Nice people but they just got the car to repair. So far theyve been very helpful. Im sure theyll do a wonderful job.

Their insurance adjuster got spiteful because my insurance called something into question that he had failed to do, so were starting off with incompetence. After initially approving things he back-tracked. He questioned my account of how the damage occurred, said it looked like mere wear and tear, and referred me back to my insurance. Basically he insinuated I was attempting to engage in insurance fraud. When the adjuster from my insurance inspected it he not only debunked that it was wear and tear, but even said he and the insurance company would lose in court if they tried to deny my claim. So now on top of incompetence, there is malfeasance on the part of this companys insurance adjuster. But you know the best part? I got about $400 more directly from the insurance company. Five stars if you like being called a liar by somebody who simply cant own their own initial mistake.

Our car got rear ended very badly and we took it here. Every step of the way the staff were helpful, polite and transparent. They called us for updates regularly. When we got the car back, it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. They detailed the interior so well that it looked and felt like a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this place.

After getting Service King to do a couple repairs on my vehicle over the years and having so many issues with their quality of work, Joe Hudson blew my expectations out the park. They did a phenomenal job on my car.

I’ve used them before and they were great, which is why I returned. However, this turn around I was disappointed. They kept my wife’s car for 11 days, a little long for 2k worth of damage, but ok no problem. They called my wife twenty minutes before closing and ask her to pick up the car, like they are in some rush to get the car out since they are tied to the hip with Gieco. I go the very next day because it seemed urgent for them to get the car out and my wife actually wanted her car.I paid my deductible and the front desk person is nice and pleasant. So I’m waiting for my car to come out and waiting. I’m told they are running a “scan” whatever that means. I was like I was told the car is ready, is it ready? The front desk person replies yes, moments later the car comes around. I instantly see it’s not up to my standards. The person I spoke to had little answers to my questions on how they did the repairs. The front plate was not attached and there was no plate holder or plate screws in the front. I asked them “what’s up with the plate holder and hardware?” They said, and I think this is the go to default line when repair people are challenged “it’s on back order.” I told them, “so the cars is not ready then, why did you call to tell us the car is ready?” They now want me to take another trip out to the place to finish the repairs. I personally feel they are under pressure from Gieco to get the car out as quick as possible since the are an authorized Gieco repair shop. Not sure if I will return.

My whole driver side got side swiped from parking in front of the house on the street. Chose this place because they work with my insurance. Let me just say, they did an AMAZING job! Communication was awesome. They sent me text messages on updates and they also call me every few days on updates also. I would def recommend this place.

Awesome place to go to! Originally totaled a vehicle a few months ago and they were unable to fix, tried out Joes again and their service was absolutely stellar for a minor fender bender (Dallas livin is rough, ya know?) My rep John Ayers provided complete transparency the entire time and even cut my repair time in half than what was expected. It was a pretty frustrating experiencing with the Insurance company, but with Joe Hudsons...Ill recommend them a million times over.

Drove my car 1 week without any lights in the back because they forgot to plug the lights back in after repairing my cars trunk. Also rep did not tell me they were closing at 5pm on Friday when I told him that I would pick my car up after 5:20pm, he simply left at 5:20pm. I had to wait extra 4 days to get my car back. I would have given them 1 star because of these major issues but looks like they did a good job with repair.

A couple of years ago I wouldve recommended Joes to people. I had a collision and they did an amazing job on my car. However, recently I had another collision on a different vehicle and it was a nightmare to work with Joes staff. They were the center that my insurance work with directly, so I was expecting things to go smoothly. Every day I would receive a call from the staff telling me that something would have to be paid out of pocket because they believe it was damage the car had previously to the accident, even though I had just bought the vehicle two months before the accident. Most of the time it appeared that Joes was trying to save the insurance company money instead of actually working on my car. They wouldnt even want to put some aftermarket parts that I had on my vehicle because according to them my insurance didnt cover them. Luckily I call my insurance and they insurance that everything on the vehicle was cover and that they would talk to Joes to make sure the correct parts were put into the car. Wont be taking any vehicle back here ever and I would recommend that you look elsewhere for any body work.

From the start everyone was courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. It took a bit of waiting to get my rental car, but at least they brought it to the site for me. Car was finished on the day I was originally told. When I had the car back, coworkers commented on the quality of the repair being very high, matching the original Infinity quality of the car.

I had an issue with a gap being a little open when I got my truck back. They took the time to solve my issue and did right by adjusting the panel. They are prepared. They have done this well over and over...you can tell. Very buttoned up. Very friendly, courteous and considerate. They work was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way. They certainly did more than I expected. Car was spotless and even tires were washed. The rental car business was under the same roof - could not have been any easier. I would use then again without question.

They close at 5pm now and you have to have your car there by 4:30. This isnt posted anywhere - I found out by calling. Gal also said their email is down so they dont and cant receive the estimate Allstate supposedly sent them for my claim. I need to print and bring the physical paperwork. Make sure you call to get accurate information.

