This location is very well stocked, the bathrooms up front need to be attended to more frequently, but other than that, it’s one of the better locations I’ve been to.

Curbside services are excellent! Veggies could be fresher but overall happy with every thing. I havent been inside in 2 years. No need.

New store layout is awful and lacks logic. Now all adult care products are on the other side of the store opposite the pharmacy since older people never use the pharmacy. Likewise, the snacks were moved completely away from soft drinks since they also dont go together. The good news is that cookies and candy is found throughout the store so not exactly sure where the primary isle is. They have managed to open up great swaths of the store so that the dirty floor is easier to see. If i did not have to shop here for an elderly friend i would never come to this store again.

The never have carts. The hand sanitizer machine shocks you. The staff is overwhelmed and less then helpful.

I switched from going to the Walmart on Frankford to this location because I couldn’t shop in peace there. I like the atmosphere, the low prices lol, cons is there’s never any employees on the floor that can assist you they never have a response to anything you ask it’s always “ oh I don’t know”, they never answer the phones, I bought a pot roast kit yesterday to cook today and the vegetables were soggy and wet and the date was expired it said “ best by 9/7/2021& yesterday was 9/11/2021. Mind you my family is on a tight budget.

I went in this location this morning to purchase Custom for my children. I asked an employee by the name of Sunny for help and she was the rudest lady I have ever met. She told me she had other important things to do and she could not assist me and simply just walked away. Without pointing me in the direction of someone who could. Her customer service was horrendous and I’m never going back to this location again.

They never get a delivery correct. I am an amputee who relies on delivery. All of my orders are delivery. Yet when i order they will hold items back for pickup. I am now going to Kroger.

Its fast and easy process to get what I needed and go.

I recently moved to the area. What can you say about Wal-Mart its pretty much one stop shopping. The employees I asked questions to have been kind and helpful. Which is Great other stores Ive been to in Plano they act like youre a bother to them. I mean its a 2 way street without us they wouldnt have a job and without them we might now have a store to shop in. Quit acting like its a bother to do your job. If you dont want a job where you might have to deal with the public find another job. I understand they are plentiful due to people who would rather mooch of the government

Nothing was in place when i needed help every employee was ignoring me they didnt have what i was looking for which was a cooling pad for a laptop or a can of compressed air they are charging way to much for their food but just saw a commercial that they were cheaper than Krogers yeah right and none of they cashier lanes were open only self check out and the line was way to long

My regular stop for groceries, store was recently rearranged and Ineed a map.Still the best shopping 🛍 anywhere for most anything .

Excellent shopping. They are replacing the flooring, but you can still get shopping done. Have to use bathrooms in the back near layaway dept. Ones in front under renovation.I love Walmart Supercenter.

Love coming here, I can never come for just one thing I always end up buying more than I need. Staff here is always friendly and they always have plenty of lines open.

This location has limited stock. Not clean, employees are not kind, actually rude. I have always tried to be polite but nearly get knocked over or push by employees kinda of kept me from coming to this location. Also never order pick-up or delivery from this location because they will have items in stock but substitute items that are not even close to what you want. I just pick up from the neighborhood Walmart or shopped elsewhere.

I really like the variety and loads of options that this Walmart has available. Things I dont care for though are number one, customer service at the checkout. They seem to have a tendency of only having one or two non-self-checkouts open during prime business hours which absolutely flabbergast me. They also are in the process of remodeling and rearranging hole be aisles and goods so it is challenging to find anything anymore. The staff were not really greatly helpful as I found sometimes when you ask for assistance they tell you some fictitious aisle and fictitious location that has nothing to do with what youre looking for and to ask them for. Typically your general Walmart store. Overall prices of items are well priced and selection again was generally pretty good. Looked like they were getting ready for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday s coming up.

Went to self checkout and something scanned different than the website. The lady at the self checkout was the rudest...BUT...here is why I gave 5 stars. We went to customer service and spoke with a lady, Lisa. She spoke to us professionally and was understanding. She went with us to the back to see the price and see how the items scanned. She helped us, even after she was supposed to leave. She made sure we were completely taken care of! Way to go Lisa, thank you for your customer service!

