Had 5 singles. Put one in the machine and it ate it. Lady walked over and I explained what happened. “No it would say $1.00. I cannot refund you you have to wait til tomorrow for us to count the machine down.” I asked if I could just give her the other 4 dollars. No luck there either. Fed it ANOTHER dollar as I had found another single. It ate it. Was told to go across the street to the gas station. Why do you even have an attendant here? Just to say “sorry”? Used to be my favorite fast station but after today never coming back here again. Rudest employee ever. The manner the employee spoke to me in felt so insulting and disrespectful. Whats the attitude for i dont get it.

You know once upon a time in this country people would give you good service This place does not. The attendant didnt know anything about how to use the payment or the rewards and didnt care

The place used to be my favorite to get diesel fuel because they have open pumps without restrictions. It gets to be a annoying now because some of the attendants wont allow you to leave your credit card and open the pumps. Even when you try to explain to them that you bring two cranes and a fuel cell there everyday to fill up. The attendants in the morning will let you leave a card and keep the pump open. Im sick of arguing with the afternoon/evening people about keeping the pump open so you can spend 400 bucks in diesel fuel. The one attendant just tried arguing with me now saying that they never keep the pumps open when I was there this morning fueling everything up with an open pump and my card at the counter. The arguments with the attendants are getting old. Taking my business elsewhere.

They own the car wash across the street and they denied my claim of it damaging my truck because no one else’s car was damaged! And supposedly they sent their only copy of the video to insurance, and my insurance company never received it!. They are a joke at “pride corporate” and I will never support this business again. Their managers were very nice at the gas station but the employees who run the car wash across the street & whoever runs their corporate there are not helpful and someAre brainless. The employees are part of the reason I didn’t know the BP is related to the Carwash across the street! Don’t use their car wash. Better off going somewhere else.

This is our familys go to station for everything as its down the street. I appreciate that you donate to the cancer foundation that allows my mom (a survivor) to get help and care.With that said, were taking our business to the Mobil off Gary and Geneva from now on. I cant believe how rude the employees here are. Its not just one, its all of them. The attitude I recieved last time redeeming a scratch off ticket was it for me. Ill drive further to not be treated like garbage. I have been giving this location too many chances since October. Its March and its unreal the attitude here got even worse!I see Im not the only one with this issue.

I wont be using this car wash anymore. When it was first built, it was great, and I visited frequently. Recently, it has been a secondary car wash for me when Im in the area, but now Ive had enough. Ive had visits where half of the soap nozzles are clogged, so only half the car gets soap, and the employee just shrugged it off. Most recently, the brushes barely cleaned the rear of the car, as if they didnt complete the circle around the car. The only cleaning of the rear was via water pressure from the rinse. Also, the tire dressing was barely a smear on about a third of each tire. Clearly they do not maintain their facility, as it has gone gradually downhill. The Pride is just a marketing term. Two stars for the gas station portion.....it is clean and functional, and has market average prices.

NO longer my go to station after this evening!!!!I go out of my way to go to 260 schmale in Carol Stream, IL. I plan my trips to frequent this station.I have never experienced such blatant disrespect as I did this evening, which makes me not want to visit this station again.I experienced issues at the pump, which I have experienced before. Usually I have my kids, so I try a different pump or go elsewhere. This evening,I have no kids with me so I went inside to ask about the problem. (I put my card in, follow the prompts, enter PIN follow the prompts, and never get to the point of being able to pump gas.)So when I went into the store the gentlemen said I could pay inside or he could go outside and see what was happening. I said this had happened before, Id like to know whats going on.So he goes to the pump with me and his first comment when I put my card in is No it doesnt go in that way. Well actually it can go in both ways and he argued this point later on as well. Despite telling me I entered it wrong, the computer accepted it asked debit or credit.During the process he kept interrupting me and talking over me, as I was trying to explain that this was exactly how I was doing it before and then as I pointed out that he was interrupting and talking over me he interrupted and said No he wasnt.This is Not how you treat people. He (Raj) needs a lesson in customer service.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car and the folks at this station were amazing to me. They gave me a free coffee, let me call the police and wait inside too. I cannot compliment the manager enough for having such a kindly staff. Thank you! I had to rush off afterwards but I really wanted to express my thanks.

I stopped here to put gas on my way home from work and I got HOODWINKED!! Their gas is cheaper than my normal gas station...however the merchant and his fellows cheated me and proceeded to speak to me as if I was dumb...I implore my fellow roadsters to avoid such shiesters please

All workers from the bp are all scared of that one black female who disrespects all of her customers. When I went to put gas on a pump I went inside to pay for gas, but she told me to put the cash on her hand disrespectly So I took the money and told my other friend to go inside and put gas but she didn’t want to put gas on a pump for us THIS IS THE WORST GAS STATION I HAVE EVER GONE TO HOPE THAT ONE DAY THIS WORKER GETS FIRED.... this happened on 12/4/18 at 5:40pm

My vehicle stopped, I called the nearest gas station to see if they sold containers to put gas in. The guy on the phone did not have good customer service however told me they do sell them. I asked the price to make sure I had enough, he said come in and see for yourself. I tried to explain that my vehicle stopped and I didnt want to make a blank trip. He hung up on me. I walk to the gas station and the same guy notifies me they do not sell the containers, how do iIknow this because I asked if he was they guy I spoke with concerning containers and he is the only one in the station working. Now Im LIVID. You tell me you have what I need giving false hope, I walk to you in the freezing cold, then u hangup on me while im still talking just to tell me you dont have them!!! He needs to be fired, he is Indian possibly and skinny with glasses and black hair.

We always buy diesel at this station. Today the staff was rude and didnt even hear what pump number I said. I will continue to be a costumer, but I do not n like being talked back to by the staff that was completely uncalled for.

I always stop by buy beers because they offer 10% coupon so I stop by around 11:40PM 2/23/2018 there were black female was working and I brought the beer and gave her coupon, she said you have to cut off bottom and give it to me I said oh sorry No one told me before so..? and she start give me attitude so I tell her that why are you so mean to me I am just customer and I swap the card and it got Declan which I gave her wrong card and she said right away laughing at me saying Huh now you wanna talk about it? I was shocked she told me that anyway I paid with cash fast wanted just get out of there since she was very rude. I have seen lots nightshift employee here everyone was very nice but not this lady ..i am afraid she might give lots attitude to others hoply manager give her proper training

Pumps ask too many questions just to pump gas, and you have to wait for computer system to think before next question....ie; do you have bonus card? cash, credit, debit?, car wash? Is this a debit?, Zip code. No other gas station I know of have all this crap...also they have to scan drivers license/I.D. card for cigarettes... you can go in there with a walker and sagging skin and theyll ask to scan your I.D. LMAO. This particular gas station is more hindrance then convenience.

Staff is nice. Free air machine. Good coffee.

I would not recommend using their car wash station or paying for a car wash from them. They are first off NOT TOUCHLESS and it DOES leave marks on your car, even if you think it wont. I took my 2014 Camry through and I came out with scratches in the finish. Go to a touchless car wash, itd be worth more of your time.

Gas is Usually one of the lower prices in the area. Coffee and pastries are ok too.

Car wash sux. 5.00 and it left soap all over my car, had to run to mickeys cars wash for 2.25 and rince it off, so 7.25 to wash and waste time to get it done, straight up b.s.

Not too bad, Empoyees always seem lethargic, cant be bothered to respond.
