Carrie attempted to find me a new Rav XSE and had no luck. She advised me to order it and worked with me to ensure it was just what I wanted. She kept me posted all along and it came in exactly as asked and on time. Have since learned that most dealers wont even try that due to the chip shortage, yet she did. Im grateful to her and advise anyone to make the drive to Carroll and look her up - shell treat you right and knows her business so well.

I bought a Buick enclave in des Moines in June it was not running right long story short Motor Inn got it late July thought they had problem fixed. Unfortunately I didnt make it home. They towed it back and fixed it at no further cost to me. They are the greatest!!

IF you are buying a used vehicle have your mechanic look it over, bought a 2008 chevy tahoe and have already put in over $3000 in a little over 3 to 4 months. Not very honest with customers when they say nothing is wrong with it that they know of. Contacting BBB and filing a complaint

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. over 2000 dollars later and the issue they fixed is broken again less than a week later. Im livid. I do not have $2000 to just throw around. They wont even fix their mistake. Never going again. I am having to take my car elsewhere to pay for the same repair again.

Worked on my truck and had it to me in no time. Great place to sit and watch tv and they have plenty of things to make you feel at home!

At the dealership I was greeted by Amy at the desk, went to customer lounge, the service work was done in a timely matter. I appreciate going to Motor Inn for service, work is always done right, Kevin and Amy are always very friendly.

No covid protocols were followed. Not a single worker wore a mask, there were no signs to help with social distancing, I was very uncomfortable with the lack of covid procedures. My work was completed and was fairly timely so that was good

I run my own company. The starter went out on my truck, I had to have it towed from a half hour away. Kevin wasn’t sure they would be able to get it in and fixed that week, but they had it done a day and a half later. I greatly appreciate it. It only put me 2 days behind instead of a full week. Horrible road side assistance. Called Toyota Care, they scheduled this location to tow my brand new truck. Waited two hours and now can’t get ahold of anyone at this location and Toyota Care is trying to find the next closest location for me. Horrible service overall.

We feel that the price was too high. All we had done was the oil changed...nothing else. We checked with another dealership, and it would have been at least $25 less.

My salesman,David Bremser was top notch. Well informed,amicable and easy to work with. As was the rest of the staff.

People need to worry more about themselves than other people’s personal lives. As It is only ones work ethic and ability to do their job well that has anything to do with motor inn and its clients. Having said that, Hally seems to have been a fantastic asset to this company in the short time she’s been there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I brought my vehicle in to the service department in which we bought the vehicle used at motor inn they charged us $128 for diagnostics test being a $27.99 part (purge valve solenoid) that I bought from carquest and put in myself in 10min they wanted to charge us $240 for the part not including labor! My friends , family and I will no longer be giving you our business. Not to mention another vehicle we were over charged on for a simple fuel filter job. Shame on you!

They were great to deal with. They are super nice and very inviting. Tony was great to work with and I would go back again!

Hally was very informative and answered any questions I had. She made feel welcome and was smiling and very friendly. I recommend booking an appointment with her.

Went in for a service and tire rotation. Noticed that my brakes are getting close for replacement. They just don’t drop the oil they will look over it to make sure that it’s safe for the road.

Very pleasant experience. I didnt feel like I was being pressured to look at anything I wasnt interested in. Hally was a big help, very surprised that she hasnt been there very long, she seemed really knowledgeable and personable. I look forward to returning.

Good sales staff, would like to have done business with them. Unfortunately they have an unprofessional and unreasonable service department. Test drive of possible trade vehicle was done completely unreasonably and unsafe.

This is towards bodyshop....made mistake on my first vehicle, gave them second chance and made another mistake on my second vehicle....quality of work and care of your vehicle is just subpar...will not be returning

I bought my Prius C from this dealer and let me tell you they have been great from the get go. It was early 2014 when i wanted a new car. I looked online and made my mind that I wanted a Prius C. They didnt have any on their lot but looked around and found one for a great deal.I have used them for all my services and they have been great. I once screwed up my day and came in early and they fit me in without turning me away.I hit a deer this year and used there body shop. They helped me out with a loaner and fixed my car to new with very little friction or hasle. I received my car back two days before I was expecting it.These people have pride in what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