First, Ill start by saying one of Walmart marketing strategies for aiming at 100% service customer service is the ability to stop any Walmart associate with questions on products or product placement throughout the store. Hence the uniform vest How may I help you. I received the worst customer service Ive ever experienced while shopping. Team member/employee Ms. Rana is the prototype of what companies should steer away from. Unfortunately, Ms. Rana needs to be re-trained and should be the example to future employees of what NOT to do. I ask Ms. Rana where the phone charges are located she replied I dont know and continues to walk away. Shocked by this response I followed to ask for her name. To my dismay Ms. Rana replied Do you expect me to know where everything is Amazed at the response I proceeded to locate supervision. Which was a task in itself, as no one knew how to locate Ms. Sandra. The attitude and overall lackluster performance of the front staff as a whole exudes awful customer service. From cashier, customer service desk employee to the front end supervisor Sandra. No one cares at this particular store location and it shows one hundred percent. Ms. Rana felt very comfortable and justified in her actions because the work environment at STORE # 1216 displays this type of behavior throughout the front end, in particular. This is not okay. I sincerely hope this doesnt reach deaf ears and these practices are changed.

I ordered Navel Oranges from this location for curbside pickup. Out of 15, 10 were bad. Bananas were totally green. If you are ordering online, my suggestion is not to order fresh produce. All the other packaged items were ok. Really disappointed.

Would rather go to this Walmart any day.Although they are working in the store to make it better, hands down it is definitely cleaner than the Walmart off Marsh & Frankford.Always find what I am looking for.

Everything here is in order as all related items are shelved together. Employees are easily identified and willing help. You can decide to self serve or queue up be served.

Largest Walmart I have ever seen in life. They literally have everything you could possibly want.

They didnt have the file tote I was looking for even though the app showed it was in stock. But they did have a certain freezer item that my local Walmart hasnt had inn a while. Lots of loud people with kids but its Walmart so its too be expected. Both the front and back womens bathroom was clean and well stocked. And I wasnt tripping over piles of inventory waiting to be stocked.

Its a Wal-Mart. You know what youre getting, by name alone. This is a very clean and well-managed location. Normally, I dont like going into Wal-marts, but I dont mind this particular one.

I encountered a rude employee. I get that people hate their job sometimes, but no need to cut off a customer in the middle of a question because it wasn’t HER department and keep walking. I guess this laziness trickles down from management.

There was three Walmart workers standing in the Clarence Ill marking items down taking what they want and putting it on their store cart to buy them for themselves while they were working. when I bought something from the clearance Isle there were two items that were marked incorrectly so I was not able to get them even though there was more in the clearance aisle. then when I went up to pay the woman that helps out in the do it yourself check out was rude.I was very disappointed I will never come back to that Walmart again.

Best WMART to shop at. I live walking distance from WM Trinity Mills, but they never have anything on my list if you go after Tuesdays. This WM is clean and super organized and only self check out..Love it !!!!

I dont like shopping at Walmart because the prices are not as low as they say they are.. I hate this store and I try to stay out of it as often as I can. This morning I bought some oil to put in my truck and knows lady that was cleaning the parking lot looked at me like I was some kind of thief or something. I dont appreciate that Walmart has had problems with the way they treat their employees. Their employees dont treat us any better.

Tonight I visited Walmart, for a multitude of random items, as most people do. While in the Electronics Department, I was assisted by an amazing fellow named “Jim.” He and his impressive staff members knew everything about EVERYTHING! They had answers to every crazy question I threw at them, as I came in with some predicaments!If Jim isn’t a Manager, he should be. He is the epitome of customer service. He thoughtfully showed me products that met my needs and I left with the things I came in for. Thanks to the care of Jim, and his well trained team, I left with a checked off list and a smile on my face. Please give these guys a well deserved thank you! 😃

Excellent service. Customer service rep Ms. IQRA goes above and beyond to meet ones expectations. I bought 10 bags of black mulch, needed help with loading those 10 bags of mulch in my car. She was super helpful, made sure that she got extra trash bags to cover my car floor and helped to stack all those 10 bags of black mulch. She deserves much deserved recognition and a satisfying raise.

Somehow 70% of the checkout machines are always down. Just keep them all running. Its not that complicated.

