I went to this bookstore just to pass the time as my dog was at the groomers. I walked in and it was ✨💖✨ I love this little store. I cant wait to be able to go back. The lady who worked there was so helpful and nice 😊.

Friendly and good selection but the prices do not feel like a used book store. $6 seems to be the minimum price for any used book here, which is unusual in my experience. Half cover price or around $4 a book would be what I expect, and I would have bought a lot more books here if that had been the case, because their selection is amazing.

I used to spend hours in this book store. This is a lost gem in Carmichael. They are the best from bring books in for credit towards your next purchase. With there old school file box’s with your name on an index card with your credits.They have so many books. I hope more of you visit this priceless used book store! I apologize I don’t remember the blonde woman’s name that was always there. Very kind and helpful. I go back every chance I get now. Please support them. Before are grandkids don’t even know what a book store or library is.

Quaint crowded used bookstore. By crowded i mean lots of books. The shelves are loosely organized so you have to put in a little work. Still I always find treasures.

The guy was super knowledgeable and helpful...found an old book id been looking for in like 2 seconds...also recommended some awesome guitar learning books that I totally use and love. It was a little pricier than I expected from a used book store but not outrageous and still fair--I say its totally worth a couple extra bucks for such a fun and amazing place! Glad I found it :)

This bookstore is great! The staff is incredibly helpful and there is an amazing selection of different books. Theyre cheaper than other books in other places although used.

A good old fashioned used bookstore. The books are wall to wall., floor to ceiling and knee deep in some areas. The prices are great, especially if you bring in your old books to trade for store credit.

This little shop is truly brilliant! if your looking for a great place to find used books, you should really check it out. there are hundreds of thousands of titles, from eighties romance to japanese manga. the store is pretty small, and a little cluttered around the edges, but that takes nothing away from the experience. there are books from the floor to the ceiling! it feels extraordinarily homey, and smells sweet—like kool-aid almost. even just looking around feels nice. along with those features, you can turn in your used books for in-store credit. thanks to the store owner and employees for making this shop feel like a home away from home.

I love this place everyone is so nice and the homeless in the parking lot are no problem they are some of the most knowledgeable and nicest people around.
