The service was great but it took rather longer than usual. But for the price they offer on services I would say its worth the wait. The employee apologized for my extended wait and told me they just had to triple check things to make sure it was all good.

Walmart is an odd place. Decent prices. Selection is a challenge as out of stocks happen often. For this trip i needed a car battery went smooth. Instock good price. Answered my questions. Satisfied Just think if Walmart had motivated staff customer service friendly & likewise the Mgt. A to Z. They wud be unstoppable. Its rare. Missed opportunity. Its just a place.

NEVER AGAIN!!!Went in for an 11am tire & oil change appointment. Asked if my car was done around 2pm, and was told no! Went back AGAIN at 3:00pm asking and they acted lie it had been done but never once said my name over the intercom. ALL this while having my 1 year old with me. I’ve never been so livid in my life.

Wife spent 3 hours to get new tires put on to have them say there lifts cannot lift suvs or trucks. Apparently jacking up with hand jacks wasnt an option . What place that sells tires cannot lift up an suv. Poor service and disorganized.

Showed up early twice trying to get an oil change. After two hours, twice, I had to leave disappointed without one.

I needed four tires and the center was very busy but it didnt take long, maybe an hour which I thought was good for a Saturday morning . They were very professional !Also dropped off a different vehicle for a tire patch and it was done in a short time.I would definitely recommend the Carrollton Ga. Walmart automotive care ctr.

Came to get two tires balanced and it took three hours! I got here right when they opened too! What place has their technicians walking around on their phones? I won’t be returning.

Classic Story of going to get one thing fixed at a car repair shop and leaving with something else wrong.They have tires and they can sell you one, no problem. I was told that I would have to wait 3 hours for my car or I could just drop it off. Fine. No problem. I wait in my car for 1.5 before they come for my car next. Great!25 minutes go by and the guy says, Heyy your tire is on and rotated. Cool! But your starter gave out. It won’t crank anymore. It’s dead. YOU HAD ONE JOB! I haven’t had any issues with my car cranking up. My theory, they got in and stomped on my accelerator like it was a drum petal to create a new issue. Never again.

The auto care center is usually accommodating and very efficient. Even with alot of cars they have a way of getting through them all in a timely manner. I have no complaints about them, I usually just get an oil change or fluids checked. Until today. Was there 2.5 hours..

Even when Im the only customer present, it takes an hour and a half just to change my oil. If I ask for tire rotation, its an extra thirty minutes, but they do an amazing job! If youre in a hurry, go to Villa Rica Walmart, though.

Lady at the front was very sweet and funny. They were quick with my oil change, checked over everything for my vehicle and even vacuumed it for me!

Bonnie was very nice but the ENTIRE operation there is far too slow. Always 1 person working the counter and a thousand other department employees doing little more than moving tires from one pointless place to another. Sad state of affairs.

It was good, but if I had not opened my trunk to put groceries in then I would not have found how the techs in the service department left a mess. They couldnt put the donut tire back in its place so they left the carpet sticking up and didnt bother to tell me. Fortunately one of the managers came out and put it back in with a little bit of my help. It was like a puzzle but they just gave up and left it. Anyway, it was good because I shopped while waiting. This was the first time I had been to Walmart in 6 months to a year. The prices are just as high or higher than Krogers. That is where I have been shopping all of this time. I like them. So, guess Im going back to Krogers. See ya later.

Oil Change. Staff members seem to always have 22 to 24 minutes orientation. Always seems chaotic to me. I now use Accurate Auto on Maple St. Kenny and his son are AWESOME.

This visit was fine, just needed a set of tools. Was in and out in a few minutes. Though a location like walmart can give a varying degree of experiences.

I have been stuck at Walmart for a time that they say they are currently slow yet I have been here for 2 hours for an oil change. Many people are complaining as well because they prices they have been given is higher once they get to the store- I am talking about at least for have complained. I should have went to Bremen Walmart!!!! Last time I will go to this location for any car needs!!!!!! Disorganized as well they can’t find people’s tires! I should have know to leave when it took 26 minutes to get my car seen!2 hours and 47 of waiting and they put the wrong oil in my car! Go to Bremen instead!!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to ever have your car worked on. They said they could replace my terminals and battery but couldnt do either? We called them 2 hours later and they said they couldnt do it and that the car had been sitting there for an hour and a half. I dont understand why they couldnt just call us and tell us they couldnt do it. After looking online I went and got the part and did it myself. Stay away from this place

The wait time is ridiculous! I got here at 8:30 it is still 10:30 and no one has pulled my vehicle back. I walked by the work station and there was only 1 car being serviced..I asked are yall only able to service one car at a time?????? Like what is going on?

