I would not go near this company. The sold me a Leon and will not exchange it or repair it for free. Through amazon,i have emailed them four times telling them my computer died with only using it for college studies for 7 months. i asked Amazon to get involved about this and the seller avoided replying back to me within 48 hours required by Amazon. This seller is of no help to customer problems and sell lemons. On that i kindly asked for an exchange of product as i have a short window to get my computer working as i start college within nine days and all Apple and repair services are slowed down terribly with Covid. With Apple closed means i have to put about $900 out of pocket as two authorized repair facilities had said the issue is with the Logic Board. you would think that when a seller sells you in good faith a product that is close to $2000.00 they would stand behind their product. They wait days before each response even though i stated i have limited time window to get this device fixed as my college engineering Cours of study begins and this computer has all. My summer coding and homework on it. . STAY AWAY. NO Support, and arrogant like, telling me they need to follow policies set by their refund division as opposed to help a college student with no income on unemployment. Since I did not buy extended warranty that it is my problem. Frankly, they SOLD ME A LEMON. THIS IS THERE PROBLEM. THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP. We all know they buy parts wholesale and could solve my problem for a fraction of retail that iI will have to pay. BAD BAD SERVICE!!! On sixth email to them, they responded: I will diagnosed for free, but will not fix it for free. You have a chance of buying a lemon from them.There are plenty of other resellers out there. Pick one that cares. Especially since they get parts for wholesale. No computer that costs $1,700 should fail in 7 months. The unit was not dropped, no liquid was spilled on it. It had just college use and left in a good home environment and not even committed around.

At first, I was hesitant to buy a refurbished MacBook since I need a system to rely on at every circumstance. iPower Resale has exceeded my expectations. I could not distinguish the model from a new model. In addition, the price is very attractive. Definitely recommended placing an order at iPower Resale.

I used to be a regular customer here. I have bought computers from them, had computers repaired here, and have referred many other friends, family and clients.I dropped off an iMac to get a quote on a monitor replacement. I left a brand-new 500 GB Samsung EVO SSD with it and asked them to install it before sealing it up with the new monitor. The woman who works there said that a new monitor would be about what it would cost for a new computer, but if I wasnt in a hurry to get it back they would see what else they could source for me. With the understanding that it would take a while, I held off on contacting them. Having done business with them for years, and having been reassured by Tobias wife that they were looking for parts, I trusted them and felt that we had a good working relationship, that they appreciated my business and that I had referred customers to them. That was a big mistake. Weeks turned into months. I never received a call or email. Eventually I thought that I would check on it and see what was happening. I stopped in or called three or four times. I was told that they were checking on it. Never heard anything back. Finally I got the owner Tobias to respond to me. He told me that my computer couldnt be located, and that it was my fault.He said, I have been looking into this issue for you. Even though we had made every reasonable attempt to store your product and locate it for you. we have been unsuccessful. Company policy is that product that is left for more than 3 months is deemed abandoned, Apple uses a similar policy which I believe to be 60 days. I do not expect that we will be able to locate your machine, this has been more than 1 year and 3 months with no communication about this system period.Well, they asked me if I was in a hurry. I told them that I wasnt. I trusted them. They never tried to reach out to me. They never told me that anything past 90 days meant that they could do whatever they wanted to with the computer.Apparently they dont have a way of matching computers in their repair racks with owners. Apparently they just saw that it had been more than 90 days and got rid of it. What happened to it? Was it sold? Cannibalized for parts? Stolen? Is it still in their warehouse somewhere?After back and forth with Tobias, who came across as arrogant and unconcerned, he said that he would consider it to be shared fault and would come up with a comparable computer that he would sell me for the cost of what the repair would have been. Guess what happened? Nothing. I never heard anything back from them.So because they have shoddy inventory tracking, poor customer service and an arrogant attitude towards good customers, I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

First I must say that customer service is very important to me, with that said I had several phone calls with them prior to my purchase of a Mac Pro 12 core. Each call was outstanding as they were very pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to discuss things and answer all of my questions. My new Mac was shipped pretty quick, two days, and delivered in a matter of days from placing my order. Item delivered was simply incredible!!! These folks are fantastic!!!

I am a professional composer, and after considering various options for a new Mac workstation (including the purchase of a new Mac Pro), I decided to purchase a 2010 Mac Pro from iPower Resale. I was skeptical about purchasing a used computer from a company on the other side of the country, so I called and talked with Tobias several times on the phone. He was incredibly courteous and forthright in answering my questions and getting back to me, which I appreciate very much in these times of non-existent customer service. I have owned my iPower Mac Pro for about four months now, and everything thus far has worked flawlessly. The machine hums, and performance-wise it kicks the pants off of the new Mac Pro. I am very satisfied thus far with my purchase, and would do business with iPower again.

