I visit this particular UPS store frequently and the service is always fantastic. This specific time a gentleman named Mike went above and beyond! I printed a shipping label and overlooked the fact that it was for the US Postal Service and not UPS. I brought my item in an open box with the loose shipping label to this UPS store that I frequent. Mike kindly advise me that the shipping label was for the US Postal Service and then proceeded to offer to tape up my box (professional tape job by the way) and then tape the label on the box at no cost. This commitment to excellence in service is why I will be back to this location ANY time I need a UPS service. He is a true asset and I hope he gets the proper recognition. Thanks Mike!!!

Ran out of UPS labels for our Zebra printer @ the company I work for.Went to UPS Store who has FANTASTIC friendly workers who were more than happy to give me a roll from their supply! :-)

Id been looking for a place to get my photos printed....glossy card stock, 8.5x11 paper, spiral bound, clear cover....and I didnt even know it was a service UPS provided! Incredibly helpful staff made the whole thing painless, and I came away with an awesome portfolio at a very reasonable price.

Amazing! I shipped a 27inch iMac computer from here to Las Vegas. Was pretty nervous since it’s so large and heavy, but it arrived without a scratch! Took forever to cut through the amount of padding they used to protect my shipment; I’m very impressed with the amount of care they took.

I came in one night right before the store closed looking to overnight some bolts, and screws to a friend in FL to protect his house and sick mom right before Hurricane Irma hit as everything was sold out in FL. After explaining what I needed one of the employees indicated that he would drive to the sorting center himself as soon as I left to make sure the small package went out that night. Otherwise we risked the package not getting there before the hurricane hit. The package arrived at eight thirty am the next morning, 12 hours later! My friend was deeply thankful. To top off this excellent service I received a refund in the mail a few weeks later. It is truly inspiring how when things happen how goodwill from complete strangers can help during a time of need.THANK YOU again!

I went in on a Saturday. I expected it to take forever like the post office but here I was greeted with a smile and efficiently taken care of. With a smile. I felt he cared about getting the job done right. Exceeded my expectations.

I pre-printed a label, and when it printed the label it also said to take it here. When I went to drop it off I was told I needed to call customer service and order a pickup..... and denied receipt. When I called customer service they said I could drop it off here. Somebody needs to get their act together.I ran into the UPS driver in the parking lot...and asked him if he could take it...also no.

The older gentleman behind the counter was very unhelpful and rude, he wasted me time by taking all my information and interrupted my initial question. Had he listened to my question time would have been saved and I would have felt valued as a customer.

Management lacks knowledge and empathy horrible do not recommend the company in general

The worst customer service ever!!!!! Beyond irritating to go to a store which you have never gone too no help whats so ever by Mike. I could of cried there how frustrating I was and I ask help from the gentlemen who was next to him and he said no Mike can help you...... BBB will be hearing from me!!!!!!
