I love this place! The shop is so clean and beautiful. Everyone is very professional and talented. I was on limited time. It was my first time in Puerto Rico and I really wanted a special piece to remember my trip. Joel was my artist. He did an AMAZING job customizing my piece so I could finish in time. Im no stranger to tattoos and his technique and professionalism was incredibly impressive. I would go back in a heart beat.

Hands down, the best. Ive gotten two tattoos from this establishment, and I am planning on getting at least two more. It isnt just the artwork that makes this such a great place (although the talent is superb); it is the entire experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the entire studio is set up for your comfort. The day of your tattoo, the is likely to be a wait, but that is no problem- the waiting lounge has comfortable couches, TV, a huge DVD collection, video games, and free snacks and drinks! You cant rush quality, so sit back, relax, and soon enough it will be your turn to climb into the chair. I get comments and compliments all the time about my tattoos, both done by tattooist Hermit. The prices are more than fair, and oftentimes I feel that Im not paying enough for the service rendered. If you are looking for a tattoo in Puerto Rico, this is the place to go.

Looked like decent work. But at $120 an hour/$80 for a half hour? Youd better be a superstar artist. My artist back home is outstanding, and only charges $85 an hour. This place is highly overpriced.

I went to Live Once Ink while on vacation in San Juan. Joel was my artist and I showed him a couple of designs and what he came up with was SO DOPE!!! it was better than I expected.

Worst place to get piercing, they charge waay too much just to make two holes on your ears ( basic lobe piercing), and on top of that, they give you their shittiest quality jewel. NEVER GOING AGAIN

Make sure you pay after theyre finish because If you pay before, they wont honor the hours. I paid 500 for 5 hours and the guy always found an excuse to take breaks. They would let you stay until is time to close so that you would think that they gave you even more time than what you paid for but when you compare the time of him tattooing and the breaks the time doesnt add up to what you paid. When I got worried he told me not to worry because I wasnt leaving with the tatoo unfinished and that if he didnt finished he would honor the hours. Didnt happen. I paid 500 dollars for an incomplete tattoo and he told me that I have to paid for the next appointment. I went there to get a tattoo fixed and 5 hours it was more than enough and the guy manage to not finished fixing the tatto.If they make you pay before they star, make sure you have the timer set and every time the guy takes a break stop the timer and take a pic because if you have a complaint dont think that the manager is going to help you out because he wont, he would ask you if you have proof. I guess his not there to do his job.However if you have money I dont care to waste it, the art is not bad but Im telling you it is not worth the time nor the money.

I went with my best friend to get our first tattoo and we ended up waiting 2 hours more than the time they told us, when the boy arrived he was bitter and when he did the tattoos my friends did it in an area that he did not want and mine was fine but 3 times bigger than what I asked for and at the moment I wanted to change something the boy started badly and ended up with the bigger tattoo than desired because it was not convenient to change it. The experience was not so good and I honestly wont be back.

Super treatment and excellent work

I went with my wife One Saturday she was interested in A covery up we made an appointment to start The tattoo On Monday, we went on Saturday of the next week to talk with him about what he would do in the tattoo because the appointment was for Monday and still I had not told him what he was going to do, we finally went on Monday and the very bitter guy did not know what c ***** to make a real acid person and not to mention the receptionist had a brutal trip. He ended up canceling and leaving 60 deposit dollars that did not return.
