The experience and knowledge at Verizon Hebron Parkway exceeded my expectations. As a business owner, the opening of a new business account was easy and it didnt take long since I carried my business tax info and documentations with me. I appreciated the customer care from Earnest and I am looking forward to switching my personal account over from Sprint/T-Mobile soon.

Matthew was “awesome with a capital A baby!!!” We had all sorts of phones we were transferring over and he laid out all the options we had. He was trying to upsale or anything. He was concerned about finding what was best for us. He was good to clarify when we didn’t understand. He found us all what we wanted for great deals. Transferring networks is still a lengthy process but he made it as pain free as possible.

I’ve only been with Verizon for 5 weeks, but Ive visited this store twice and been very impressed with both the customer service and professionalism of the people who work here. Unfortunately, this wont be my store much longer as I am moving out of state.

Verizon has to be the worst phone company I have ever been with nothing I was told when I was getting my phones and switching to Verizon was true. For example I was told the credit from my paid off brand new iPhone 12 and 11 would cover the taxes and activation fees. NOPE SURE DID NOT THEY JUST PUT IT ON MY BILL AND MADE ME OWE THEN 600+ dollars. Also was told it was buy one phone get one free so I took that deal but guess what I’M STILL PAYING FOR TWO PHONES. And last but not least I got offered a tablet that I was told I would have to pay nothing up front to get so I said ok when the tablet came in the dude said oh no you have to pay 79 dollars today to take it and I said that’s not what I was told so I don’t want the tablet he said ok I’ll take it off your account guess what I’m still paying for that’s right THE TABLET I WAS TOLD WAS TAKEN OFF A TABLET THAT IS NOT EVEN IN MY POSSESSION VERIZON HAS IT

I came in because my pixels speaker didnt work anymore. Chase immediately got me taken care of, checking the speaker and calling in my warranty exchange. Luckily I was a few days under a year since purchase, so everything was covered. I had a lifetime warranty screen cover too, so chase told me to come back once the replacement came in. Once it came in I went back but missed them that day. I went to another verizon store and the service was terrible. They basically said there was nothing they could help me with unless I wanted to buy a new cover. Why would I want to do that when mine is covered? So I waited until this location reopened and asked for chase. Chase made sure my new cover was perfect, no bubbles and no dust. And he helped me pick out a new case since my old one was a bit worn. Brian assisted as well.Great overall experience.

Chase and Kayla ARE A-MA-ZING!!!!!!! I was so disgusted with Verizon after an unauthorized plan change caused me to lose my grandfather plan and I was forced into a higher plan. I have been calling every month for 6 MONTHS trying to find out what happened, get it corrected and get my bill back to normal. Chase and Kayla stayed an 1hr and 30min after closing to helping me to get my plan taken care of and crediting my account. After that, they got me the phone I wanted with ALL the features and better. They had they MOST pleasant customer service experience that I have EVER had and I absolutely love them. THEY DESERVE TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND REWARDED. 🥰❤❤❤

Outstanding service. I worked with a gentleman named Chase. I had recently purchased a new phone at the Colony location on Hwy 121, and had received the worst possible service imaginable at that location. I went to this location on Old Denton Road in Carrollton, next to the Kroger, and Chase greeted me promptly, apologized for the poor service at the other location, and set up my new phone for me and transferred all the data from my old phone, something that the other store had refused to do, even though I had just bought it there,and have been with Verizon for over 2 decades, and have 5 separate devices with them. Really bizarre how a company can have such vastly different service from one store to the next. The kids at The Colony store had even told me that I was too old to have a 5G phone when I was inquiring about buying one. That I wouldnt understand it anyway. Thats not a joke. Thank you Chase, you saved my business for Verizon.

I went in for a phone upgrade. They did not have the phone I wanted. They asked me to leave my phone at the store and come back in 3 hours. They said the new phone would be brought in from another local store. They would download the info from my old phone so I wouldnt have to hang around and wait. I came back in 3 hrs and everything was exactly as they promised. Impressive service!

Great experience. Chase was awesome and saved the day for me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had issues with my old phone and computer. He went above and beyond to back up my old phone then restore the new phone from the back up and waited for my computer to update. This took about 3 hours. He stayed more than 2 hours after hours to help me out. I can’t thank him enough. This was a stressful situation because I needed a phone that night for crucial work purposes. His knowledge and help alleviated my stresses and I walked out of the store with a new phone and all my devices working well.The location is far from where I live but I’ll come back to that store and seek Chase’s assistance for any electronic device needs. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Chase!

Keila at the Carrollton location was incredible in every way. I have an account with several lines and she went through all of my information with me, helped me rid of unused lines and useless charges, added several uselful items to my account, including removing my years long and expensive cap on data to unlimited data for all lines, all while explaining to me and illustrating that at the end of the day, I would save 33% on my monthly bills moving forward. She was perfectly professional while being very sincere and personable even though I took up 2 hours of her day with all my questions and issues. I walked out with a new phone and a lighter monthly bill ONLY because of her professionalism and willingness to walk me through it all. The entire visit was very satisfying. If you are a Verizon customer and need a new phone or other service issues, this store and Keila are the way to go. 5 stars all the way.

I purchased the Apple IPhone12 Pro today. The service I received at the Carrollton store off Old Denton Road was tremendous. Employees are friendly and sound like they know the various plans but when they push the button, the story changes. Same with returns, not all the employees are familiar with the Verizon ways so best to confirm twice before you switch.

Mani is simply so helpful and knowledgeable and truly wants you to have a great experience. She helps you navigate through products and plans that are perfect for you and your family. I would highly recommend this location for her assistance alone. They are open from 10-7 and you don’t need an appointment.

I just left this store about a half hour ago, I spoke to my mother the entire ride home about how great the service was. We worked with an man named David Kim and he was actually phenomenal. I have never left a Verizon store so happy before, he brought out my new phone and a variety of cases to choose from, screen protectors and all. I did not take all of it but he brought me my options and explained each of them for me perfectly. And also he explained step by step with my total monthly bill and sent to my email as well. This store and David Kim are so nicely to teach me all my bill information and non of other Verizon did this before. I had an amazing experience at this store, its officially my favorite location if David Kim still here.

Chase saved the day for my daughter’s iPhone 12 Pro Max pickup. She’s a YouTuber (LifeWithLyric) and preordered the phone to pickup the morning of the release day, so she could film and upload her video the same day. The Apple store messed up details of her order and said there was nothing they could do...we left the Galleria Mall empty-handed and frustrated. We called Chase, who has always been amazing, and by the time we arrived at his store, he was ready with her new phone and the details were flawless.
