I needed help with my laptop, iPad and phone, all with different situations and Will and Arsy were absolutely amazing. They were first of all extremely knowledgeable and were also very personable and easy to work with. They solved all situations in just a short period of time.I am so thankful to them and highly recommend their Verizon store to everyone.

I would love to give 5 Stars review to the sale agents who were knowledgeable and helpful in selecting new Sam Sung phones for us. Unfortunately, Upon our Verizon sales agent installing the Pure Gear screen protector 360 Steel tempered glass on our two new phones ( $40 for each); within 3-4 days, both of the phones developed corner cracks that looked like a small rainbow. It was a shock since the phones were not dropped or mishandled in any fashion.We were told that we need to notify Pure Gear to receive a replacement free of charge. Who wants to waste the time and effort for a replacement product with suspect quality like this? $80 down the drain!!!

#1- I called the store to see what time they closed (BILL) answered & informed me that we could shop until 8pm. ETA 30 minutes#2- Upon arrival we were greeted by (BILL). He was well dressed and very courteous. We were looking for a new phone to add to an existing account.#3- The phone with which we chose was not at the store. (BILL) asked us if we were ok to have someone else finish our paperwork while HE DROVE TO ANOTHER STORE AND PICKED UP THE PHONE. In about 20 minutes he returned with our new phone in hand. The process was very quick and professional. I would go out of my way to have service with (BILL) or any of the team at this location again. Everyone was very nice and professional. I look forward to seeing these professionals again. This is what you never expect from a salesperson; (BILL) went out of his way to help us get a phone & make us feel happy about our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products and plans. He didn’t try to sell us products that we didn’t need. VERY GOOD SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. Definitely good at what he does. We will be back there again.

Fantastic customer service particularly from one associate who wishes not to be named. I walked in near closing time and when some might have told me that the system was down and they were closed, he attempted to assist me and then set up an appointment for the next morning when the store opened even though it was his day off. He directed me toward the fantastic phone I own now and assisted me in store to fill out special promotion paperwork. Because of his superior customer service, Ill continue to come to this location and be a Verizon customer.

Was extremely disappointed. Sales rep was doing his job. However, you cant sell a 82 yr old lady as if she was 22yrs old. Hate to see what she wouldve paid if I wasnt with her.

I came into the store a few days ago to replace my iPad with a new iPad Pro, and Fonya went way more than above and beyond to help me get the new 2020 iPad Pro in less than 2 days! She even left her other store to come meet me earlier when it arrived so that I would have to wait! She even helped me find a JetPack for when I travel to remote locations and need internet. I’m blown away by the service and follow up that Fonya provided and I will definitely be visiting this store as my main store from now on!

I do NOT recommend this location if you are looking to purchase a plan or set up a new phone. Although the rep was nice enough to me, it was clear that he didnt know what he was doing because it took an hour (as well as a phone call to another rep over the phone) to set up my phone on Verizons service for the first time. Then I was charged $20 for a SIM card and a $35 fee for device setup, both of which I discovered later to be unnecessary fees that a legitimate corporate store would have waived. I wish I had left after the first half hour when it was clear I was not getting proper service.TLDR; This third-party retailer charged me extra fees that I never should have had to pay. Go to a legit corporate store instead.

Montel was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful. We were there to get my 80 year old mom a new phone. He was patient and kind and really helped her to feel comfortable with it. It was a wonderful experience and we left the store smiling and laughing with our new phone in hand.

I have been to three Verizon dealers in the quest to switch from Sprint. This dealer was far and away better than the rest. Courteous and knowledgeable. All the phones on display actually worked (!) so you could try what you wanted to buy. It was clean and organized. Obviously well-managed. compared to the others I tried. My particular Sales Rep Brandon Benson made the experience everything that it should of been. He made the purchase of a $1200 phone plus plan and accessories a light and happy experience that took no longer than it needed too. He had an immediate answer for all of my questions and even sacrificed some of his commission to meet my desires.

The rep that helped me was wonderful! He took all the time needed to get my phone set up. All the reps at this location are so friendly. Our experience was amazing!!

I went to this store yesterday to get help with getting my old cell phone returned with the promo offer. I thought it had been done by someone else but it wasnt. I spoke with John Wilson who couldnt have been nicer and very professional. He pulled up the info and processed the offer for me and now after months of buying the I 6 there I will get the gift card. John is truly a credit to Verizon. I want to say thanks so much to him. He is a real gentleman and very knowledgeable.

Its only worth it if you are willing to fork over money for help to transfer your stored data from your old phone to your new one, otherwise just buy directly from Verizon (online or through your My Verizon app) and do it yourself or ask a friend for free. They do try to be helpful but I was blindsided by that nonrefundable fee they charge upfront without any explanation. John Skuse took my phone and started creating a review, then asked me to write something good with his name on it so he can get commission. I highly suspect this is partly how the store gets so many 5 star reviews. He did not reach back to me to swap the phone they had in stock with the color I wanted, so Im stuck with what they gave me.

Worst customer service ever. Sold my elderly mother a GPS unit for her car that she did not need or could not use fully use (she has a flip phone). When called on their deceptive practices, its We are sorry and understand but there is nothing we can do. You might as well tell me thoughts and prayers.They are only interested in commissions and sales. They dont even have the ability to unlock an account. Save your time and call Verizon directly if you need help. After this debacle, I cancelled my mothers account with Verizon. To the owner of this store; train your people.

