I don’t know what this place used to be with the drive up area BUT everything works so well. The carts that they have fits bottles of wine so they don’t shift around. The selection they offer is just out of this roof! Also the sales they have… amazing! The staff was extremely nice as well! I liked that they had some interesting things to go with wine, like cheese spreads or even miscellaneous spreads… I even saw one that had banana! I might just be back to try that for the next family gathering. Great place, totally worth the visit!

Vine & Table has a really diverse offering of all sorts of alcohols as well as some food items. If youre looking for something a bit more unique, this is the place. Ill definitely be a regular local customer.My only critique is their bike parking offering. While I appreciate it being located under the awning, Im afraid to say this bike rack is only good for the types of bikes little kids ride. Please invest in proper racks, similar to what you see along Monon Boulevard, as they are secure and easy to use for all types of bicycles.

Excellent establishment! Doug was an excellent source of recommendations. I was looking for some Kansas City whiskey and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was kind to suggest a bourbon for us to taste and it was fantastic enough to buy. Their selection is amazing and if you cant find what youre looking for, their staff can get you something just as delicious. Im upset I never knew about this place when I used to live in Carmel; cannot recommend enough.

One of my top favorite beer and wine stores, Vine and Table has an amazing selection of alcoholic beverages. They have beer from all over the world as well as many popular national and local offerings. The wine selection is broken down by varietal as well as by country which is great; helping you quickly find what youre looking for. They also have a good selection of whiskeys as well as many other liquors and hard to find drinks. Definitely worth a trip to check it out!

Fantastic liquor store in Carmel that offers quality wine, beer, spirits, cigars, and a limited assortment of cheeses. Staff is approachable and knowledgeable on their products. Prices are fair and comparable to any other store you may find. The cigars are well kept and priced at or below most retail prices. If youre in the market for something you cant find in your basic grocery or liquor store, then this is the place for you.Personally, I love the selection of scotch and Japanese whiskey.

The Vine and Table in Carmel, Indiana is a wonderfully operated and amazingly stocked store. I live in Ohio, been working in the area, and glad I have found this gem of a store. The wine and spirits selection is different than stores my home town in Ohio, and I am able to select from items not found in my state.. The staff is here to help, and they are great, eager, and enthusiastic. I am so glad I found this store, and will shop here whenever I am in the area. This is a must see store. Vine & table has an excellent selection of whiskey and beer. The man who selects the barrel picks has a good palette and I like the picks he brings in. Prices are maybe just a little higher than average on beers but only by a dollar or two. Well worth it to have the expensive fruity/hoppy stuff stored in the fridge so it doesnt go bad. I love going here.

The addition of Bourbon World this weekend will make Vine and Table a place to stop and find some good bourbon here in north central Indiana. Hands down one of the best package stores in Indiana. They have a wide variety of products including hard to find bourbon, fine wine, and a vast selection of craft beer. I love that they carry Terre Haute Brewing Company. 10 out of 10

I have previously rated Vine and Table 5 stars, but I wanted to come back and add a little bit of detail as to why.My wife and I are cocktail and bartending hobbyists. We love making prohibition-era and classic drinks, and we curate a collection of whiskey, bourbon, and scotch. There is simply no better place in Indianapolis to shop for alcohol.The selection is phenomenal, with many one-off and hard to find ingredients we havent been able to find anywhere else. Weve been able to find almost everything we have wanted at V&T without trouble. In addition, theres an excellent variety of champagne, scotch, and wine.The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Expect someone to ask if they can help you, and if you have questions they can absolutely help. Weve gotten great recommendations on wine and spirits, good suggestions on flavor profiles, and the bar manager always seems happy to pour samples for people from the bar in the shop. The staff definitely seem more focused on helping you find the *right* bottle rather than the more expensive one. Theres always something new to try and we always have a solid experience.Since were in the midst of COVID right now, I can say that the online ordering and pickup process is quick, easy, and smooth.

Hands-down the best selection I have seen since I moved to Carmel six months ago. For wine, beer, and liquor. They also have discounts with volume and prices to begin with are reasonable. I was very impressed by this store. Staff also was helpful with recommendations and finding what I needed.

This is now my regular wine shop! I always learn so much and always find things I like. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and especially Peter the wine buyer is very helpful. They have a great selection of beer and spirits, things Ive never seen anywhere for sale. And they have tasting events so its easy to learn more.

We always love coming to Vine and Table, there is always something new and exciting to try. Whenever we have questions, everyone us always so helpful. We were having a LOTRs day and wanted to get some fun mead to enjoy throughout the day, they were so helpful pointing out the different kinds of mead. Totally recommend for a special occasion beverage, a little pricy for every day beverages though.

The absolute best selection of wine and liquor, especially scotch, in the Indy area. Two complaints; their prices were raised (drastically in some cases) after they were acquired by Big Red, and their rewards cannot be redeemed on alcohol or cigars. I used to regularly shop here exclusively until those two changes. Now I usually go elsewhere.

Marvin was so helpful! He helped us find an Irish whiskey for a gift, and even let us sample it before purchase. Then he showed us the pinot grigios and made a recommendation. I was surprised at the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Will definitely go back.

