Great experience. Very professional outfit. They told me to watch for the service technician between 3-5pm and he arrived right at 3pm. Broken springs were repaired in about 30 minutes with the work site left perfectly clean. The on-line billing is simple, convenient and fast. Completely hassle free.

The torsion tube on our garage door snapped in half and a bolt pulled out the wall from spring tension. The door was stuck open. Happened to be an opening in the schedule and Vintage Garage Door Repair Inc. was able to come out the next day. The technician replaced the tube, tension spring and bearing plate. I highly recommend them. Reasonable prices and prompt, professional, courteous and skilled service. I couldnt ask for a better experience!

When I called I advised them of the type of system I have and the problem I was having, they sent a tech that admitted he knew nothing about a Linear system. The tech was very nice however he was no help ,again bc they sent someone who knew nothing about my system. I was still charged $39 for a service call which to me is wrong. I actually called Linear and a nice tech walked me through fixing the problem. He stated that they normally do not help residential customers but would help since the tech couldnt. He said the tech should have called Linear. When I called Vintage about a refund, they admitted that a mistake had been made by sending a tech not familiar with my system and offered to send another tech. I declined because I had already done their job for them. They advised me to send an email containing what happened in order to get a refund.i received an email back that denied a refund. Theyre not a company I will ever recommend! Horrible customer service. Also read their reviews carefully, some are basically the same with tiny changes written by different people.

Had an appointment for Thursday they called and asked to move it to Friday. I told them that was fine. Sat at my house for 6 hours waiting on a call. The tech no showed and when I called to inquire I got told that they could only text management and they weren’t answering. I asked if they were corporate or only local the guy couldn’t even say the name of the city correctly so obviously they route their calls. Getting ahold of someone that works there locally is a no go. Save your time a schedule with someone who values customers.

The spring broke on our double garage door this morning. I contacted Vintage Garage Door Repair Inc. because the reviews on google and elsewhere were very very good. They answered the phone and had me connected with a technician before 12 noon. He arrived just after that. Very professional he replaced the broken spring , adjusted the door track and installed new sealed bearing rollers. The door is extremely quiet and works great. I feel that we got a premium level repair job with high quality components and that door is now higher tech and better adjusted than it ever was.

Our coil broke at 6pm in a Sunday night and sounded like a truck backfired in my driveway! The service gentleman was awesome and got everything fixed within a short period of time and even has the parts to fix the door! Very professional, quick, and friendly! I cant say enough about my good experience dealing with Vintage Garage Door Repair Inc. I asked them to take a look at my door which needed some maintenance. The three-man crew came and spent quite a bit of time replacing the springs and cables, tightened and lubricated all the parts and adjusted the garage door opener. They were knowledgeable, provided options, no pressure and upon repair, an explanation of work done and what to expect in terms of longevity, so that I can prepare for the eventual replacement. No communication at all...very disappointing. I expected suburb service according to the other reviews. Called several times to get an ETA. Was told the service tech would call, but never received a phone call. Was going to cancel, but gave them a second chance to redeem themselves, but still no call from technician. One women who answered the phone was friendly, but the other customer service reps where less than friendly. You dont bring in business with unfriendly personnel answering the phone.
