I love Weaver Street Market! They have an excellent selection of vegan products, so anytime Im in the area I always make sure to stop here. I love their homemade vegan chicken salad. All you vegans and vegetarians out there must try it. You wont be sorry. The store itself is always clean when I go and the employees are always helpful and friendly. It is a little overpriced, and that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I highly recommend that the vegan and vegetarians in the area or just passing through to try some of their vegan products.

Love coming here to shop but I also like to just look around. Everything they have is excellent; great produce and fun products to try.

Its a relatively small grocery market but it has everything that you need! Produces are fresh. Plenty of options of veggies and fruits. Love that they have local product options so that we can consciously contribute local producers.At this current pandemic time, the market still requires mask inside. If you forget to bring yours, they provide it just beside the entrance. Will definitely shop my weekly produce here again.

This is a very very solid co-op. Lots of locally sourced produce and meats and seafood. A good variety of in-house made foods, plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Easy place to grab a meal anytime or get specialty items or all your groceries.

I only ever really stop in here for dessert, personally, but the desserts are delicious and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very clear that they are respectful and supportive of both LGBTQ patrons and employees!

Price may be little higher than other big chain grocery store, but their selection is different. You will be able to find a lot of local food including beer.

The online ordering curbside pickup is very well organized. The customer service line is very user friendly as well if you need to call for questions. And unlike some other area stores, the shoppers always give you 100 % fresh bagged produce (apples, potatoes, etc) vs a bag where some of it is already mushy/turned brown.

I love to come to this place for Lunch. the lunch buffet is delicious and inexpensive. You can sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Phenomenal place for those within the 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ community. The vibe/atmosphere was nothing short of awesome. As a non-local Carrboro resident, it is well worth the hour commute one way to come to this charming little safe town for all my needs and wants, including food at the Weaver Street Market.

Most interesting and delicious wines in Carrboro, and all excellent value. Excellent produce. Excellent bread, especially the Miche.

Love this grocery store- selection and homemade food are awesome. Glad Weaver Street expanded into Hillsborough and such, but their hiring process and who they hire sucks. Personal? Yes. Will I still shop there? Yes.

The woke culture has destroyed this place. Employees are rude. Selection is way down. I used to drop almost a 100$ bill here on a few of the high quality items when I visited. Now the store is empty and depressing. Good riddance, I prefer a shopping experience free of Politics and Freak shows.

Great practice of safety measures during this time of COVID. I also appreciated the warmth of the staff as she explained their bag/box options. Oh, and let me not forget the reason that led me to stop in today! I was on a mission to find a loose leaf tea strainer and found several options. Even without the patio dining, which is a great place to enjoy good tasting good for you food while people watching, I have to give Weaver Street a solid 5 star rating. An eclectic blend of organic and vegan staples paired with personable staff always makes for a great outing.

Small mainly organic co-op grocery. Generally an excellent variety of cooked bakery, lunch offerings and beverages. Small variety of meat, good charcuterie choices.

Weaver Streets paternalism isnt appreciated. When did health food stores become surrogates for the pharmaceutical industry? I used to shop here because I liked their alternative and holistic remedies, but these days it seems Weaver Street is in lockstep with conventional medicine and the FDA. I thought most Weaver Street shoppers knew that the FDA was a corrupt organization that allowed corporations to poison us? Apparently its okay to force vaccines on people too.

High prices, pretty good selection, they stopped serving hot food and bulk items which was one of the main attractions because of covid 😔. They take covid super seriously and not even your kids can go in without a mask. We buy non homogenized milk there as well as delicious healthy soda. Great selection of organic produce as well.

Really nice place to get food/dinner me and my friends always come every Friday and have lots of fun. Its also a very nice place to work in since its quiet inside. Their hot bar is very good. if you ever come here in the morning always make sure to get their breakfast bar its the best. Its also very family-friendly. They have really good events here too. Everyones always super friendly.

The Weaver Street we once knew and loved has become a cesspool for the satanic agenda. They are going out of business before 2022. Good riddance!