Sabrina Rivera was outstanding! She was pleasant and patience with me and my 2 sons! I converted from an older personal/consumer plan to a business plan. This process was cumbersome but Sabrina was great! She took the time to understand our desired and matched them to our needs! When technical problems occurred beyond her control, she resolved them patiently! She didnt complain although our visit lasted beyond the normal store hours. All in all, I left feeling satisfied!To further display Sabrinas service beyond the sale, my new phone, 3 days later, didnt work properly! I text Sabrina with my concern and displeasure. With professionalism, she acknowledged my concerns, helped troubleshoot the problem, and connected me to the proper support team. She even texted me afterwards to ensure that everything was fine! Although I wasnt pleased with my getting a lemon for a phone, my representative Sabrina was great!

I went to the Verizon looking to purchase a new phone, Chris helped me make that happen. He was very knowledgeable about the phone & it’s features. Brandon was also helpful with the screen protectant that I purchased, if it wasn’t for him and the knowledge I would have bought something cheap. These two guys work extremely well together. Chris Rucker is awesome I walked in with my warranty replacement needing to transfer all of my content from one phone to the other. He stayed after hours and didnt charge me a penny. Not only did he do everything in timely fashion, but kept me entertained throughout the process. Ask for Chris and youll get the best service there is.

Nasya helped me remove an ad from my phone. She also took off a list of cleaning apps that she said I didnt need on my phone. I had very many. My phone is now working faster thanks to her. She closed 54 Internet pages open. I did not know. She is nice, very good lady.

I dont know how this place gets more than one star. This is third party Verizon Location which not only charges more but also manage to mess up your phone. I actually was in the process or buying a new phone here bc they said it was not fixable due to some software issue. (Later another Verizon store told me that it just needed a new SIM). Without knowing whats about to happen and trusting what they told me, I decided to get a new phone. That was the beginning of nightmare. While in the process of getting a new phone, the guy manage to lock up my phone (I dont know how but the even password of the phone was changed...which is weird). So bc I couldnt unlock my phone anymore with my password, I had to wipe out the phone. This guy just told me to go to apple store and started putting back the new phone and re-packaged it. He said there is nothing he can do at this point and told me to have a good day. When I wiped out the phone and started setting it up, the phone was no longer registered and had no signal. So what happened was he started switching the account over to the new one, and when things didnt go well, he didnt put the account back to what it was before. So I went to the REAL Verizon store to get it fixed. Stay away from this store.

Cant say enough about Evert! We came in to upgrade our phones and he got us a great deal on both of them and helped us decide on which phones would suit us. Montell Williams did a fantastic job with explaining options, making transfers simple and effortless. He made sure I left with all applicable rebates and accesseries. Having said all that, he did not pressure me into things I was not interested. I highly recommend working with Montell.

I went there last week and ordered iPhone 7 because they didnt have one in stock. I shouldve left and went to real Verizon store or just order online from Verizon website but associate told me they can order one and should be there following week. I asked about trade in promotion and told me 550 trade in for iPhone 6. When I went there to pick up new phone, they had no idea who order the phone for me and told me its 99 dollar to trade phone. If I want to get credit from Verizon I had to go online and get 300 dollar credit because promotion ended. If associate told me that from day one I wouldve qualified for promotion. Very unprofessional and nobody know what the heck is going on. Also they charge me 50 dollar for set up fee which I could done for free if I ordered online.

My experience at Verizon today was the best I have experienced. Jeff has done such a great job today at explaining the new phones to both my son and myself. I will definitely be requesting his services in the future.

Do not use this third party retailer. It will be more expensive then using an official Verizon store (quoted from Verizon billing customer service).I went in for 2 prepaid phone lines, bringing my own devices to use. I was charged an extra $70 in activation fees. I called Verizon and they refunded me the amount to my account that was charged in activation fees saying That business should not have been doing that, only go to official Verizon stores.My bill for 2 prepaid phones lines through Verizon offical:$70My bill for 2 prepaid phones lines through this retailer:$141Over twice as expensive. Do not use this store.

I hope Verizon pulls the plug on this Indirect store. I have never had so much disrespect used against me in my life. I went into the store with knowledge of how much the iPhone was going to cost me without a contract. I had talked to a store associate for 30 minutes on pricing. This store tells me the iPhone is going to cost me over 1,000 dollars. Retail cost of the iPhone base model is 649.99 no contract price. Even the most expensive iPhone you can buy is not 1,000. The 64gb iPhone cost 849.99 no contract price. Please i beg you to stay away from this store. I have contacted the people who are over this store and i hope they take action. No one deserves to be told in front of customers a bunch of lies, let alone make you feel like you couldnt afford 1,000 dollar phone even if that were true.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been Edge Plan customers for over a year. Went into this store to edge up to the iPhone 6. The staff was unfamiliar with how the Edge plan works. Eventually they ordered our phone. after a week, they called to say that it was in. We were at the store for over 2 hours last night as they were trying to figure out how to activate our phone. Day two and these guys still dont know what they are doing. We are now going to a corporate Verizon store. Stay away from authorized dealers, they are clueless

A gentleman named Sterling helped me when I needed to replace my water damaged phone. I had issues recovering my account information and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I had to go back to the store 10 minutes before closing, he did not mind staying a bit after to make sure the new phone I purchased was set up and working properly. Went to Verizon to get new phones and we were not sure on what we wanted. Sterling Hawes helped us out very much! We probably spent 2 hours in there and he was VERY understanding and patient with us. We had some good laughs as well, Sterling has great customer service skills! Turned out we couldnt get the phones until we paid our old phones off because they were cracked:(, but after all that time we wasted, Sterling was still very understanding and helpful. We will be back in a few months to get our new phones and will be asking for Sterling Hawes. :D
