I love this spa! I was in town visiting a friend and decided I wanted a facial. I found Wellness and booked an appointment for the next day. The head esthetician Ilana was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. The service was so relaxing and my skin still feels great from the treatment. Sadly I am back home now, but I know the next time I visit, I’ll definitely be seeing Ilana!

I came to Wellness Origin looking for pain relief from a lingering back spasm that I had been struggling with for over 3 weeks. When I got there I was greeted by a warm friendly atmosphere, and that warmth remained all through my stay. I experienced warm smiles, warm hands, warm oils, warm towels, except for the exceedingly hot staff, especially Nate and his hot hands and elbows, who touched me deeply and literally. My back spasm was gone 24 hours later. Thanks guys. Im a fan.

I train jiu jitsu and recently sprained my MCL. I took a product called the Trinity Spray, and after about 6 applications, my knee pain went from severe to very moderate. I’ve been to the spa several times and it is a classy establishment with great staff and owners. Highly recommend for anyone in the area to increase their level of fitness and health.

Katie was wonderful- lots of moisturize and massage. I thought my skin look great when I was done. Love the quiet atmosphere too. The products are expensive but the daily cleanser I buy lasts a long time.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone there to schedule me for a session. Tried to call for two days and no one answers the phone, just a request to leave a message. I know I wouldn’t be able to answer the phone if they call me back, and I want to avoid playing cat and mouse.I tried to email, but did not get reply. I tried messaging at Facebook, and they asked me to call. LOL.However, they do a great job in sending me spam emails

Worst service. After treatment, I got so many small small breakouts. I waited 3 days to give some time to heal. I called in katie and she said its process of detox. But its almost 20 days,i have same itchiness and many breakouts thats not going away. i called her and she was marketing about her skincare products and some off the market pills which are not fda approved. I am really upset on jow she hung up my call saying she has other client to attend. its really unprofessional. I lost my skin texture and its very sad. i paid money and got this. she should warn people on pros and cons of treatment and possible side effects.

Let me start by saying... Nathan is the best massage therapist in Indianapolis.I have battled migraines for over a decade with varying levels of relief found from prescription meds, OTCs, meditation and deep tissue massage. I have had deep tissue massage at dozens of spas in Indianapolis over the course of 15+ years here and always on vacations as well. Some therapists are better than others and I typically would find temporary relief after these sessions if the deep tissue truly delivered some pressure.I went to see Nathan because I purchased a Groupon and was having migraine flair ups again. Little did I know I would have the best massage I have ever experienced and find long term relief from my migraines; I never expected that to be a reality. After battling migraines for so long, I have never really trusted that anything could keep them at bay for longer than a few days to a week or two at best. When I first went to Nathan, I not only had an excellent session with true pressure but I also found migraine relief for 3 weeks. I was so impressed that I booked a follow up appointment and found even more relief.I have now had over 6 monthly sessions and can safely say that my migraines have nearly dissapeared. For over a decade I have always been one to keep emergency Excedrin in my purse, car, and work desk for those sudden onsets that can be dangerous (esp. while driving). Recently, I went on a trip abroad for 2 weeks and forgot to even pack my Excedrin! When I realized I had forgotten it, I was panicked - but I didnt have a migraine the entire trip even when stress and other triggers were present. I honestly attribute this to the work Nathan has done with me and wish I had found him years ago.He is always professional, always attune to my goals, and provides consistent quality massage every session. I am not one to write reviews typically, but I must give credit where it is due. I am sure I will battle intermittent migraines forever, but Nathan has significantly reduced my migraine frequency (from a few a month to once every 2-3 months), which has improved my health and quality of life. If I could give 100 stars I would.Take it from someone who knows massage, knows migraines, and knows Indy... this guy is the real thing and worth every penny.

I literally had the BEST massage of my life! I originally found this wellness spa through Groupon as I was in dire need of a deep tissue massage. As we all know getting services through Groupon can be a hit or miss at times, but trust when I say this was a HIT! My experience was amazing from beginning to end, starting with the sweetest customer service I received from the receptionist when I booked my appointment, to even having to call her on my way to the appointment because I got a little lost (their building is kind of tucked away), and she was so nice to stay on the phone with me to give me direction (it clearly was not Siri’s best day..lol). So I did arrive a few minutes late but my masseuse was Awesome! His name is Nathan and he gave me the BEST deep tissue massage I have EVER had in my life! I’m not sure where he got his training from (clearly it was from Heaven because he had the hands of an Angel), but he did a fantastic job. So much to the fact that even though I got stuck in traffic on the way home and was rudely cut off by some stranger in a big suv, all I could do was smile and sing me a littl tune versus saying ever curse word in the American language (that’s how relaxing that massage was). I’ve already booked my next appointment with Nathan and I highly recommend that if you’re looking for an Amazing massage you check out Origin Wellness and ask for Nathan!

I wasnt going to write a review because my experience a few months ago wasnt horrible, and it was via a Groupon, so I didnt want to be one of those whiny Groupon people. But I recently mentioned my experience to another esthetician, and she was shocked. So, I had a Groupon for a facial. The gal was okay - kind of impersonal and she didnt tell me about any of the products she was using. I had to ask, That smells nice, what is that? Usually they tell you what theyre putting on your face... Then the kicker was that she put a peel on, which I didnt really expect for regular facial, but okay. She said Ill be back in a couple minutes. I took that to mean 3, maybe 5, but there was a clock on the wall and I can promise you she was gone 12 whole minutes. Weird, right? The peel was not strong, so my face wasnt burning, luckily. But Ive never had a facial where someone just left for that long. Other times Ive gotten a neck or hand massage while a masque was on my face, as a part of the service I paid for, but again, it was a Groupon, so I wasnt going to complain. But the esthetician I mentioned this to was scandalized and said, You NEVER leave for more than a minute while someone has a peel on! They could have a bad reaction! So here I am writing this review. The other reason is that I DID mention this in my reply to the Give us your feedback! email I received after my appointment, within a day, to which I got zero response from anyone at the company.
