The staff is very friendly and helpful, not to mention prompt and competent. Tim, Austin and Paul have never once disappointed, even if all I have is an Amazon return. The teenage employees are no exception, either - and those are usually surly and disinterested everywhere else I go! Mary and James in particular are delights compared to the hordes of other kids their age who are only interested in getting you out the door.This location will also print prepaid labels and tape boxes for free, which is a breath of fresh air compared to the other locations around here that charge you for such basic services.

Paid to ship a package on July 27th. Learned today (August 7th) that it will not be delivered until August 9th. Called UPS with the tracking number and was told they did not scan the packaged until August 6th. This is unacceptable and this is the second time this location has mis-handled a package. Tried to call the store and did not receive a return call.

I dont know why, but the employees at these stores always seem to be rude. This one was no exception. :(
