Owner is friendly and helpful! Great prices for used furniture

Owner Michael is warm spirited with quite the collection of finds. Each has a story that he might be able to share. And as anyone who has delved in antiques knows, all treasure troves require a little digging/dusting.

This place is fun to visit. Its run by a man who opened it in 1960s. He tells you several stories about the area and his store.

This place is incredible! Mostly furniture, but the owner has so much of everything. Little nick knacks and collectibles, unique pieces, you name it. Great to find things for art or DIY projects. I found an antique cigarette case on my last trip thats absolutely beautiful.

The name really says it all. Its an interesting place with an interesting owner. The merchandise changes all the time, the real value is in speaking to the owner who has lived in Carrboro for decades. If you are looking for something here he has probably seen it, bought it, sold it, or knows where to get it.

Recently moved here from MI and only brought what could fit in my van. Ive gone to a few other stores and this should have been my first stop. This place is small but it has a lot to offer. Richard is the owner and a native to chapel hill/ carrboro. He will hat with you and tell you about the area. The store takes cash or check. He will bring your item out to the car for you. Awesome place, highly recommended.

Disappointed. Place reeked of cigarette smoke which means that all furniture will permentantly smell like smoke. Everything was super dusty and lots of stuff was hidden in the cabinets so you couldnt see it unless you looked. It was super small (which wouldnt normally be a problem but paired with all of this...) and didnt have much I liked. Most of the stuff (except furniture) seemed junky and not-taken-care-of. Granted, I didnt get a chance to talk to the owner like most others suggested, and wasnt looking for antique furniture, so if youre looking for that it could be nice, but generally, Id say try somewhere else. Should be named after the furniture it sells so people dont come in expecting other things.

The owner is so friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Hes wonderful to chat with. Impossible not to find something interesting in this store.
