My bike motor destroyed itself on the way to Sturgis 75th. I couldnt find anyone who could look at it right away untill I called Carroll Cycle Center. They tore the motor down, ordered parts and had me back on the road in a day and a half. More importantly they made me feel like family while a waited. Everyone from the shop, to the store, to the owner and his wife made sure I was comfortable and ok. Terry and Zoe Ruchti are amazing people and there dealership is top notch.

Been there twice now once to buy something very indifferent. The 2nd time to take it back very rude this time. If there was a negative star they would get that. I have been to so many Harley Dealers to buy clothes accessories or parts for our bikes. This was the worse experience in my life.
