Our older car (2003) was having some problems that we thought were transmission-related, so we brought it here. After fixing the problem, the car still was not running right. They looked through our car exhaustively and had to replace a few things looking for the answer. When they finally found out what the actual problem was, they only charged us to fix that and did not charge us for any of the other things they replaced in attempting to fix it since they did not end up being the problem. We were absolutely blown away at how kind and genuine and ethical of a business they are. If you have any doubts or concerns about a mechanic cheating you, these people will NOT ever do that. They are honest and fair. Thats hard to find and a great resource for our community. I dont think well ever take our cars anywhere else now. Will be recommending to everyone when they need a mechanic.

I got my transmission replaced here about a month and a half to 2 months ago. I cant remember the guys name who did it for me but my car is still doing great, this business is very knowledgeable and they already knew the Nissan CVT transmission for my car needed reprogramming. Awesome Experience! Had my 2004 Chevy Avalanche Trans Rebuilt here with 12 month 1 Year unlimited miles and havent had any issues.

Mr. Daniel treated me like he knew me for years. He checked my daughter car up and down. He repaired everything and more. Then he test drove it his self. I will be using him in the future for my daughter car at West Georgia. I highly recommend this shop.

West Georgia Auto is a family run business with a group of wonderful people behind the counter. Every time I walk through their doors it’s a pleasant experience and doesn’t leave me with out a penny to spare. I was first referred to them after another local shop gave me a inflated and wallet gouging quote that had me in a panic, however one call to West Ga. Automotive and I was feeling very relieved. On top of the reasonable pricing and wonderful customer service I haven’t experienced one problem with any of the repairs or services done to my vehicle. I wouldn’t suggest any where but here for your mechanic needs!

We took our Chevy Cruze to Daniel and Brandys shop last week with an oil leak around our valves . They had our car fixed in just a matter of hours . We highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for kind and dependable service.

After sending my vehicle to two dealerships and waiting a week for a diagnosis from the first and getting an outrageous quote from the second dealership a friend told me about West GA Auto Transmission & Repair. Took my vehicle to them and had a diagnosis within hours and a quote significantly lower than the dealership. I called to check on my vehicle and found they had encountered another problem unrelated to the repair and they had already taken care of it for me. I was pleased to know the issue was taken care of rather than put back together to be someone elses problem. This place is ran by good honest people and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Outside of friendly service, fast, and honesty. West ga transmission did quality work. After having my truck back for a few days I even received a call from them to ensure I was not having any issues and yes, Im very satisfied with the work performed by west ga transmission.

I grew up around auto shops my daddy Paul Pendley owned Pendleys wreaker service I have seen Lots a very good businesses and Ive seen lots lots of very bad rude money-grubbing only out to make a dollar. The day I walked in the door of West Georgia transmission the the first time was about a year ago they treated me with the utmost respect did not money gouge me at all being a woman I felt respected I guess about 6 months ago I had to return for things to be done my battery and a few more things I drive an old truck they welcome to me and sit out and talk to me like I was a friend not a customer and once again did not price gouge I think I drank all the poor fellows coffee in his favorite creamer that morning but they treated me with the utmost respect once again like family so if you have any needs for your vehicle go there they will talk you through it if they cant do it they will send you the someone who can but my opinion theres nothing they cant do and you will leave wether you spend a lot of money or not you will leave knowing you will return and with a smile on your face and a very dependable vehicle under you