If I believed in Heaven, Id say this place would be two doors down from Andre the Giants house. I travel from Kokomo just to learn about great beers and also buy them to drink at a later date.

If you think you know what you like and have an open mind to trying something similar, youll be pleasantly surprised in how many other somethings youll end up enjoying. The customer service is out of this world. The selection of wine, beer, and spirits, are extraordinary. They manage to get things you wont find elsewhere in Indiana. 2010: Just visited this afternoon and the staff was just delightful! There were only a few customers in the store so they were really able to take time to tell us all about the cheese and meat selections and even try a few samples. Fred at the cheese counter was especially helpful and friendly. We had a great experience there and will definitely be returning!2013 Update: Still a great store, just know ahead of time that its now only for 21 and older!

I drove 2 hours up from Louisville to pick up some hard-to-find whisky and Denis made the trip super worth my while chatting about whiskies and letting me try some great stuff Id never heard of. I would gladly make the drive back.

Just a fantastic selection of just about everything. Found my favorite German Wheat Beer here, which was the first place Ive seen it despite years of searching for it locally. Prices are just a tick high, but the very slight premium is worth it for the incredible selection.

Good snooty place for rich people

Product selection is incredible, and they have everything from beer and wine to spirits to meats/cheeses to cigars. You can walk around in here forever and still not actually see everything.Went in today for a special event, and had an amazing time. We sampled several whiskies, and spent a long time talking whisky with Denis, who was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of recommendations, talked to us about a lot of different spirits they had, and got us signed up for the email list before we left.In a word, we got the kind of customer service today that we all dream of having whenever we go somewhere, and we got it from several people from the minute we walked in, until after we checked out. Well be back soon!

Great selection, but if a brand has more than 1 vintage, they may only carry 1. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could, but I dont want to go down to 4. They host world whiskey day for Indianapolis, and they have great staff.

This is my go to spot for when I am looking for something special. Typically this is a whisky or scotch but the beer selection is also great. The grocery side has the best cheese selection in Hamilton County. Employees are very knowledgeable about the areas they serve.They host some very cool events as well. I attended an Irish whisky event years ago, where I was able to taste several different options. I ended up buying a few. If you have never been, I recommend stopping in to explore what they have to offer.

I went with my husband to find a new whiskey for his birthday. Denis was so helpful and meshed our preferences perfectly. We went home with an unexpected bottle of French single malt whiskey! We will be back.

If you need to find a particular item they have it

If looking for beer, the selection isn’t necessarily the problem. But if you’re looking for IPAs, most of their best we’re not refrigerated. IPAs don’t last long and must be refrigerated. Make that change and I’m yours :)

This place is outstanding. The selection of wine, beer and spirits is unequalled anywhere in that area. They also have a large array of gourmet treats, cheeses, charcuterie, and the like. Beyond the products on the shelf, the service and expertise is what makes this experience.

Very extensive inventory, but didnt have the one item that I wanted. They carried it , but were temporarily out.But I would imagine that it probably doesnt occur there very often.But their assistance to find an alternative was impressive.

Huge selection of spirits and beer from around the globe.

Ive only gone here for the beer selection so I cannot help with the wine or grocery parts of the store. The beer. Oh, the beer. Is it expensive? Yes. Would the same beer in a bar be 3x as much? Yes. Will you spend way more than you were planning to? Yes. This has the best beer selection within 100 miles of Indianapolis. If you like dark beer or would like to try something new, I highly recommend Zywiec Porter from Poland. Its the best beer Ive ever had. Have fun!

Brendan and Denis are wonderful folks; very knowledgeable and friendly.They do regular tastings and events throughout the year.Regular prices are a bit on the high side, but their sale prices are about as low as youll find in the state.The store still carries the artichoke dip, which is one of the greatest things Ive ever put on a cracker or baguette.

This place is absolutely incredible. The prices are excellent and the selection even more so. And the customer service even puts those things to shame. Denis is definitely the standout there (at least for a whiskey shopper like me). He offers tastes of excellent whiskies unsolicited, is extremely knowledge, and is flat out a pleasure to talk to.I make the drive down from Ann Arbor, Michigan even couple of months, and this place is definitely worth the 3-4 hour drive each way. I cant speak for their wine and beer, but if spirits (and especially whiskey) are your thing, you need to go to Vine and Table!!

Best scotch collection - and best curator!

Excellent collection of scotch, bourbon, whiskey, vodka, wines, and maybe gin? I dunno cause I dont bother with gin. Drinking accessories like nice snifters and decanters. A whole ton of liqueurs, and syrups and bitters. Tasting station. They also have a small grocer of drinking-related foods, ie cheeses, crackers, breads, smoked salmon, olives, mustards, etc.You should definitely go there.

Foodies and Wine drinkers, this is a great stop before a party (or just a normal day) to pick up some speciality items. There is tons of stuff here to browse through and the staff are exceptional at helping choose items or pairings for specific events or dishes. We used to go frequently for a great deli sandwich as well. Be prepared to pay for all of this extra selection and advice, but that should probably be expected.