I had a great experience at Hudson Collision. They were even earlier than expected with my repairs. John Ayers was wonderful to work with. He even helped me (or rather fixed) an auxiliary plug that hadnt worked in 2 years. He is very knowledge and was able to tell me a lot about my car I never knew. I am a widow and dont have many reliable people that can explain the why’s of car problems, collision repairs or otherwise. On a scale of 1-10 he is a 20 and very professional. Does he own the Center? He takes great care of his customers that is for sure. The receptionist was assume too. Great people - do whatever you can to keep them!!I will always take my repairs to Hudson even though I hope I dont need to.Just cant say enough good things.Nanette Young

Just went to pick up my car and the manager was trying to justify the poorest job I’ve ever seen. All my good experience with them washed away by a guy who thinks customers have no idea what to expect. This is how poorly they’ve put a new bumper.

I would love to be able to give them 5 stars. Very convenient that Enterprise is in the building and Michael deserves 5 stars on his own, super quick and helpful. When i dropped my car off it was rainingand he had the seat warmer and steering wheel warmer going as soon as I got in.Jordan was great and called every day with an update until we were waiting on a part from Land Rover that seemed to take 3 extra days with no update as to why or when. He said he would call when it arrived and never did. I know he has no control over them. In all fairness he was off one of those days, but someone should’ve been left with the task to get me updated.I got a message from Robert to call him back while Jordan was out. I assumed he was going to tell me the part was in or my car was ready. When I called he wasn’t available and Christy, in a very condescending tone said “Well did he leave you a message that your car was ready?” If he did I assure you I wouldn’t have called. For her smart mouth and lack of follow up I have to give them a 2.ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS RESPONSE. I wish I wouldve seen it earlier. How about we apologize if she spoke to you in a tone that came across condescending. To say she NEVER speaks to people that way is basically calling me a liar. You guys are a complete joke. How unprofessional of you to answer my review that way. I moved it down to a one.

My experience at Joe Hudsons Collision Center was excellent from the moment I walked in the door and received a friendly warm greeting to the service estimator who carefully reviewed the damage and accurately completed the estimate insurance estimate. The repairs were very satisfactorily completed in a timely 4 business days and the vehicle was cleaned and washed when I picked it up. Throughout the repairs I received Text Messages with the status of the repairs in addition to phone calls from the service estimator who provided a detailed status or the repairs. Based on my experience, I would use Joe Hudsons Collision Center in the future and highly recommend them.

First off the shop was super clean, the staff was great to work with and my car was ready before the insurance check arrived. They did a super job on my rear bumper, you would never know if had a few dings an scratches on it, the new paint match perfectly. Parts are very hard to come by.Joe Hudsons found the parts and did the repair. They matched the paint perfectly. I cannot tell where the new body work was joined with the old.I am very impressed.

A very comfortable experience as soon as I walked in the door. Did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for my adjuster. He came out We examined the car he said he would give me an estimate I got the estimate the next day and we talked about remedies. Cannot recommend this place with anything other than five star

JHCC repaired a minor fender bender for me that I didnt want to file a insurance claim for. They were cost competitive, very timely with the repairs, followed through on everything they promised and the communications from Jordan and the staff couldnt have been better. The quality of the repairs and attention to detail were great and Ill be back to JHCC if I need body work done in the future.

The whole process is smooth and swift. From the geico adjuster Cody, to Miguel with the shop, and the rental car. They all go above and beyond to keep you updated and make the whole ordeal actually pretty stress free. Thumbs up for this place. They got their stuff together.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will make sure and leave you stranded without a care in the world. They send wonderful text message updates to let you know when you can get your car but give you 10 minutes to come get it before they close. And threaten you with having to pay out of pocket for a rental. Don’t even think about getting a phone call about your vehicle because they won’t call you. Edit: I am changing my review from a 5 star to a 3 star. The customer service was no doubt awesome, but at the end of the day its the quality of work that matters to me. On closer observation the fix on my car seemed sloppy and rushed. They forgot to plug my speaker on my passenger door back in and also did not plug my head lights back it. My doors, which were replaced make a funny noise when they are closed, even after taking it back to get it looked at again. Maybe I still would bring my car back in the future but tell them to keep it longer just so they dont rush through it.Jeff did a great job at managing my car to make sure my body fix would get completed quick and perfectly. I went out of town on a Monday and it was ready for me when I came back on Friday. I thought it was too good to be true, but sure enough, there it was waiting for me. Thanks guys!

Had a minor not at fault accident and decided to take my Infiniti here to get repaired as they are a guaranteed repair shop with my insurance company. Extremely easy to set up the appointment with my adjuster.Brought my vehicle in, left in a rental in less than 15 minutes. Not even 3 days later, my car was complete and well detailed. Cant even tell that there was any damage to my car. Its obvious they take care in their work and the paint finish is superb...Overall, one of the best experiences Ive had at a body shop. I usually dont spend time writing review, but these guys earned it. So professional and clean work. We met with a collision and the other partys insurance provider suggested a few places and we choose these guys. From the day we dropped the car to keeping the promise of having it ready on date plus frequent update, they are the BEST! and on top of it, they did clean the car and detailed it as well. I have never experienced such a great hospitality and work from any auto center. Would take my other car too for service and everything here from now on.

Took my 08 Nissan Xterra in for a minor repair to the front. My estimator John did a great job walking me through what the process was and when they should have it completed. I can’t express how impressed I was with the customer service. I felt like i was right there in the shop because John kept updated me at every phase. 10 out of 10 would come back.

They were great & even have a Enterprise car rental inside the location. Unfortunately my car ended up being totalled, so I cant speak for the quality of their work but they looked extremely busy so I have a feeling its good.
