We had a great experience with Indy Custom Stone. I sent a photo of what I was looking for, and they quickly sent me several samples to choose from. I explained how I was updating the sink and faucet, and they gave me an option to have their sink/faucet installed by a plumber they contract with. The install team did a great job. The countertops, sink, and faucet all look fantastic!

I wouldn’t use any other company. We loved their quality, professionalism, and price so much that we used them 4 different times in a year. Enough said.

ICS where great to work with. I cant speak highly enough about the owner John and his crew. He was helpful in all aspects of the two jobs he did for me. We started with just the island and upper bar in my kitchen, but eventually did the whole kitchen. He was very fair on pricing and was helpful in getting the right color combination. They did an awesome job. Although one piece was slightly off in size, John corrected the issue and was back out to replace this one piece a week later. I would use them again for sure. There are many companies to choose from for your granite or quartz needs, but I highly recommend using Indy Custom Stone.

Showed up unannounced to template with no appointment, time window, or advanced notice. (Claimed they came twice but no one from the project crew saw them twice) Countertops were paid for in full IN ADVANCE based upon the quote they provided. Sent an email that they are unable to do work for us and are attempting to keep (aka STEAL) $250.00 of the total payment we made to them for the inconvenience. Obviously, well be requesting a full charge-back through the bank and steering anyone who wants a company you can actually work with that sets appointments instead of just appearing randomly away from ICS!

I would highly recommend Indy Custom Stone. They offered exactly the type of granite counter tops we were looking for at a great price. We picked out our granite, and our counter tops were installed in less than three weeks. They removed our existing counter tops without damaging anything. The entire process went smoothly. They even made style recommendations that we hadnt considered!

My wife and I decided to update our kitchen which included granite counter tops. I spoke with several companies in the Indianapolis area and left a bit confused, Everyone seemed to have additional charges and no one I spoke with was able to do the plumbing and stove work required. John, Courtney and Steve were all great. They made this experience so easy for me. Im a first-time home flipper and the first flip can always be hard - unforeseen costs, blown budgets, etc. But one thing I did not have to worry about at all - was the granite counter tops. These guys are pros and they are the best in Indy. The walls at this property were pretty warped and uneven, using their laser-guided measuring process, there isnt a single gap between the wall and the granite. I am so, so very pleased with the granite and Indy Custom Stone provided a very competitive price, coming in lower than two other competitors. I definitely intend and will use them again on future properties and you should too.

Very smooth process, from picking the stone to installation. By far the best price I could find. Courtney was very helpful showing me the options. I was looking for a white quartz remnant for our bathroom remodel and contacted Indy Custom Stone. They were extremely responsive, providing a verbal quote the same day and even texting photos of remnants they had in stock. The selection process on site was very easy with many options to choose from. When it was time to template, they were there first thing in the morning - early even and my sink and edge selections were again confirmed prior to install! The install also went very well with the installers being on time and very courteous.

Have used them multiple times, both personally and professionally. Great prices, selections and most importantly, owner is hands-on. Once we decided to update our 20+ year old kitchen by replacing the laminate counters with quartz and granite, I visited several places for information and estimates before deciding on Indy Custom Stone. We picked a granite for our kitchen and they were prompt in measuring and setting install date. There was a problem outside of Custom Stones control. They bent over backwards to make it right even though they were not responsible for the problem. Our new granite countertops were installed promptly and we are beyond happy. We are in the process of ordering a bathroom vanity top from them. I have already referred a friend who is having her kitchen counters installed today. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Company used a plumbing company that installed kitchen faucet poorly and the connection broke. I am less than 60 days out of warranty and they refused to help me with the issue because of this technicality. God forbid they do a customer courtesy after spending over $6000. They told me to call them if I had any future issues, never mentioned it had a time limit. I am very disappointed in my experience, and I will not be referring anyone to them to use or use them for any additional project in my home. You are better off using a company that respects customers and knows they are likely to do future business when a relationship is maintained.

I had a great experience with ICS. They have a beautiful selection in the store and even helped by giving me info about their personal warehouse suppliers so I could look at more of a selection! I had actually gone to several other companys but either their prices were to high or their custom service was terrible! ICS has great custom services and reasonable prices. I had to bring my 2 year old everytime, he is a very energetic and talkative little boy, not once did they make me feel uncomfortable for having him with me like some other stores did. Instead they offered him a movie to watch and a sucker. Things like this help out so much. Customer service is very Important to me and I found it here .

We used ICS for our granite countertops in the kitchen and they did a great job. The counters look awesome (still not sure how they managed to fit our island onto one slab so we dont have any seams). We lucked out with our install date, as they had everything installed 10 days after they measured, which is a pretty incredible turn-around time. We get tons of compliments on the new countertops!If I were to have any complaints, it would probably be that the countertop removal seemed a little pricey ($299 if I recall). I didnt bother asking what all that entailed since it was more than I wanted to spend for something I could do myself. So their price did seem a little expensive, but maybe Im just cheap. 😀
