This is the second time I’ve ordered cakes with the 183rd Street location in Miami and they did a great job. Cake was a hit! 😋

The worst place to go went 1 day they had no ice cream then again on Tmobile Tuesday they only had flavors no one eats tapking about the other flavors or frozen...

Says it is open 24hours but the lobby actually closes at 8pm. If you want to know what icecream flavors they have they catch an attitude. The smoothie and frozen cappuccino are broken. They were out of 3 different toppings and this is my hot fudge sundae. 🙄

Its not actually open 24/7, even though they mentioned it. But the menu is decent.

Says its 24/7 but nobody was in the drive through and they are visably doing nothing on the inside, walked up to the door and they motion that the store is closed. Not happy about it, would not recommend coming during night time at least.

$1.50 scoops on the 31st of each month. Great Deal for awesome favors

During my first time visit. I made my way to the drive thru on feb 7 between the hours of 1030 and 11. i was in a beige ford, when i was greeted by a great cashier with an awesome attitude. i dont ususlly write reviews, but this guy was very respectful and never gave me an attitude, like most South florida fast food workers! Definitely coming back!! Thank you!!!

This Baskin Robbins advertises 24 hour service but the last two times that I have been there late at night, one of the nights they were only taking cash and they only had a few selections of ice cream, then the other night they didn’t have vanilla ice cream or any type of cookies to make the Sundae that I ordered. I think management needs to look into what is going on at night because why have a store open 24 hours and have a full menu if you only going to have selected items.

Costumer service is good they are friendly and respectful not a lot of parking but all in all its a good place to get some ice cream

The people here are rude. The sign says 24 hours on the door yet it was locked. Tried ordering through the drive through speaker, but the lady kept screaming so we couldnt understand her. Ended up ordering through drive through window. Still ended up waiting 30 minutes. If I could rate negative stars I would. I would go somewhere else.

This girl diandra she works so hard and i admire her work ethic. She clearly is the best worker there is.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The people here dont know what they are doing. They made me do 2 lines for no reason. Worst customer service and clueless employees. Save your money and time and go to Cold Stone.

My husband got a double fudge chocolate mint cookie sandwich. I got 1 scoop of Rainvow sherbert. The service was fast, the employee was supper nice and she made the icecream exactly like the picture. Thank you @baskinrobins 🔥🔥🔥

I personally had a fast and accurate great experience with Ms. Lasharne, Kayla, Lumidia and Mr. Andres...I had the Caramel Macchiato ice cream which was creamy and delicious, flavor of the month...keep up the excellence guys!🖒

Days 24 hour drive thru but no one was responding and the lights were on. Super disappointed. I even knocked on the window at drive thru and door. Ridiculous.

Not many ice cream selections and NEVER banana for the BANANA Royal. Customer service is REALLY bad, nasty and dirty place and in my opinion, they should sale and have a new owner, hopefully doing a better job.

Came here at around 12:30AM and had to drive around 3 times before getting noticed and having our order taken only to have the employee be rude about it.

This place sucks went there at 930 at night does it have no pistachio ice cream no cones no strawberry what kind of ice cream place is that they should close the franchise in Miami Gardens waste of space
