Do Not Work Here!! I worked here for 2 weeks and never missed a mandatory day. Within those 2 weeks I came in contact with a virus at Mercedes warehouse that led me to getting Pityriasis Rosea. Management did not care. I only left work early one time to see a dermatologist and when I finally picked up the prescription I was prescribed. I woke up at 5am having a reaction to it. I contacted randstad but got no response so I proceeded to make contact with the manager Steve. It was 6am no one was at the warehouse to answer the phones. That led me to email him to inform him of my medical situation. He never responded to me but contacted Randstad to fire me and said I made him uncomfortable by me sending him a picture of my allergic reaction attached to the email.

Dont work here , Management is very poor , Managers like to pick favorites , are Childish and Unproffesional , you would expect a High Company to treat your workers great , but people hate working there , and they dont even have enough workers , for the same fact that , they dont know how to manage.

Our 2019 GL450 with 52,000 miles caught on fire as we drove down the highway. We got out safe, but within a few minutes totally engulfed. Mercedes-Benz did do a review of the charred remains, however, found no fault since nothing left to examine. We experienced the worst customer service we have ever received from the local dealership who would not return our calls(ever) to Mercedes-Benz Corporate. It was very easy for them to dismiss us as customers much less show any concern about the safety of their customers. Hopefully, your Mercedes-Benz will not catch on fire with you in it.

Mercedes USA and Corporate dont care about their customers AT ALL! One of their dealerships took several inappropriate actions when selling me a car... Survey, calls to corp... No response... Tweet about it and youll get a call back... Too bad all they do is tell you their is nothing they can do about it, and that they cannot ensure it will be addressed at their dealership... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY A BENZ!!!
