I had a great experience! This was an out of state transaction, so I expected to encounter some difficulties. However, Scot the sales associate was extremely helpful walking through the jeep via FaceTime. The entire process was easy. At pick up the jeep was just as I was told and the car was ready and waiting. The showroom was immaculate with lots of classic cars on display. The final paper process was seamless Eddie was very organized and made closing the deal easy!I would highly recommend.

My son had gotten in a car wreck, and we needed a car that was priced fair and in good condition. I saw a vehicle on their website, called and scheduled a test drive. Its a tricky thing when you find the perfect car... 4 hours outside your home town! And it takes a lot of trust to purchase a car, sight unseen. Thats why Ed Dodson at Texas Car One was one of the best car salesmen Ive ever worked with. He was very friendly and patient as I asked all my questions, and even took the most thorough photos and videos Ive ever seen, including every little knick and scratch so there werent any surprises when I arrived. He even arranged an offer for my trade in just using some photos I sent him.When I arrived, he cheerfully greeted me and took me for a test drive, even inspecting some mysterious rattle in the back. (turned out to be a loose door lock) Its little things like that, that made me feel confident he wasnt trying to hide anything and really wanted to be as transparent as possible. And the car was in immaculate condition. I dont think Ive ever owned a used car in such pristine condition.There was a hiccup in financing, as this dealership is not franchised and my credit union did not offer checks to unfranchised dealerships, but Ed and his team personally called my credit union and had them make an exception to streamline the purchase process. In fact, the hold time with my credit union took longer than the whole sales process at Texas Car One.Even though these guys dont have a huge parking lot full of vehicles and some gargantuan American flag waving in the sky or an inflatable gorilla trying to grab your attention, make no mistake, you will have an excellent experience with Ed and his team. They really do go the extra mile to ensure a top notch experience. Ed even ordered me a cup holder for my vehicle as I was driving out of the parking lot. I am thrilled with my experience with Texas Car One and you will be too.

I purchased this car online, sight unseen. Fortunately, the salesman, Ed Dodson, proved to be patient and a man of his word. He communicated readily, answered my many questions honestly and the car arrived exactly as advertised.....with one exception. The description and dashboard button said it was Sirius equipped but when I attempted to transfer my account to my new vehicle, Sirius was strangely missing. I couldnt blame Ed for this at all but he actually sent me $$ to buy a new radio! Im 1,200 miles away and the sale was final and he easily could have blown me off but thats not his style. You can deal with and buy from Ed Dodson with confidence.

I was helped by Eddie and he really helped me with my purchase even though I was in Austin and it was done by phone and email. Sorry I sent this to soon as I drove off I realized the car pulled to the left and when I got it home I brought it to the alignment shop where they told me the car was in a wreck and the sub frame was bent and control arm bent. So it had a previous accident they did not let us no about.The tires had wires showing on the inside but they told me how they were highly recognized for selling good cars I call bull. I will not recommend this company.

Most seamless car buying experience ever! Found a car weve been searching for (older model, super low miles, great condition) on a Sunday night. JJ (Josue) reached out to me first thing Monday to let me know it was available. I test drove it, told my husband I liked it, and within an hour we had the sale finalized. There was no haggling, very clear options for extended warranty and financing, and it was a painless process start to finish. I would definitely recommend Texas Car One and will buy from them again!

I went to Texas Car One to see a 1996 Corvette and received great help from Scot. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. He moved multiple cars out of the way in the warehouse in order to access this Vette to let me see and drive it. Even though we didnt complete a sale (this particular car was not exactly what I was looking for), I appreciated his no pressure approach and friendly demeanor, and I will monitor their website for future 90s Corvettes.

Buying a vehicle for my daughter, so I needed something reliable & safe, but at the lowest price possible. The website has an up to date inventory, and I had found a 2012 Nissan Sentra available. Dennis took all my info, I test drove the car, and was able to get in and out in a little over an hour. Very easy process, and I feel.very comfortable that I have a good car.

We agreed on the deal and things were proceeding smoothly until I get a call from my salesmen Dennis letting me know that another buyer came in a short time later, with an offer and the dealer sold it to them!!! I cant believe Texas Car One would allow another customer to buy the car, despite us already working with finance to complete the purchase of the car. What dealer would think this is good customer service or treat a customer like this!?!*** Update - The Owner called me the next day to apologize and took ownership about the mistakes that were made. He wanted to make things right but we had already bought a car at another dealership. I do think they have reviewed their process so this does not happen in the future but would be cautious.

