Disappointed with customer service. I am a loyal client of Casa Febus. I have even recommended the online page for friends and strangers in the US when I share my photos on the internet and they ask me where my decoration is from. Something like this had never happened to me at Casa Febus de Bayamon / Caparra and I have returned merchandise for other items. Let it be clear that I am not asking for the money back because I know that they do not return money. Also I tend to return to the store constantly. Unfortunately I bought 4 paintings at Casa Febus Caguas a week ago and I am going to Casa Febus in Plaza Carolina to return them with receipt in hand because they do not fit in the area where I wanted to put them. I didnt even open them, they are packed as they came. The girl simply tells me that this return is not accepted there in Plaza Carolina that I have to return them in Caguas and more that it was a special merchandise. The purchase receipt does not stipulate this rule. Believe me if this was said on the receipt, I would have gone directly to Caguas and more than that my husband had an arm surgery and cannot be carrying heavy things. I also clarify that this purchase is not Christmas merchandise, it was not in liquidation (it was in special, not liquidation), nor was it obtained by exchange. I make the clarification that they never told me that they did not change it but they did tell me that it is a requirement of the store that for the change I had to go to the same store where I bought it. This is also not stipulated on the receipt. The receipt then also, should say, Any changes must be in the store where the purchase originated, including special merchandise (not liquidation). The receipt does indicate that Customer satisfaction is guaranteed ... As you can see, this is a great contradiction. Phew, disappointed.

Fatal, I was going to buy a Christmas tree that I saw on display and after waiting a long time that they would bring it to me they tell me that they do not have it, but that I will pay it to ask me, they are bad, I will go back to that revulu in plz Carolina, so they can display things they dont have. I went to the mall today because I needed to solve something on my cell. But Im not going to expose myself to being infected in the malls. Sorry you lost a customer

Beautiful merchandise but only expensive for the quality of it

Today June 10, 2018 I had the opportunity to buy a beautiful set of decorative ceramic pots at the Plaza Las Américas store. Once presented by the saleswoman and accepted to be packed by the store staff, when we went to the Plaza parking lot, one of the boxes was opened at one end, the piece of ceramic falling to the floor, breaking. Upon returning to the store in just 10 minutes later to request a replacement or money back, the claim was rejected, indicating the part had left the store intact. This was not in doubt and what was explained was that they did not verify the packaging box to corroborate it was well sealed at both ends. It is unfortunate for me that I cannot say that in terms of customer service the staff did not think about the customer and their satisfaction. For this reason, I would not buy from that store again and I would not recommend it. For an item that for them possibly the profit is who knows if double or triple, they lose the opportunity to keep a customer satisfied with the desire to continue promoting and buying in the immediate future in their branches.

The place is not the custom of Casa Febus. It is not very big, mostly this season with Christmas items.