I went to the Walmart on old Denton and George bush last night at 9:00 pm and the lines were horrible. There were no cashiers working and the line at the register was about 15-20 people on the line.People were cutting in and it was a disaster. I asked for a manager and a young Hispanic girl came towards me, with a rude. Arrogant, unprofessional attitude, all she was missing was her sleeves rolled up like she was ready for a fight. I asked her, why were the lines so long, and told her people are cutting in on the line… what’s going on? She replied, in a rude and aggressive manner, that’s because we have no cashiers, that’s just how it is!!! I said, well I’m not going to be back at this Walmart. She replied, FINE!! I don’t care!! As she walked aaay mumbling something. The store was packed and I felt so humiliated and embarrassed, because everyone turned around and looked at me. Mr. Walton would be so disappointed and ashamed to see Walmart management staff treat customers in that manner.I wish I could give them a zero rating! You are complaining you are too busy and mistreat your customers and soon you won’t have that problem because people will not come to your store to be disrespected. I pass two Walmart’s to get to your store! You will not have the opportunity to humiliate me in public again!!

Awful grocery pick up and delivery service. I used to order pick up until waiting 30-45 minutes every time I ordered became a habit and an associate physically threw my items in my vehicle. In the last year I switched to grocery delivery in an attempt to save my time previously wasted. I order at least once a week and have had many issues as well. I have received other people’s orders and am missing items all together that won’t be refunded in the app. Today I ordered and paid for groceries for delivery between 2:00-3:00. It is 8:00 pm and I have received nothing. If you call the store pick up number they NEVER answer. I selected the help option in the app and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the store and to call back in the morning to schedule a new time. I have waited 4 hours already for the groceries I paid for and now have to call back in 12 hours to actually receive them? No thanks. Really poor service at this store as well as the Walmart contact service. Just hoping I get my money back at this point.

This store was very organized and clean, although they did only have one door open for entry and exit and no sign up that showed which was the active entrance and had an entry closed sign on the inside, which does the people parking on the outside any bit of good. Just doesnt make any sense for the elderly/disabled. Do better Walmart

It was horrible. They started redoing the front of the store. Didnt open up enough lanes. Long wait. Up to 25 mins or more. They raise their prices, get rid of product people want, and pushing you to go to winco. Their loss.

Extremely horrible was there today Walmart parking lot worker who was collecting carts intentionally interferd with the right of way of Walmart shoppers by blocking our vehicle preventing us from safely backing out he totally ignored our demand to move out our way this incident was witnessed by two other Walmart employees who came to our aid and moved the carts out our way that Mexican should be terminated immediately for compromising the safety of Walmart shoppers

They are always well stocked and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

There was a kind crew who tried to help me. She thought I was struggling to find something. I was just looking and waiting for my friend shopping but thank you again for trying to help me.

Auto centre of thus Walmart is one of the most pathetic and very lazy ppl their mo customer service at all. They talk with you like you that you are here for free oil change.The lady one of the slowest lady Mia who is extremely rude and after 35 min she answered me for oil change.

Looking for something? This store is a supercenter and probably has it! Friendly staff and great selection of products. Prices are always good too. The pharmacy techs are awesome as are the pharmacists. Rx are also well priced, most are lower than anywhere else. This is where my car takes me when its on auto pilot!

Its my second favorite Walmart store in north west Dallas area.. and In the Dallas metro area.The store is clean generally. and the shelves are stocked most of the time.But and there is a HUGE BUT. my issue with this store and with most Walmart stores is the associates that work there. For some reason the customer service in this store is horrible. If I make the mistake if asking a question the answer is I dont speak English. Spoken in English. And or IAM off the clock I can find someone to help u. And that some one never comes to help..Also.there customer service desk or returns desk. Is just horrible. Flat out garbage. They treat you like a criminal if u return anything. The lady last visit was so rude. The Indian lady. She told half if the Line that was waiting that they need to go she is closed. It was 9:02 pm . And she hadthe worst attitude . When my turn came I created her. And she looked at me and rolled her eyes then when she was doing the return she said well now we cant sell this back we are Gona lose in it. Lady the product was not working it was defective. I’ve met one of the rudest Walmart representative at the service center recently. It was 2/19/21 early evening around 6-7pm. An older Caucasian lady with glasses and short hair. I waited 30-40minutes patiently in a line for a money order and she said I still need to show id for a transaction less than $1000. I told her I lost my ID and the Walmart website says no ID required for any money order requests less than $1000. She said “nope, not on my watch” What the heck. She can just make her own policy? She wouldn’t budge even with the proof and said “next person in line”Whosever recruited her needs to see her poor customer service skills. And guess what? I ended up going to another nearby Walmart and they processed the money order NO problem and they confirmed no id requirement for any transaction less than $1000. She’s a fungus to the company!