We recently purchased a used car for our teen driver from Texas Car One and JJ was our sales guy. He took time out of his day to walk us around the parking lot and really go over each car that was a possibility for us until we found the perfect one. He was extremely patient with us, very informative and gave us 100% of his attention outside in the August heat. Main reason they are getting a 3 star versus 4 star, is after everything they forgot to put a temporary plate on the car to make it legal to drive.I recommend them as a good and viable resource to buy a car, but check every little thing and be assertive to make sure you stay on top of updates. ***Service started off great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, however trying to get something repaired is extremely slow. The car I bought, I noticed the Seatbelt didnt work. Took 3 days o get a response. Dropped the car off last Saturday, and here we are on Wednesday and still not repaired. Asked for eta, and am told we are busy. Asked by Friday, and am told we dont know will keep you posted.Unacceptable!!

Good greeting, Eddie was a nice salesman. We waited awhile for keys to be located before seeing cars...but they explained the keys had been misplaced. Long story short, while we waited he showed us another 2012 Jeep which we fell in love with and eventually bought.

Of course you have to pay tax, TT&L, and a $150.00 documentation fee but you have to pay those items anywhere you go. They didnt attempt to add extra bogus fees like dealer prep fees or VIN etching fees and so forth. So you can come here confidently knowing what to expect. No negotiations. The price you see is the actual price. You dont have to play the get up and walk out game here. After what has been the most difficult and stressful time of trying to buy a car, we stumbled upon Texas Car One and I will admit before I walked in the door I was ready to walk out, I didn’t want to deal with the idea of having to walk out on yet another car that we really wanted…..well all I can say is I couldn’t be more happy I walked in the door anyway! Ed was a terrific salesman, well I think calling him that gives him a bad name already! Ed wasn’t a salesman, Ed was the most honest upfront helpful customer service professional I’ve ever met at a dealership! He was accommodating to our needs, he understood our struggles and reservations and unlike any car salesman I met before the first thing he did was show us an itemized list of exactly what we would be paying, and that list wasn’t wrong it was exactly what we ended up paying down to the last penny. Ed didn’t try to bring in his associates and make you think they are cutting you a deal…however he did work with us tirelessly for 5 and a half hours to not finance the car for us as a dealership, rather he sat down with us and helped us apply for loans from banks completely separate from them. Texas Car One is a no haggle so hidden fees kind of store and it feels more like a fun adventure than it does buying a car! When Ed had problems with getting a tank of gas in the car before we purchased it he pulled cash out of his own wallet and told me here that should help I’m sorry I couldn’t get them to put more than a quarter tank in, sure he will expense that cash with the company and get it back I’m sure, but the point is he didn’t have to do it yet he did and he did it after he made the sale not as some kind of selling point or gimmick! Texas Car One was overall the best experience I’ve ever had and I will be going back!

We were searching for a truck to buy online anywhere in the nation and found one we liked at Texas Car One. After I reached out, Dennis was great and sent me numerous photos I requested of the truck since we lived over 500 miles away. When I expressed interest but explained my wife would be flying to Dallas from south Texas the next day to look at it, they accepted $500 earnest money (clearly stated it was non-refundable which we agreed to) and held it for us until my wife showed up since multiple people had expressed interest and were coming in that morning. My wife showed up in the afternoon dragging her suitcase behind her and they welcomed her with open arms. Dennis the sales guy, Austin the owner, and the finance guy (cant remember his name) were all friendly to her and even gave her some leftover pizza when she said she hadnt eaten yet that day because of taking the flight and coming straight to the dealership from the airport. They all made the process very easy when buying the vehicle even though we did not live in the area. Thanks guys!

Lee was our salesperson, and he was absolutely amazing. He had a genuine personality, and you could tell he was an upfront and honest man. We traveled about 250 miles and had stopped by many other dealerships, but none were as friendly and helpful as the staff at TexasCarOne. The mileage was low and the price was very reasonable and fair. From the owner to the salespeople, everyone is so kind and welcoming.
