This place is a very clean and has a nice location. I personally keep the property clean and maintain the cleaning by picking up trash by people who park in front of the building and throw garbage from there vehicles all the time. The majority of the homeless and drug addiction is common around here because of the methadone clinic just a block over, there literally neighbors! I Am Robert Briggs I have been on the methadone maintenance for 4 years now and I am homeless as well, I get temporary disability income also! I have been in this neighborhood for a long time now I consider it my home and I volunteer my time to clean up after others all the time. I have kept the property clean over the weekend and pretty much the past 2 weeks I have been constantly picking up the nasty mess that careless individuals leave behind. I like to sit here in the shade on grass and do research on my phone as well as hobbies of mine such as art and music! I love my iOS android phone I pay 63.00 dollars every single month through metro pcs...I also have Netflix and a love to watch interesting learning documentaries! I look up anything I wish to learn about and then read for hours and watch videos on the typical subjects! I dont get high or use any other drugs or drink alcohol. I like to get up in the morning after I dose and get breakfast and coffee or big gulp fountain sodas at am.pm also with a pack a cigarettes! I smoke tobacco and drink lots of soda!
