whats causing the problem.

Made an appointment here for my 39 week pregnant wife who was having flu symptoms. They couldnt get us in for a test until 345. Because my pregnant wife was throwing up and sick we were 15 minutes late and they turned her away after we waited all day just for a flu test. The staff left a bad taste in my mouth and was not friendly or understanding at all.
