Always wonderful service.

I worked in retail management for over 12 years. So Im definitely not out looking to pick a fight. I tried to exchange sunglasses I bought for a different pair(ray bans for maui Jims). The guy wanted to argue that there was a tooth mark in the rubber on the glasses and said he cant accept them. I asked to speak to a manager. He then told me he could only exchange my sunglasses for the same pair? And that I would have to drive to the keystone location to exchange for a different pair. He was playing on his phone when I walked in and obviously didnt want to be bothered. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ill never return.It clearly states on the receipt easy exchange, NO QUESTIONS ASKED within 90 days so why am I being hassled and now have to drive to the mall. So ridiculous

They closed up the registers 10 min early on a Saturday night. I realize I came in very late but was in a bind because I had just lost my $300 Ray Bans and was prepared to buy a replacement pair. The door was locked and she let me in but then told me she cant take a payment...what was the point of letting me in then???? Extremely unprofessional and missed out on a $300 sale.

Went to return a pair of sunglasses and when I told they lady no thanks while looking at a alternate pair, she kept pushing. I then reiterated that I appreciate the help but I am all set, to which she said well you can buy them and always return them...This was beyond over the top and borderline rude. I will never go back to this location and a much different experience then at the fashion mall location.

New management is great! Taylor helped my husband and I pick out new Ray-Bans and we had a great experience.

Guy that works there was no help at all. Didnt know his inventory. He was ready to just give up when he didnt find the exact replacement glasses of some I just bought 2 months ago. I knew Sunglass Hut would still carry them since it was so recent that I had purchased the same pair. Store was a mess too! I will drive further to go to the Keystone at the crossing store. At least they were willing to help and were friendly!

I’m sitting outside of the clay terrace store at 3:30 on a Wednesday and the place is locked up and no lights or note on the door. Called the keystone location and she called the store twice with no answer and then called her boss. Wow. So unbelievable that an establishment like this is so unorganized.

The place was closed at 1:00 on a Sunday, in which the hours are 12-6. Waste of my time.

Closed at 12 on a Saturday, management must have their heads up their backsides or trust way to much in hourly employees. Fix your poop bucket of a store

1:15 on a Saturday and the place is closed. Should be open until 9. Guess not. Sunglass Hut as a company is just horrible

Expensive but they have many choices.

Store hours say it opens at 10am. 10:15- no one there to open store. Wasted trip and my time. Boo.