Just recently updated my hard drive to a Solid State Drive and it was by far a better (and cheaper) option than updating my entire machine.

Complete disregard for doing whats right. I purchased a machine and promptly notified them of an issue with screen flickering. Unfortunately, this was noticed after moving all my stuff over to this machine and I was unable to address it at that time. After several months the issue was worse, I called Christina, explained the situation, and she said they would take care of it. After 8 days with the machine, I called to get an update, they were still too busy with new orders to focus on it. I spoke with Tobias who said he was the Technician, that he was not sure what the issue was, only then did I learn that they intended to charge me for this repair! My conversations with Christina (his wife) never stated anything to the effect. I demanded my machine back immediately. If I was going to pay to fix the broken machine they sent me, I could have done that locally without shipping costs and 8 days of repair time. They are a joke as business owners, a husband and wife team with no regard for customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

I bought a Mac Pro from iPowerResale. The machine I received didnt have the ability to extend the warranty as they had advertised, and Tobias, the general manager, took care of me by providing me with their own extended warranty and covered the cost. I would recommend iPowerResale to anyone looking for a quality mac from a reputable reseller.

I have had wonderful experiences with iPower Resale! :) I first went in just to discuss the different options and prices. The gentleman who helped me was great! He was so patient with all of my questions and explained things to me very well and then patiently explained them to me again and in a different way when I didnt understand the computer lingo! :) He did not pressure me into buying a computer that day which was great because I wanted to take my time making a decision. When I went in to buy my computer he was right there to help me again and I was on my way with my MacBook! A few months later the little plug on the power block broke (totally my fault, they sold it to me all in one piece and in tact..I am just a very clumsy person..) so I called them up and they said to stop by so I went in and they sold me a replacement for an extremely reasonable price! Overall the experience was great and I will return to them for any of my Mac needs and highly recommend them! :)

Bought a macbook from them a while back and all seemed well, until a couple months later the graphics card started to go. I had gone out of their warranty by day or two. Isnt that how it goes. I talked with a woman who assured me theyd work with me, maybe repair the mac for a prorated cost and theyd get back to me next day. No call for a 3 days, and when I reached out, the tech was out to lunch every time I called. Then finally the answer was it would be 550 dollars to replace the logic board. Decided to try Apple directly and it cost 350. When I got it back, they gave me my ram in a separate bag and said the computer was almost not repaired because it had Dell branded ram in it. Awesome, thanks for the service guys. It was a good deal for a mac but I had to deal with some shady practices. Just keep that in mind when you buy from them.

IPower Resale was used by God himself to answer my prayers. I was able to get more than i could ever ask or think that i could have. For project related reasons i was having to commit to a snow leopard os and the computer we were using died. In looking for a replacement, either no one had the hardware i needed or the various companies could not or would not configure what i needed for such an outdated OS. IPower resale not only had the hardware i needed but were also able to configure a system that other companies flat out said could not be done!!! This new system is a BEAST!!! and to beat it all... i saved about $800 from what i thought i was going to have to spend + my computer was build to specs and shipped out the SAME DAY.. i received it the following day... They are my 1st choice for all Mac related anything from now on. Shout out to Jeff for your time, shared wisdom and attention to detail. IPower Resale Rocks!!!!

Total CROOKS, sold them 1400 MAC Pro on eBay and they took parts, and sent it back with so called damage and the box was pristine. You could CLEARLY see where they bent up the handle to make it look damaged.... I wouldnt TRUST THEM... word of caution... they even won with eBay, no surprise, no protection for sellers with crooked buyers... We hope you sleep well at night, you thief!

I love love love iPower Resale! If you are a majorly heavy user of Apple products as I am, you NEED these guys.I cut films, work with graphics, and am a heavy MS Office user. I am one of those people that makes laptops fall over dead from heavy use. After my IBook fell over in 2010 from overuse, I purchased a MacBook Pro from iPower Resale, and they loaded it with all I asked for at less than what I could get for a similar machine on eBay.They then replaced the hard drive in 2012 and copied all my files over for little $ when my cat knocked over a wineglass into my MacBook Pro. Same day service, mind you.I ordered a super jacked-up MacBook Pro for my daughter at a great price from them in 2015. Its still going strong.I just finally had to replace my 2010 machine with a newer model and got a terrific deal from them, with all files copied over onto a high-powered MacBook Pro they loaded up with 5 gigs of storage!Top-notch service, same day turnaround, experts in all things Apple....why pay Apples ridiculous prices or take a chance on eBay when you can get a top-of-the-line machine with increased capacity from iPower Resale???

Stay away from this seller; Ebay or direct. We got a Apple MacBook Air that had no hard disc, and the seller has not replaced it nor refunded us. The worst!
