Excellent customer service! The young lady was helpful and cordial. She said that she wanted me to leave satisfied. It was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I are here semi-regularly and 9/10 times that we go, the owner is taking care of customers in the store. We has consistently received excellent service. We LOVE Bath Junkie and feel pampered when we use their products.

I luv this store so much !!!! It used to be in Fredericksburg TX and I would get the fragrance called DIRT OMG! IT SMELLS SO CLEAN AND FRESH...VERY EARTHY! Im so happy that I found this place Im gonna order s dirt rite now!!

We had my daughters birthday party here and the girls absolutely loved it! It was a really fun party and something different from the same old thing. They were able to choose their own products and scents as well as mix them up. They were in Heaven! The party hosts were very patient and even played games with the girls. (*Note* Their robes were not offered as part of the party, I purchased them from Amazon.)

I really enjoyed my experience at this place! I have never been to a store like this and I have to say I was amazed and loved everything they offered here. Lisa was so helpful and made me feel welcomed. She explained to me about their products which I liked. I ended up buying a body scrub and a some bath fluff. They even custom make the products with the scents you choose and you can have your products customized with any colors they offer. I chose pink which is my favorite color lol. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I’m unsure what complaint anyone would have with this store, or their staff. I’ve been in the store many times with my girlfriend and have never seen any of the staff act in any way other than happy, cheerful, and more than willing to help. The products they sell are among some of the best. We will always recommend this store to our friends and family.

I am a kid and I had my 8th birthday there. We had lots of fun and I love mrs.Linda. I think that everybody should go there!!!😃

This is my wifes fav place...mandatory visit when we are in town.The folks here are super friendly and will answer any of your questions...we are always treated royally when we come here.They have super products needless to say and my wife and sisters are always pleased with their purchases.Great customer service!

Really fun concept. Love the products and ability to create.... however the staff did not seem happy to be there. I was denied use of the bathroom despite having visited this location in the past and being able to use it. I also brought in a group of first timers and even knowing this the staff members didnt really come out and explain their process or products. My sister loves this store and wanted to come here for part of her bachelorette party. It was the whole reason we drove across the state, and we were there to spend hundreds of dollars. The lack of enthusiasm or even basic welcome and overview , especially after knowing all that, was really a letdown.

Great place! It is the only Bath Junkie in all of Texas! The great ladies there will add your favorite scent to their way above average bath products! Fun fun#

Nice store with a wide variety of products. A bit pricey but seems to be quality items. Really friendly sales person who gave me a good demonstration on some sugar scrubs.

These ladies make shopping at the Bath Junkie so much fun. I’ve been a customer for Years, I have had several Bday Parties there and they are always so helpful, friendly, and polite. I have always had a wonderful experience there. My friends love it when I have my bday party there.

I’ve been going to bath junkie for years and I’ve never had a bad experience or problem. I love this place.

Simply stunning. Ive spent hundreds on bath stuff before and now Ill be spending it here. The body butter is amazing, and the moisturing detox salts, and the fizzy bombs, and the bath bars, and really everything Ive tried. Cute gift arrangements, very knowledgeable staff, and all the custom stuff was made surprisingly fast, if youre in a hurry theres no real need to call ahead.

I love Bath Junkie. Shop there frequently. A bit disappointed this evening. Young staff not a friendly or thorough as older ladies. I felt a bit rushed and like I was on their time. Will be looking in the window to see what staff is working before I shop again.

99% of their products are colorless and odorless to start, then you sit down and pick out your scent or combination of scents and your color. Friendly staff and great customizable products.
