I work for Home Window Tinting & Commercial and I am very VERY unhappy with the service I was given. We are a commercial and residential window company and we cover the window manufacturers warranty. When we called to simply ask for a copy of their warranty they basically said that the warranty only goes to the installing glass company, when asked what happens if the glass company goes out of business the person stated that the warranty is null and void so in other words, if you are a homeowner and your glass company goes out of business, you no longer have a valid warranty. We did not think our request was too difficult to comply with since our film manufacturers are asking for a copy of the glass manufacturers warranty.They may give a reply that window film causes seal failure. This statement is false. We consistently see their insulated units failing with or without film in less than five years. We have no problem with them voiding the warranty with the application of our film because we cover the warranty on the windows for our clients. The homeowner. Our products come with a lifetime labor and materials warranty in residential.

I would give less stars if possible. This place is the worst in the entire metroplex about harassment of customers. They are inconsistent in their policy enforcement. Nobody, consistently wears mask who works here yet they (with mask improperly worn) banned my business from the premises.

It’d be nice if they can answer the phones in a timely manner. Their quality on glass is good. But they need more sales representatives. Be prepare to be ON HOLD for about 10 minutes.

Came back from serving in the army and they cancelled my account and will not let me reopen an account. They basically screwed me from a few customers because they never place my order and didnt even decide to notify me. If your currently serving. I would open an account with this company.
