10+ year car had paint peeling off of the car hood, this was only shop we found that would paint one part of car. Was pleasantly surprised how close they were able to match the paint. Looks great, great price and service was excellent

Communication was very attentive and professional during a visit for an estimate. They took their time to profesionally inspect the car and write the estimate the same day. Prizes are not the cheapest, but average for the body shop industry. However quality is beyond average in the industry.The only setback would be timely follow up after communication with the limited warranty subsidiary that was supposed to cover an important job.

This is the second time I’ve used Maaco. The first time was for a paint job. Excellent service and work. Got many compliments on it. Most recently I had to use them for body work after an accident. It was pretty extensive damage so I didn’t want to trust it to just any body shop so I went back to Maaco. Xavier did a great job coordinating things with the insurance company keeping me abreast of the progress even dealing with Enterprise when I had to extend my rental. The work that was done was as fabulous as the customer service I received. In this day especially since the pandemic many businesses are offering subpar service and using the pandemic as an excuse. I can’t say the same about Maaco. They deliver the superior customer service that I stop expecting and can only hope for these days. I definitely trust them with my vehicles and will refer anyone who ask me where to take their car.

I spoke with the stores General Manager Amar about getting a few panels and hood repainted and restored (light body work) on a 2000 Camaro SS convertible. Amar is highly knowledgeable, arranged a same-day estimate for me and the quoted price was exactly what I had hoped for. You wont get sticker shock at this location and their work looks phenomenal. Ill be having my car painted nearer then end of this month (June 2021) and will provide an additional update including pictures once the work is complete. Very friendly, professional and polite - give them a shot if your car needs any paint or bodywork. It also looks like they can work with insurance companies if your car has recently been in an accident. Very happy with the service thus far and I highly recommend this specific location.

I brought in my Tesla to repair a deep dent near the wheel. I was worried since the car is made out of aluminum and might be harder to hide the repair. When I picked my car up, I was amazed at how good it looked. The paint matched perfectly and you could not tell at all that there used to be a dent. My car looks brand new. Great job!

5 stars not enough !! My daughter bought a 1999 chevy s10. She had a brand new engine installed.. However the body was rusted with holes a foot long. We dropped it off and picked it up two to three weeks later. We had decided to turn this white pick up red.WOW!!! Looks brand new with seamless repairs. Smiles from ear to ear from my daughter . My daughter was so happy it choked me up. I will always use this shop for any body and paint needs!!!

Maaco Carpentersville is the best! My car had a few rust areas in the interior of both front doors and extremely deep scrapes on the bumper. The experienced technician provided an easy to understand explanation of the estimate. The work was completed on time and the price was competitive. The best part of all, the workmanship was top notch. It looks brand new!

The Carpentersville Maaco was recommended to me by a friend and Im glad I went. I got a front bumper 5 years ago for my Nissan 350z and never got around to getting it painted. So over the years the primer flaked away and I caught the corner on a curb. I brought it to Maaco and they gave me a reasonable quote. They fixed the fiberglass, sanded, primed and painted it for under $500! I just dropped the bumper off with them and a few weeks later I got in back on my car and it looks incredible! Im very impressed with their repair work and the color is beautiful! I highly recommend bring your vehicle here.

I have had a replacement bumper sitting in the garage, and when it was time to get it painted up I gave the shop a call. I met with Amar, and together we looked over and talked about little details such as masking off the grill, how it gets mounted, etc... With a brighter red car, these colors can be difficult to match, especially on a 20 year old vehicle. After taking a scan of my car’s hood to be as precise as possible, I got a brief tour of the shop (which is very clean), then talked numbers. I got a great price, and the bumper was ready for pick up two days later. The staff is friendly, and a big thanks to Amar for understanding and going the extra mile when i had questions. All in all it was excellent service, and of course, the bumper looks awesome!

Brought our car in after some major rear end damage. The other person’s insurance company did not pay much. We went to another body shop and received a quote of well over $3000! Which meant we had to pay over $2000 out of pocket even though it was not our fault..... aaaaargh!We drove around with a broken bumper for some time getting quotes from different body shops and became quite frustrated. A friend recommended this particular Maaco body shop, so we went. Wow, what a difference! This place was clean, they were professional and you can tell they knew what they were doing. The quote I received was much lower, plus they took the time to take off the bumper, take pictures and talk to the insurance company to get them to pay more for the damages. Yes. insurance companies low ball you on payments because that’s how they make a ton of money!In the end I paid zero out of pocket and the job was done well. The bumper looks better than it did prior the accident. Thanks guys :)
