I fundamentally disagree with the negative review. Prompt communication, fast delivery. The first order was not big. Packaging, design are all on top. One position was duplicated by mistake, I called and explained, the courier arrived the same day, changed everything. The order included miniatures and gifts. Customer focus is excellent.

When no one contacted during the day, I called the next day to find out if the order had been processed or if it was visible. I received a response from the owner of the brand by phone: “We have a lot of orders, a small team, and you have the wrong order amount so that you pulled us where the delivery is” - it becomes clear that “individual luxury”, indicated on the site as the motto - it’s a myth and beautiful words that cost nothing if you are not a customer ordering hundreds of thousands.
