We came looking to get a new laptop. What I appreciate in this clean, very organized, huge store is that almost all their computers on display were all turned “on.” Thats very helpful for the customer who is trying to decide what computer meets ones needs.

Outrages ! My first time and I ask the cashier I have a email I need to print and she says go over there . I’m like where by the monitor with a stink attitude. I get on the line to sign in and see some one ask a question and he starts signing her in so why am I in the line ? 5 worker in back of that counter , I’m there a hour to print one 3 papers . So many people just laying all over the place piled up waiting hours . You think anyone would say there are copiers you can use and print the copies yourself . Lack of comen sense and staff don’t care . Zero in customer service . Go there and drop dead of Covid while you wait .

Used the print shop are tonight. Registration through touch screen gave the store the opportunity to txt me about waiting times. The employees were knowledgeable courteous, very helpful. Despite a long cue the service was fast. While on the cue, I was able to email the docs I wanted to print, and was sent a confirmation of receipt. Great experience. Highly recommended

I had to wait 50 minutes to be able to print. The level of care the management has for its Business Services is less then satisfying.

Brought my own high-quality matte paper to print 30 brochures. They used glossy paper, kept mine, and charged me full price anyway. I noticed the difference at home, returned to ask for my paper back because of the difference, but the employee who did the printing insists he used my paper to complete the job. Either way, I paid the same amount of money Id have paid if I didnt bring my own paper, so I essentially gifted them matte paper.

Not much information available on the products in the store. However, the day was saved by a salesman, Ricardo, and his network. He sought an answer to all my inquiries, and didnt let me go until we found a printer that met my requirements. Superb!

Went to Escorial Shopping Center. Impressed its smaller section in shambles and empty stores, the bigger portion, about 3/4 was working feverishly. Plenty of people in stores and restaurants.Still needs adequate lighting.

Depressing!!!!! Loosing a lot of business as employees in the printing section doesn’t care about how many people wait to get help. 2 employees looking into some computer inside the printing section. Another one, and I should say the only one, taking care of customers, 11 customers waiting in the surroundings. And another employee apparently working on a big project cause she had been for 1:10 hr/ minutes (that I had been waiting ) in same printer working there.

I really like office max, but the photocopy area, for three copies, sorry had to leave. Too long await and not many people. Needs much improvement.

Very easy to go in and make photocopies. You pay at the copier. Not having to stand in another line just to pay is just a time saver.

Go to the store looking for a case for my new Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8. I find it fast and just $14.95 and the original brand (Samsung). Much better price than Best Buy.

Closest place to fajardo for office supplies and scan/copy service. For once I was glad to see a familiar big box chains store from stateside. There arent really any copy places in island

This place has most of your office needs. Mostly helpful service. Prices range from economical to overpriced, you must know what you are buying. Wheelchair accesible. Also copy services and WIFI. Sometimes crowded.

Dissappointed. I went to the store at 8:50pm and they didnt let me in because it was already 9:00pm according to the security lady. She was rude and told me that my cellphones watch was wrong and that it was in fact 9 o clock.

Don’t come here to get your screen fixed on phone. Cost $150 and when I came to pick it up the screen wasn’t on tight and missing a screw at the bottom. The touch was t working so I took it back 15 minutes after I left the store. 3 weeks later the screen went black and they said it’s not under warranty