Went to Wal mart yesterday on a Sunday. With a large bolt in my tire. just needed 1 tire. I was told but the counter person at 3pm that they were (maxed) out and would not take anymore business. cannot believe the look of not giving a damn about the customer. Terrible place they have zero sympathy

Everyone was nice and great unlike the other the centers in the area

I needed a $3-4 lightbulb for my vehicle and they now have them all locked up where you cannot get to them to pick your own vehicle. The lady behind the counter would rather chat with other people than unlock the cabinet so I can get my lightbulb to make my vehicle legal again. Other associates were unhelpful; they kept telling me to go to this other lady. Too bad other auto parts stores aren’t open all night.

WalMart is a great place to shop but their Auto Care Service Center really sucks. They are very unprofessiinal & have you waiting around all damn day to leave with nothing done to your car. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

They refused to change the oil on my wife’s 2018 Chevy Traverse. They claim that Walmart’s system had not put in the info for 2018’s... it’s almost 2019... Not sure if it was their way of blowing us off considering we were waiting in a considerably long line? We told them we had our oil changed at another Walmart the last time and they insisted that the other walmart must have been going against policy. Either way, Walmart’s automotive department needs to get their stuff together. Terrible.

I am shocked by all these low rating reviews on here as the experience that I had with all staff members at this location was nothing short of accommodating and wonderful. I took my car here on a VERY busy saturday afternoon, walking up knowing there was likely a high chance they were not going to be able to take me as a walk in to check out my cars tires. They were very helpful in assisting me with my needs and also letting me know upfront that it could be a bit of a wait for the techs to even be able to check it out. (I will say for the volume that they are seeing at this location, it probably couldnt hurt to have a few extra staff members as I have been in a situation like that before where you want to make everyone happy but due to understaffing youre pulled in multiple different directions, all day. Which adds strain to your work environment. Every time i walked up to the counter there was always a line of people waiting to check out their car and pay- meaning they were turning over ALOT of cars for just the two technicians that were there. Impressive but why make those hard working staff members run around like that? ) Anyway the two young ladies at the register were very helpful and kind to me, and the techs again walked me through everything they were going to do and were clear and upfront with the cost before doing anything. I highly recommend them and would go back to them again for oil change or tire services!

I would give 0 stars if it would let me! I pulled up at the oil center at 8:03 to be exact. I saw two male employees playing around in the tire/lube center. So I wait and I wait and no one even ecknowoldges that I am even standing there. I was not even asked, or waited on unil 8:26. When I was finally waited on the lady she was rude. She acted as if her time was more important than mine, because she was in no hurry whatsoever!Well we go out to my vehicle for her to get my information. I am very proud of my car. It is new and I want it taken care of. She is leaning on it with her zipper on her vest. You can hear the zipper hitting my car! While I was in there waiting she was the only one working. The rude lady has multiple people waiting, and she just walks off to smoke. She left at 8:36 and doesnt get back til 8:50. I dont know how long she has been here, but you do not take a 14 minute break when you have people waiting. Only one car was in front of me. It is now 8:47 and they are just now pulling the very first car into the oil change bay. Need I say there were only two cars (mine included) waiting for their oil to be canged! Here it is 9:05 and they are just now pulling my car into the bay. They have 5 workers back there and only 3 cars have been pulled into the bay since Ive been here. I will NEVER come back here EVER again! What ever happened to customer service?!!!

I’ve been here for 2 hrs and then they told me that it’s going to be another 40 minutes to do the work. I will NEVER use Wal-Mart for vehicle work again.

Ive only had one bad experience, but lately vacuuming has been added to the list of things done to the cars serviced for free. They do a fantastic job.

Lied about not having a tool to get out of swapping my wheels. I have standard lug nuts needing no special tool. Argued with me and wouldnt even look at truck after telling me they could do it over the phone.

Couldnt even get the department to pick up the phone. Same lady answered 4x Hold please

They close 2 hours before they actually close...door and webpage says 5:00 on Sunday but they won’t fix your warenteed tire after 3:00...

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited AN HOUR to have them tell me they couldnt remove the nail in my tire because I need an alignment. I left and went somewhere else. Got the tire fixed and drove off at the other place. Would NOT recommend Walmart.

The young lady Ashley was highly rude and very disrespectful,very inexperienced in that department Im sorry to say. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this service.

I really don’t know why I came back here. I was here 20 mins before they opened and it is now 7:20 and my car hasn’t moved. No sense of urgency. If I didn’t need my tire plugged this morning I wouldn’t have come here. Never again!

I came to get a new tire and it took them an hour and a half to take it back. There was one car in the tire place.

Said they would call after my oil change and never did. Four hours later I came back and they had forgotten about me.

Battery died, got a jump, went there, they had the battery I needed and even loaned me a wrench to swap!

Horrible Customer Service. Was told 4 1/2 to 5 hour wait to have a nail removed from Tire and plugged!!! REALLY????? It takes all of 15 mins to remove a tire pull a nail out and plug a stinking tire and replace the tire on vehicle!!!