So today my wife (who is disabled and has to use oxygen) was treated horrifically at weaver street market. My wife is medically not required to wear a mask. She was harassed by not only the employees but also customers. They literally formed a mob against my wife and taunted her throughout the entire store. She finally decided to leave and even when she was outside people followed her. These people are wicked and sick

To the guy in the beer isle stocking wine who recommend the 4 pack of sweet beer you are the standarded of customer service in which all standards should be set. Sir you went a ove and beyond and i got the perfect beer thank you.

The selection of organic produce and more at the co-op is great. Employees are always helpful and friendly. The outdoor seating is the big plus. Meet some friends, get a little food from the hot and cold bars inside, grab a fun drink (love the Kefir soda), and relax outside when the weather is nice.

Produce was fresh. However packed raw walnuts (pack date was 3 days ago) looked good but tested rancid.

Excellent place to shop. Prices a bit high, but thats expected of a store that stocks better than most from local producers. I love the Ran Lew non homogenized mil and cudzu soaps. I really miss the hot bar. My only real complaint is the beer selection is too heavy with IPAs. A more balanced selection would be nice.

Everything they do, they do wonderfully! Their Weaver-made foods are particularly delicious. Their response to COVID has also been excellent, with incentives for picking up your groceries from them and only doing your grocery shopping once a week.

During the pandemic, I have had a chance to remember Wonderful places I have been. And Weaver Street Market is a top lister ! As a Co- op run by highly motivated people, it seems to do everything better, less compromising, than the Big box stores. Weaver Street also seems to catch the Cool Kooky stuff that makes shopping fun. And the staff add to the wonderful. The icing on cake is the unique Green Space in front of the Market. The Markets green space provides a community center for the whole Town, and is very special example of what Can Be. eNJoy

A depressing place to shop. Its a shame that they are limiting access to healthy food by closing the hot bar.

I have shopped here at least twice a week for 5 years. Great produce, coffee bean, wine, beer and cheese selection. You can shop for a full week of groceries or stop by and pick up a loaf of fresh bread, a fresh baked pie or fix a plate from the hot bar or the salad bar. On the nicer days you can sit outside, split a bottle of wine and listen to music under the trees while the kids run around and play in the grass.

Great community gathering place. Slightly overpriced everything - except the 1 gallon organic valley milk. Good collection of beer and wine. I really appreciate the culture it created in the neighborhood. I guess it is ok to pay a bit more to support our community business.

While on the pricier side, you really cannot beat the availability and quality of the local products. Fantastic breakfast and lunch bars. Fantastic (and recently renovated) patio area. Really a community center and heart of Carrboro.

Excellent selection of bulk foods, including hard-to-find ingredients and things like coffee and spices. Produce is super fresh, often locally sourced, and delicious. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Extensive bakery and hot food bar, plus a fantastic outdoor patio/seating area. Parking can be a bit chaotic on the weekends, but the bus line stops right by the store. We love Weaver Street Market!

Weaver Street has everything you could need in a grocery store! Tons of vegan food, gluten-free options, and a great selection of tea and wines. The bakery is always fresh and amazing, and the restaurant has great salads and soups, as well as plenty of beverages. Outside seating is awesome, and the public events are very entertaining! Would rate 6/5 stars, but sadly I cannot. Keep doing what youre doing!

I love their bakery!!! I always have to stop in when Im in town. They also have a great selection of produce. Aside from the bread and pastries that I cant get enough of, I love the local milk and butter options and the fresh ground peanut and almond butter machine.

When I am in the Carrboro area I love going to Weaver Street Market. Although there isnt inside dining, the patio generally is full of folks, especially in the warmer seasons. They have such a wide variety of cuisine. The produce is fresh and always displayed in an appealing manner. Their food bar has many tasty items and the baked goods are great. Weaver Street Market is a great place to shop and or dine. There is something for everyone!

Love this place and am a coop member. I do a good bit of my weekly shopping here. The produce is excellent and the selection of spices is a special feature for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products. The coffee is great too.

