Phil and Cecilia are friendly and customer-service oriented. We got one side of our condo retrofitted last summer when our newborns bedroom was heating up to over 80 degrees. Cecilia regularly checked in with me on the progress, and when our sons window arrived before the others, she offered to have that window installed first because of the heat. So considerate! The windows were all installed quickly, with caulking all around, and they painted over the caulking as well so the job looked real sharp. They did such a good job Im going back this summer for the other side of our condo!

Despite having made arrangements to have a sliding glass door (my tenant) fitted for rollers; no one has gotten back to me or followed through with the repair. Since I have provided my address and two phone numbers; I am wary of this shops credibility and professionalism.

I have known Phil And Cecelia for years. Great service, great price. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

DO NOT use this glass company. They are a total rip off. I had to have them come back numerous times to fix problems and I am still dealing with them. The owner comes across as very friendly but when it comes to doing a good job, its a different story.I have basically wasted several thousands of dollars on this company. I wish I had had reviews to look at before I hired them.. Beware!!

Weve used Carp Glass several times over the past few years including yesterday. Have found them to be knowledgable, efficient, timely, and reasonable.
