Pharmacy horrible and false advertisements free delivery or even u pay $7.99 medicines dekiver they dont I dont recommend any other patient or consumers becoming victim like I been lied and treated horrible the pharmacist prior year ago were knowledgeable professionals and on track and knew exactly what patients needs are I transferred all my medicines to Innova pharmacy there knowledgeable and delivet free on time !!

Go somewhere else for a COVID test. Waited an hour and a half in the drive-thru to get a test. My appointment was for 5:00. When I got to the front at 6:30, they told me they dont do tests after 6:00. I have no idea why they couldnt have had someone come out and tell us that instead of letting people wait an extra half hour. I stood my ground and they eventually let me take it, but still, on principle that is just insane. They werent under-staffed either, I had 20 minutes directly in front of the window to see inside. I dont necessarily blame the employees but something is up with that location.

Went to drop of a prescription here after going to the ER. Pharmacist said the prescription wasnt written properly and then they refused to call the ER to get the missing info. Had to go back to the hospital to get that sorted out. After going back to the ER the doctor said they were being unfair and should have just called. The pharmacy department was not short-staffed at the time. There wasnt any other customer they had to serve. They just didnt care, they didnt give a hoot. Completely useless pharmacy. Dont come here if you need care, thats in short supply here. Shame on them for calling themselves a healthcare workers. The lack of empathy is inhumane. Making a mockery of the industry.

This pharmacy is terrible! I’ll get notifications saying that prescriptions are ready but when I go in nothing is ready. My mom has been waiting 4 days for them to fill her meds too and she’s about to be going through withdrawals soon. If zero starts was an option it would be at zero.

I wait and no one is not Honak customers who seem to have grown. They do not want to give us medicine the top of the farce

Unfortunately they are not fear to 1 star. I wish I could rate this pharmacy 0 because they never provide any prescription on time. As well thier behavior is absolutely abnormally shameful and without any respect.

Afer calling around for every reachable CVS, and Wallgreens in the area THIS one is the only one that had a charged camera to take my passport photo with. Grateful for Teresas patience and taking a handful of shot of me and my fly away hair. This Organized and well stocked CVS saved the day. And I regard Teresa as the days hero!

This cvs is very out of control they never have enough workers/ cashiers to help out all the customers one cashier..Eric I believe was his name always mumbling rude remarks to customers and one time I came in there I heard him tell one of his coworkers that the medication he takes makes him impulsive to want to kill people. That shows you how much the managers care about customer service. The homeless run in and out and are constantly stealing this is a very hostile unprofessional cvs that I would honestly not recommend anyone going to.

I’ve been a customer of CVS for many years. I recently moved to Carmichael and started using this (Marconi/Walnut) CVS because it is closest to my home. This pharmacy is a hot mess! Prescriptions are ALWAYS late, the staff seems inconvenienced and is unprofessional. They need to hire more people. They remodeled so it looks good but I wish they’d spent that money on staff.Its very similar to going to or calling the DMV!!!!

This CVS seems like its too big for some reason. Its clean, but they dont have enough products to fill it, so it winds up looking like a store thats a few months away from going out of business. With that said, its clean and had pretty good service. Still, not my fav store. Had that creepy small town vibe.

The Pharmacist in this CVS are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have very bad memories as a patient,so my doctor send a prescription for them I was waiting for two to three days for that . On the other hand, their behavior is like outlaw and street people I really had their behavior.

The customer service at CVS in general seems to be declining but tonight at the CVS in Carmichael was a new low for them. I am a bartender and have gone to this CVS several times after I have gotten off of work late at night to get a money order and never had an issue. Tonight I dealt with Lon first I believe his name is, he said that he doesnt do money orders after midnight and when I told him that I have done them in the past several times his response was Well Ive been working here for 5 months and Ive never seen you. Then he proceeded to call his co-worker Linda up, yelling for her across the store after he couldnt get the paging system to work. She walks up and I explain that I need a money order and that I have been able to do them before after midnight and she says Well I dont know what to tell you in a very rude and condescending tone. Amazing that these people can manage to keep a job there when they definitely seem to lack customer service skills.

As many others have said here, the pharmacy is completely unprofessional and factually uneducated. The pharmacist refused to fill my Veternarians prescription for Amoxicillin because the Vet didnt write her DEA # (license#) on the prescription. FACT CHECK: He doesnt need that because it isnt a controlled substance. The vet told him that and he refused to believe a basic fact that can be easily googled. She didnt feel comfortable giving him her DEA# (obviously) and he wouldnt dispense the antibiotics my dog desperately needed.. This is actually a very basic thing that all pharmacists know, Im left to believe he refused to dispense it because I had a discount coupon that he didnt want to fulfil. That or hes just plain uneducated. This whole ordeal took over an hour.I went down the street to rite aid who got me in and out in 10 minutes. They were baffled by my story.STAY AWAY

Been coming here for years and its always been the same lady, Mary, thats been rude as hell to me and whoever happens to be with me. Otherwise, great store

Very bad service for the pharmacy, waiting with long line just for drop off, they never call me for my médecin, after 3 hours I was there , sane think no one available to serve us , the best thing when it was my turn the pharmacist wasn’t there, so she couldn’t gave me the médecin since the boss came. Its was 8:30 pm too late for my daughter to take her medicine, she slept.

Pick up all my medication here. Customer service is OK but the prices are great. The overall quality of the store is pretty poor and seems to be getting worse. Signs warn customers to watch for expiration dates or you may be buying spoiled food.

Good selection of treats you can get for schools nearby.

The absolute worst pharmacy staff ever!!!! They are not helpful...they are actually rude when you ask for help. Almost like you are bothering them. The pharmacist herself was no better...very short in response to questions and advice. I will never walk in there for anything again. I left and went straight to Walgreens which is only about a mile up the street.

Pharmacy clerks on the morning shift (10-1153am) on 5/31/18 were very rude. Staff acted as if they are unaware of reasons for filling prescriptions from over 40 miles away. I could have accepted the routine “we need to check to ensure reasons, but they we’re rude to myself and 2 other customers before me.( we’re allowed bad days but to undeserving customers that’s seen as needed, is unacceptable. We’re walking on egg shells already with the poor economy and health care crises for so many)Trust, I’m not as comfortable and frustrated about being sent out for a procedure by my insurance that I waited 3 years to get and afford!Then have to questioned down like I’m wrong.. I don’t leave reviews but today so had to. Management should reteach empathy and cultural sensitivity..

Made an appointment online for a flu shot and 3rd Covid dose as my son and I (blind veteran) both fit under the cdc’s moderate/severe immunocompromised. Came here and pharmacy outright refused to give us lifesaving vaccines even tho cvs states that it oks mix and match shots and DURING a pandemic. Cited guidelines but were turned away! Filed complaint with store management as pharmacy refuses to communicate with us and never coming back here again. STAY AWAY!
