I had the experious of taking a person to get their breath device at Smart Start. This is a mobile device ordered to measure alcohol content of a persons. The guys there explained all about the device. It’s operation, the limits, violations Ect. They answered all the questions and were very patient with the questioning. She received paper instructions and an email for the accompanying app for her phone. After so many stressors involved, it was refreshing to deal with straight forward answers and repeated instructions and cautions. Thanks to Smart Start!

Just want to give a shout out to the guy working there with the backwards black hat!Walked in today to try and get a removal done and they were backed up so we told me I had to come by tomorrow but he called me a few hours later letting me know an appointment had opened up.Really appreciate him going the extra mile!

Waiting over an hour and still waiting right now ridiculous

The building is dirty and gross the employees are rude. They have AWFUL hours.They charge about $100 bucks for upkeep on the device. It takes them 10 minutes and literally no active effort to do the upkeep.If you have any other choice take your business elsewhere.

Convenient

Very slow the boy 😡😡 in other places 5 minutes by car and this boy takes 20 to 25 minutes !! Or will it be new or no longer learned or is that slow