Delicious and great value breakfast hot bar (try the biscuit sandwiches, bacon egg and cheese for ~$4), lots of organic and healthy options in the grocery part. fresh baked goods. dinner hot bar is decent. plenty of seating outside though its pretty busy if its a nice day. very chill atmosphere. overall, great part of the community!

Ive traveled to many places with similar vibes as Carrboro and theyve all been lacking the oasis that is Weaver Street. With a huge outdoor patio as well as convenient indoor seating, and a great selection of grocery, grab and go, coffee, and salad and hot bar options, you can find most everything you need here without sacrificing quality, time, or ethics (Weaver Street almost exclusively carries organic and cruelty-free products). Thursday nights feature live music on the lawn and they often host outdoor events here. Very kid and dog friendly.

I visit Weaver Street 4 or 5 times a week. Cant say enough about this business. Very friendly and helpful staff (a few people even memorize my deli counter orders!) Great selection of natural and organic products and very fair prices. Their hit bar is very high quality, much much better than Whole Foods. Their increasing selection of in-house products is also impressive.A wonderful community resource and Im glad theyre opening another location in Raleigh.

Atmosphere was pleasant with people having conversation or working on their laptops. Had a desire for a warm pastry. Was delicious with a cup of coffee. The cashier was very welcoming. I will go there again.

I really like this store but it is a little overpriced. it is a great gathering place and it really sets the scene for carrboro. the grassy lot out front and the big oak tree is so beautiful on a cool day

Such an excellent place to just browse. Eat or shop with a purpose. I found an item I have been looking for for quiet some time. I was very excited. The people that work there looked with me and helped me find it. And the woman that helped me gave me a coupon off my item. An additional bonus. Im going to try to visit more regularly. Just a gem!

This is better than Whole Foods to put things to perspective. Fresher and actually local produce in small batches. I’m in Asheville right now and I miss this place more. they have fresher and more selection of local milk and cheese, local vegetables, local meats - feels like the farms are closer by to this store.

Staff is very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I always love coming here to unwind with a simple cup of coffee, bottle of water or a grab n go item. Its one of my favorite chill spots!

Wonderful people. Great place to go if you care about the specifics of your health. Only reason for four stars is it isnt an affordable place to constantly shop from as a young, college student. Could be affordable, if you are of a smaller build.

Absolutely LOVE Weaver Street Market. Theyve always been fabulous with customer service. I had an issue with my gift card malfunctioning and they spent a ton of time and effort in finding out the issue and putting it right. I guarantee had I gone to a big-chain grocery store my issue would have been met with oh Im so sorry, tough luck. However, the employees here seem like they genuinely care, are helpful, and it seems like theyre well treated there as well.As for the actual groceries: local, organic, bulk items are competitive price-wise. Not cheap, but the quality is much, much better here. You get what you pay for. Breads and bakery items are best fresh as they dont keep long. But when theyre fresh, theyre very tasty.Perfectly located with bus stops to get in and out of Carrboro. However, if you are parking rather than using public transit, Carr Mill (the building it is in) is apparently very tow-happy if your arent at one of their stores.

We LOVE our local co-op! We love all the fresh prepared foods and the community and its a wonderful place for friends and family to be together.

A local co-op grocery with a great lawn and social scene. Live music on Thursday night and Sunday brunch. Good hot bar, respectable grocery sushi, amazing baked goods. Organic produce and local farm products. Nice wine and beer selection. Its on the F, J, and CW bus routes.

Absolutely love this place! Not only do the carry great gerocery items they have unique specialty items you dont find everywhere. They have a hot and cold food bar for your dinning pleasure, seating inside and out! Coffee bar, Wonderful fresh produce, bakery items as well. Great local store. If you havent already been there you need to stop in and experience it....I know youre going to love the experience!

Definitely hipster-y and a bit pricey but more than worth it for the wide variety of ethically sourced delicious food. Support your local co-ops people. Also there are usually some pretty cute dogs outside.
