The personal service this company offers has gone above and beyond since day one, five years ago. From Matt being able to match competition prices, to late night maintenance calls with Andrew, this company goes above and beyond for their clients.

We had the service installed at our old house in Noblesville January 2016. We were very happy with it. We moved to our current house February 2018 in Fishers. I called and spoke to someone of the phone (Kelsey) I believe was her name. I set up the transfer and she assured me that the old contract would still be valid. The technician Matt came to our old house and instead of moving the equipment, he just said he would put new equipment in our new house. No big deal. Everything was fine. The next day a different technician, Andrew, came and installed our new equipment. He never once mentioned to me anything about a new contract. I had to leave so my wife stayed and waited for him to finish up. He had her sign multiple documents, one being a new contract, and still never said anything about it being a new contract.I called to cancel the service before Christmas, which was the end of our three year contract, and they said we were locked in for two more years and they couldnt do anything about it.This is very deceptive as they never once mentioned signing a new contract. Be careful..

My experience with Castlewall was effortless. From getting a quote to inviting Matt into my home for his initial consultation. Not to mention, it was much more affordable than I expected.Matt was great and extremely helpful. And our kittens loved him, so thats a really good sign!We just moved out of an apartment and into our first home, and Castlewall helped relieved a lot of stress. This is our second home we have utilized Castlewall - always professional and prompt. WE have utilized them for A/V (multiple system/TV, audio) install, home security and home video surveillance.... our last home was a difficult install and they nailed it! Castlewall made getting a security system easy for us. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful in understanding our new security system and the installation was quick and painless. They are also flexible with the installation if you are in an apartment complex.

Be cautious of this Companys deceptive and unethical business practices. They attempt to extort individuals that use equipment that they previously monitored. They went as far as hacking in to my security system to make it difficult for another monitoring company to access and provide service. They are sweet as pie on the phone until let them know you dont want their incredibly expensive monitoring service, Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