So, I took in my sisters tire that had a nail stuck in it and asked if it could be patched (8/7/18), the service guy took it and said he would find out for me. So, I sat and waited in my car waiting for a call to let me know when it was done. An hour and a half later I go in to see what the long wait was for, as Im walking into the service area I see the tire on the floor from where he first sat it down when he took the tire from me! Meanwhile guys are just standing around talking away! I go in a d ask what is going and then the guy says oh let me go see if anyone has worked on it. Then I see him proceed to patch the tire up. 15 min later its done. Mind u I brought the tire in... there was no mounting of extra work that needed to be done... JUST A FREAKING PATCH!! It took 2 hours!!Get back to my sisters car get the tire back on... this morning the tire is completely flat again!!!😡😡😡 never again will I go to Walmart for tire repair!!

Its the closest Walmart to us, other than the Neighborhood one up the street, and what can I say, its Walmart. The customer service is forgettable, but they had what we needed of course, and at a good price. The 3 start rating is because of how slow the lines move at checkout. The cashiers are uninspired to drive the lines down, which may or may not speak to their working conditions. I cant call that either way, but as a customer I know have more pressing things to do that dont involve staring at the back of someones head for 10 minutes.

Didnt have what i needed but ended up being able to find something i ended up making work. Customer service on the other hand was terrible trying to rush people out of the door before closing time being extremely rude and not giving anykind of care as to how they were treating their employees! Smh just ridiculous! The manager should fire quite a few people from that location and replace them with people that actually care about their customers!

Wallet was stolen from my purse just minutes after entering the store. My husband and I were on a much needed vacation and our trip was completely ruined when my identification and all of my travel cash was taken with my wallet. We were supposed to board a flight the next morning. Hard to do without any legal identification. A police report was filed. Nothing was resolved. Stuck in Dallas, Texas without any identification or cash. WORST TRIP EVER. Side note: this Walmart trip was the first time we left the hotel room since we arrived. We were both sick all week, bed ridden. We were feeling a little better and decided to hit up Walmart for a few things before our paint the skyline dinner date and 10 minutes later my identification and cash was stolen from me. Since a police report had to be filed, we ended up missing our dinner and painting date as well. We lost thousands of dollars that day. Not to mention, I lost a very valuable and sentimental wallet as well.

They have gone self service. Maybe ONE register open. I scan items at work. Its like I leave work to go to work. Only difference I dont get paid. I go to Albertsons or Target now. I only go to Walmart if those 2 stores dont have what I need

The security mistakenly took me for another customer and accused me of stealing. So embarrassing because I was profiled said I stole a shirt, I literally had only my waffle house shirt on. Not even an undershirt, so to prove it, I stripped down to my underwear to prove my innocence.

The store was very clean and organized and the pharmacy staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. The pharmacy technician even found a way to get my prescription for less money without me even saying anything and transferred my prescription in minutes. I am new to the area and am switching to this Walmart Pharmacy. I could not have asked to be treated nicer.

I cancelled my delivery account because only one order was correct. Went back to pick up and my order had a missing item and then an item I didnt order. Walmart, pay for quality people then hire quality people! This is a SIMPLE JOB that gets screwed up time and time again. So done!

The only Walmart Supercenter in the world without a jewelry counter. Got some other odd things going on in there like Dickeys BBQ and a screen printer. No Walmart radio playing, just eerie quiet. Really odd creepy feeling.

Was being organized while I was there & it seemed to be that the employees were more concerned about getting things on or off the shelf rather than moving the big trash cans & the oversized carts. Did not offer to move them out of the middle of the isle.Also, I was in a motorized scooter & its hard enough trying to maneuver them without all of the carts & trash cans.

Walmart is carrying a lot of tie dye products as of lately and everytime I see that stuff I get an instant boost of serotonin.
