I rarely leave reviews, but I was very impressed with my experience with my countertop install. This was my first time purchasing countertops. Workers arrived on time and finished the installation in a timely manner. They brought rugs to protect my floors and were very careful while moving in and out of my house. Making an expensive purchase is very stressful, but with the Granite Factory any questions I had regarding my countertops was always responded to quickly and knowledgeably. The price I was quoted and paid for my countertops was a fair price. I would definitely work with the Granite Factory again in the future.

I am more than impressed with the granite factory. From setting foot into the show room for the first time, getting “real time” email support while being at the several stone yards during slab selection, to closing the door behind the installers after having the counters installed: Perfect experience! Even a call back because of a gap was taken care off within 3 days. It looks gorgeous, seam, even though a busy stone, is hardly noticeable (very tight and great color match), edges are beautiful and overall fit is great. Thank you, The Granite Factory team, for this great and affordable experience. We now know where to go and who to recommend for our stone needs!

Couldn’t be happier with our recent granite installation. Great price and top notch experience from the initial phone call to the measurement and then through installation. We also accidentally stained the granite the first day after the install. Lars sent someone out the very next day and fixed what seemed to be an impossible stain. What can I say this is a company that delivers what they promise and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

Lars was so helpful! They have quite a few countertop samples and helped me to narrow down my choices. They give a feeling of an old school business with reliable service.

Really easy to work with and answered any questions we had before, during, and after installation in a timely manner. Very accommodating to schedule measurements and install. We ended up with a beautiful new granite counter-top for our kitchen at a reasonable price. Couldnt be happier.

I asked for minimal seam. Asked for that seam to be at the sink. What did I get, a seam 6 inches to the left of the sink. It looks terrible. I thought maybe i could ignore it over time. No luck, it still make me want to throw up. Everyone notices and comments “Beautiful kitchen except the stone counter!” Unbelievable!

These guys do EXCELLENT work. The SERVICE is what really impressed me though.I worked with a contractor a couple years ago and he installed counter-tops in my kitchen. Two short years later they were literally falling apart at the seems. I heard about Granite Factory from a co-worker and decided to give them a shot as I heard nothing but good things.My wife and I met with Lars and he was very knowledgeable about the products they offered and etc. In the end we felt very comfortable with our choice in counter-tops and sink.After installation was complete I received a call from my wife followed by a text with a picture of a small scratch our the island. Lars knew what we had dealt with in the past so when I informed him of this he immediately replaced the entire island no questions asked.It is nice to finally have a kitchen we can be proud of....I strongly recommend Granite Factory!
