I agree with the person below. It’s a pandemic and they steady harass you! Even with late payments, I still pay. Lady at the front desk IS RUDE as hell. Said she couldn’t take my payment. I’m 7 months pregnant and now forced to sleep on hard floor until next furniture delivery from another place. I will NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Had a great experience with this office. I have never written a review on line but felt I need to sing their praises. Fast, efficient, on time, polite, knowledgeable. Will recommend this office and will use again.

There’s a pandemic going on and this place will literally harass you. I make my payments every month even if it’s late. They call you multiple times a day. They call your family. I’m getting close to reporting them to the Better Business Bureau...not to mention that the item I have, I was told it was “brand new” but I know for a fact it wasn’t and I let it slide. I took pictures of scratches and scuff marks when I got the item for proof for the long run. I will not rent anything else from this place.

This particular store is a JOKE! The guys that work in here are unprofessional. The store manager... couldn’t even put chairs together I had to do it myself. Who shows up to do a delivery with a dead drill??? He also asked if I would leave him a good review “I THINK NOT”! Promised to come back for 2 days and never showed up. The district manager is comical too. All he offered was to send my account to another store. WHAT ABOUT MAKING THE FIRST IMPRESSION RIGHT! I’m sending my merchandise back I’d rather not deal with this company at all!

I have used the Carborrro store for many holidays. Only have had wonderful experiences with them. Excellent and frirndly service. The furniture has always been top notch. I am avery grateful and satisfied customer. Thank you very much as always!

Worst Rent a Center I have ever dealt with. They were taking money from my account for a product I never recieved and acted as though it was my fault?!.. If my application didnt verify why are you still taking peoples money? Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being and so this business can get out of our town
