Amy gave me great customer service 👍

We went to the store to buy a Zero Gravity Chair for $24. We had just bought one on 38th Street. We went to Michigan Road to see if they had one too. There werent any in the spot for them so we asked someone to see if they had anymore somewhere else. After searching they (two associates) said they did not have any but we could go to customer service and they could order them for us for the $24. Great, so we went to customer service, stood in line and explained to the lady at the counter what the other associates had told us. First off, she acted like we were lying to her, secondly she was rude to us and basically told us that is not how it works in a very condescending tone. Her customer service skills are quite lacking. The way we were treated was quite frustrating. We believe we will just give all of our business to Menards. Thanks but no thanks Home Depot.
