I have 2 cars, that require special changes. Well, this place was the place to be! Both warranty companies suggested here, or back to the dealership.I chose here, and am NOT disappointed. They get busy, and yes, you do wait, but it is worth it! They are thorough, and friendly. Always communicating, and keeping you informed, as you wait.

I have been going to this service station for about 10 years. They have worked on three different vehicles for me. I like the drive through oil change. The mechanics really know their trucks. Reasonably priced and so friendly. These guys even remember our names. I will continue to take our trucks to them for all our mechanical needs. Great hometown feel with good working professionals. Earlier this month my car had an issue that seemed to stem from my visit here and the repair would have cost me about $700. I was obviously pretty upset so I sent this location a message and they gave me a call like 10 minutes later apologizing for the trouble and said theyd cover the repairs in full AND give me a couple free oil changes! I went from furious to humbled pretty fast and I really appreciate the efforts taken to make sure I got my car back on the road. Great guys over at this place, just a confusing situation. Regardless, Im set to be back behind the wheel real soon.

I went to them for a few issues my car was having, and they were able to do everything I asked for in a timely manner. The reason i didnt give them an overall 5 stars though is because its slightly expensive. Just to have my AC charged was $119. My condenser for my AC is gradually leaking too, but I was informed that would cost $500. So the price is why Im not giving them 5 stars. If I was able to rate the service itself I would give the workers 5 stars easily.

Such nice people... Helped me when I was alone and right in the middle of an emergency situation and didnt charge me a penny. Im very thankful and they will always have my business now on.

I received an express oil change. I was very impressed how organized the crew was, not only in speed but in working together efficiently. That allowed them to be just as fast overall while taking great care in detail, checking all vehicle lights and fluids. I was very happy with the service here a typical price.

These guys are great. They all have a great attitude, and a smile on their face. Im always treated with respect and listened to. (Rare for women to be treated right by mechanics in my experience as a mechanic!) They offer lots of services, not just oil changes. Check them out. 10/10 will be a returning customer.

After waiting 40 minutes for someone to assist me I was informed that the price of an oil change would be almost $80. I get it cheaper, and faster, at the Honda dealership in Newnan, without having to wait 40 minutes before reviving even a price. Not to mention I even receive a veterans discount, that was not available here.

Awesome had loads of respect, knew what they was doing amazing job on my car andd very friendly.

They took great care of me and my car today. I had a huge nail in the sidewall of my tire and I stopped to see if it could be repaired. Sadly it couldn’t be patched and they did not have my tire in stock. The man helping me dropped what he was doing and went and picked one up and replaced my tire. I was back on my way in just a little over an hour. Very impressed and thankful!

Excellent customer service. Get there at 8 am because they are almost always busy. I have used them for car repairs as well. They are honest and have always gotten me back on the road. Super friendly and clean inside while you wait.

People very friendly but I recommend either asking the attendant or they should organize their lines better. I waited 40 minutes just to pull into the bay for an oil change and filter. Well the truck in front of me needed a complete service mean while the bays to my left and ride had about 4 cars go thru. Probably wont go back here again unless I see a bay open and ready.

Ive had five or six different vehicles serviced at express oil change and tire over the years. Ive always felt like the service is fair and prices on things like wipers and air filters are competitive. However, the price for oil changes is a bit high compared to other options in town and express sometimes doesnt live up to its name. Ive waited as long as 40 minutes in line for an oil change. The key advantage here is you dont have to get out of your car for an oil change.

I stopped in early in the morning to get an oil change, only to discover the hood of my car would not open. The men working were kind enough to direct me to a nearby auto shop to correct the problem. Within in a small amount of time, the problem was averted, I returned to the shop, got my oil changed and managed to get on with the day. Thank you guys for helping in a bad situation:-)

Second visit, we second set of problems.Lack of follow thru both trips. Did not read instructions to fix brake light, then changed out and out back in old bulb, had to let them know still not working. So changed out with good one.Second visit oil and fire rotation. Watched as car moved from.oil bay to tire changing bay where it sat for nearly two hours. Had to walk out to tire bay and ask when they would get started and the. He said ill.have done in 15 minutes. He did apologize and let me know that no one told him the car was in the bay.

These guys are just plain honest. Today, when they had every opportunity to charge me for an oil change, etc., they checked my oil first and determined that it was still too clean to change. Then, they proceeded to check all fluids and the tires. When I asked how much I owed, the response was nothing.I am a customer for life !!!

While shopping in Carrollton, I received a call from my husband saying there was a puddle of oil in our garage and I should go to the nearest oil change establishment and have them check the oil and repair or add oil to get me home to Wedowee,Al. Luckily, I came to Express Oil and a group of extremely nice young men took care of the problem and sent me on my way with blessings. I could not have ask for better service or nicer treatment! I will recommend them to anyone who ask!

I’ve been going to them for oil changes for years. The price is a little high but I’m okay with paying extra because of the inspection included in the price, and because I trust the engineers there.

Their staff needs much training recommends to replace a air filter on a car that only has 3000 miles the car is brand new and yet they are trying to sell me several things on it not only the air filter but a fuel filter radiator flush several other services they are only trying to make more money not give you good service
